The wall washing light bar of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the LED light emitting elements in the flexible light bar comprise a flexible circuit board, LED chips and a packaging layer, the LED chips are arranged in a linear manner and are inversely mounted on the flexible circuit board, the packaging layer covers the LED chips along the extending direction of the LED chips, and the packaging layer above each LED chip is continuous.

The wall washing light bar of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the LED lighting element comprises a plurality of PCB units, each PCB unit comprises a PCB board, an LED light bead and a lens, the LED light bead is mounted on the surface of the PCB board, and the lens is arranged above the LED light bead and is fixedly connected with the PCB board; the PCB units are linearly arranged, and the PCB assemblies are connected through flexible wires.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), in particular to a wall washing lamp bar.

Background

In recent years, LEDs have been playing an important role in the display field of mobile terminals due to their unique advantages of low price, low power consumption, high brightness, long lifetime, etc., and there is a considerable development space for a long period of time in the future. One important application of the existing LED application is that the wall washing lamp is called a linear LED projection lamp, and the lamp light can wash the wall surface like water, so that the LED wall washing lamp is mainly used for building decoration and illumination and can also be used for outlining buildings. However, in the related art, the wall washer is generally hard and cannot be bent, which limits the application range and cannot adapt to more application scenarios.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a wall washing light bar, which mainly solves the technical problems that: the wall washing lamp in the related art can not be bent, and the application range is small.

In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention provides a wall washing lamp strip, which comprises a flexible lamp strip and a flexible lamp housing coated outside the flexible lamp strip; the flexible lamp strip comprises a linearly arranged LED luminous part, at least the part corresponding to the LED luminous part in the flexible lamp shell is of a light-transmitting structure, and the flexible lamp shell can be bent in the width direction or the height direction of the flexible lamp shell along the length direction of the flexible lamp shell.

Optionally, the light-transmitting structure and the non-light-transmitting structure of the flexible lamp housing are formed by extrusion or injection molding.

Optionally, a connection line used for electrically connecting the flexible light bar is embedded in the flexible lamp housing.

Optionally, the flexible lamp housing includes an outer lamp housing and an inner lamp housing nested therein, and the connecting wire is embedded between the inner lamp housing and the outer lamp housing.

Optionally, the LED light emitting element in the flexible light bar includes a flexible circuit board, LED chips and a package layer, the LED chips are arranged in a linear manner and are inversely mounted on the flexible circuit board, the package layer covers the LED chips along the extending direction of the LED chips, and the package layer above each LED chip is continuous.

Optionally, the LED lighting element includes a plurality of PCB units, each PCB unit includes a PCB board, an LED lamp bead and a lens, the LED lamp bead is mounted on the surface of the PCB board, and the lens is disposed above the LED lamp bead and is fixedly connected to the PCB board; the PCB units are linearly arranged, and the PCB assemblies are connected through flexible wires.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The first embodiment is as follows:

in order to solve the problem that all wall washing lamps in the prior art cannot be bent, the embodiment provides a wall washing lamp strip, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, wherein the wall washing lamp strip comprises a flexible lamp strip 1 and a flexible lamp housing 2 coated outside the flexible lamp strip 1; the flexible lamp strip 1 comprises a linear LED luminous element, at least the part corresponding to the LED luminous element in the flexible lamp shell 2 is a light-transmitting structure 21, and the flexible lamp shell 2 can be bent in the width direction and/or the height direction of the flexible lamp shell 2 along the length direction of the flexible lamp shell 2.

