Referring to fig. 1-9, when installing the direct type liquid crystal module, an operator fixes the main protective frame 9 on the operation table, then the front end of the protective base cloth 7 faces downward, the liquid crystal screen 2 and the screen protective frame 3 slide from the lower end to the upper end of the main protective frame 9, the foreign matter below the liquid crystal screen 2 is pushed out through the protective base cloth 7, and the foreign matter is caught by the adhesive sleeve 24, and the liquid crystal screen 2 is prevented from being scratched, after the outer end of the fixed lock ring 5 contacts the inner end of the unlock tube 12, the inner end of the unlock tube 12 scrapes the fixed seal film 13 along with the continuous movement of the liquid crystal screen 2 and the screen protective frame 3, then the unlock tube 12 sucks the sliding magnetic column 8 into the unlock tube, thereby unfastening the fixing of the detection tube 6 and the fixed lock ring 5, the liquid crystal screen 2 and the screen protective frame 3 move continuously, the unlock plate 11 and the unlock tube 12 are pushed out from the adhesive port 10, then the operator takes the detection tube 6 and the protective base cloth 7 out of the detection bayonet 4, then, two adhesive protective frames 14 are respectively adhered to the upper end and the lower end of a main protective frame 9, then the front end of a screen rear plate 16 is downwards clamped at the rear end of a liquid crystal screen 2, a diffusion film 21 is installed at the rear end of the screen rear plate 16, then the front end of a backlight module 1 is downwards placed at the rear end of the screen rear plate 16, a sliding magnetic plate 20 is sucked out through a fixed magnetic groove 22, so that the fixing of the sliding magnetic plate 20 to a control clamping block 19 is released, then the control clamping block 19 is pushed into the inner side of a control cavity 18, the lower end of a pre-installed protective pad 17 is positioned at the upper side of a reserved groove 23, the backlight module 1 is naturally pressed down under the action of gravity, if foreign matters exist between the backlight module 1 and the diffusion film 21, an operator can observe that a gap exists between the backlight module 1 and the screen rear plate 16, so as to timely process, if no foreign matters exist, the backlight module 1 can press the pre-installed protective pad 17 downwards into the control cavity 18, and with keeping somewhere groove 23 joint, fix backlight unit 1 and screen back plate 16 finally, and install components such as group line and TV back shroud, above, can accomplish a series of operation processes that straight following formula LCD TV display module assembly's installation and foreign matter detected, can realize through protecting backer 7 and adhesive sleeve 24 detection and clearance LCD screen 2 below screw and foreign matter that drops, through installing protecting pad 17 detection backlight unit 1 and diffusion barrier 21 screw and foreign matter that drop in advance, and through the fixed of slip column magnet 8 and fixed lock ring 5 and slip magnetic sheet 20 to the fixed compulsory operating personnel of control fixture block 19 carry out the detection link, effectively avoided operating personnel because of the action that the screw that drops and foreign matter damage each part that the carelessness leads to.