In this embodiment, the wall washing light bar includes the flexible light bar 1 that sends the light source to and the cladding is outside flexible light bar 1, protects flexible light bar 1, and carries out the flexible lamp body 2 that adjusts to the light-emitting effect. The flexible light bar 1 and the flexible lamp housing 2 respectively indicate that the light bar and the lamp housing are soft, and can be bent within an allowable range, and for a wall washing light bar, after the wall washing light bar is assembled, the bending directions of the flexible light bar 1 and the flexible lamp housing 2 are consistent, and when the wall washing light bar is bent, the flexible light bar 1 and the flexible lamp housing 2 are not bent in the same direction and are not damaged. In order to normally emit light, the light-transmitting structure 21 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the light-emitting member of the flexible lamp strip 1, on the flexible lamp housing 2, that is, the light emitted by the flexible lamp strip 1 can be emitted to the outside through the light-transmitting structure 21 on the flexible lamp housing 2. Light-transmitting structure 21 on flexible lamp body 2 can only set up the position that corresponds at the illuminating part of flexible lamp strip 1, also can set up more positions of flexible lamp body 2 into light-transmitting structure 21, can set up whole flexible lamp body 2 into light-transmitting structure 21 even. It should be noted that the light-transmitting structure 21 is a structure that can transmit light through a corresponding portion of the flexible lamp housing 2, and the corresponding portion of the light-transmitting structure is not limited to be transparent as long as the light can transmit. The light that flexible lamp strip 1 was emergent can also adjust light via the light-transmitting structure 21 on the flexible lamp body 2, can adjust parameters such as direction, intensity, colour gamut of light.

In some embodiments, the light-transmissive structure 21 and the non-light-transmissive structure 21 portions of the flexible lamp envelope 2 are formed by extrusion or overmolding. The light-transmitting part and the non-light-transmitting part of the flexible lamp housing 2 can be integrated, and the flexible lamp housing 2 can be formed by extrusion or injection molding. The connection between the light-transmitting structure 21 and the non-light-transmitting structure 21 of the flexible lamp envelope 2 is an intimate contact, which may be directly formed by extrusion or two-shot injection.

In some embodiments, the flexible lamp housing 2 has embedded therein connection wires for electrical connection of the flexible light bar 1. The light source on the flexible light bar 1 is an LED chip, and the LED chips are electrically connected with each other and can be realized through a packaging structure of the flexible light bar 1, namely a circuit board; if there are other connecting wires, for example, the connecting wires between the wall washing lamp strips, or the power lines of the flexible lamp strips 1, etc. in consideration of the length of the product, the connecting wires can be embedded in the flexible lamp housing 2.

In some embodiments, the flexible lamp housing 2 comprises an outer lamp housing and an inner lamp housing nested therein, and the connection line is embedded between the inner lamp housing and the outer lamp housing. The flexible lamp shell 2 can be of an inner-outer double-layer structure, and can be formed by extrusion or double-material injection molding between the inner layer and the outer layer. And the connecting wire can be embedded between the inner layer and the outer layer.

The flexible lamp strip 1 is wrapped in the flexible lamp shell 2, and the connection relation between the flexible lamp strip 1 and the flexible lamp shell 2 is fixed after the wall washing lamp strip is formed. Of course, the fixing manner between the two can be changed, i.e. the fixing connection can be detachable, and also can be directly solidified.

Because of the strip-shaped characteristic of the wall washing light bar, the flexible light bar 1 used as the light source is specifically a linear light emitting element, wherein the linear setting represents the light emitted by the flexible light bar 1 and is a line along the extending direction of the light bar, of course, the line is determined according to the current actual shape of the light bar, and if the light bar is straight at this time, the line formed by the light emitting element is a straight line; if the current actual form of the light bar is bent, the line formed by the light-emitting piece can be a curve or a broken line according to different bending conditions.

The illuminating element included in the flexible light bar 1 is an energized LED chip, and the light source for illuminating itself is an energized LED chip. Specifically, an optional flexible light bar 1 has a structure that an LED light emitting element in the flexible light bar 1 includes a flexible circuit board 111, LED chips and a packaging layer 112, the LED chips are arranged in a linear manner and are inversely mounted on the flexible circuit board 111, the packaging layer 112 covers the LED chips along the extending direction of the LED chips, and the packaging layer 112 above each LED chip is continuous. Referring to fig. 3, the light emitted from the flexible light bar 1 is linear and continuous, has good integrity, and can be bent within an allowable range.

The embodiment of the invention provides a wall washing lamp strip, which comprises a flexible lamp strip 1 and a flexible lamp shell 2 coated outside the flexible lamp strip 1; the flexible lamp strip 1 comprises a linear LED light emitting piece, at least the part corresponding to the LED chip in the flexible lamp shell 2 is a light transmitting structure 21, and the flexible lamp shell 2 can be bent towards the width direction or the height direction of the flexible lamp shell 2 along the length direction of the flexible lamp shell 2. The wall washing lamp strip comprises the flexible lamp strip 1 and the flexible lamp housing 2, and can be bent towards the width direction or the height direction of the flexible lamp housing 2 along the length direction of the flexible lamp housing 2, so that the wall washing lamp is bent, and the wall washing lamp can be applied to more scenes.

Example two:

the wall washing lamp bar comprises a flexible lamp bar 1 and a flexible lamp shell 2 coated outside the flexible lamp bar 1; the flexible lamp strip 1 comprises a linear LED luminous element, at least the part corresponding to the LED luminous element in the flexible lamp shell 2 is a light-transmitting structure 21, and the flexible lamp shell 2 can be bent in the width direction and/or the height direction of the flexible lamp shell 2 along the length direction of the flexible lamp shell 2.

In this embodiment, the flexible light bar 1 in the wall washing light bar is composed of LED light emitting elements, and the LED light emitting elements may include a plurality of PCB units 120, each PCB unit 120 includes a PCB board 121, an LED light bead 122 and a lens 123, the LED light bead 122 is mounted on the surface of the PCB board 121, and the lens 123 is disposed above the LED light bead 122 and is fixedly connected to the PCB board 121; the PCB units 120 are arranged linearly, and the PCB board 121 components are connected through flexible wires 124. Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, which show structural schematic diagrams of the flexible light bar 1 in the present embodiment, the PCB board 121 in each PCB unit 120 may be rigid or flexible, and the LED lamp beads 122 are fixedly mounted on the surface of the PCB board 121, electrically connected to the circuit layer on the PCB board 121, and capable of emitting light after being powered on; the lens 123 is disposed above the LED lamp bead 122, and can refract light emitted by the LED lamp bead 122 to obtain a desired light emitting effect. The LED bead 122 may be formed by only an LED chip, or may be a package of the LED chip, which includes the LED chip itself, and fluorescent glue packaged on the LED chip.

In order to realize the bendable characteristic of the flexible light bar 1, the PCB boards 121 are connected by flexible wires 124. The flexible wire 124 can be bent at will within an allowable range, and the bending direction of the flexible wire can be bent along the length direction of the flexible light bar 1 to the width direction and/or the height direction of the flexible light bar.

In some embodiments, the specific structure of the PCB board 121 may be composed of a metal substrate, a circuit layer, and an insulating layer disposed between the metal substrate and the circuit layer; the LED lamp beads 122 are fixed on the circuit layer and electrically connected with the circuit layer. The PCB 121 may be configured as a rigid board, which has higher structural strength than a flexible board; adopt metal substrate, can promote PCB board 121's radiating effect, and form electric connection between circuit layer and LED lamp pearl 122, need set up the insulating layer between metal substrate and circuit layer.

In some embodiments, the LED beads 122 are equally spaced in each adjacent PCB unit 120. In order to uniformly emit light, the LED beads 122 disposed on each adjacent PCB unit 120 should have equal intervals therebetween; particularly, one PCB unit 120 may be provided with at least one LED lamp bead 122, that is, a plurality of LED lamp beads 122 may be provided, when a plurality of LED lamp beads 122 are provided on one PCB unit 120, if separated light emitting members are provided between the LED lamp beads 122 on the same PCB unit 120, the LED lamp beads 122 on the same PCB unit 120 and the LED lamp beads 122 on the adjacent PCB unit 120 should have the same interval; if the LED lamp beads 122 on the same PCB unit 120 are taken as a whole, the LED lamp beads 122 on the adjacent PCB units 120 only need to have the same interval therebetween.

In some embodiments, each number of PCB units 120 forms a PCB assembly, and within the same PCB assembly, at least one PCB unit 120 has a driving circuit disposed thereon. The driving circuit can be used to adjust the lighting effect of the flexible light bar 1, including brightness adjustment, color gamut adjustment, and variation adjustment, and at least one driving circuit is disposed on any PCB unit 120 in one PCB assembly. In order to improve the consistency of the wall washing light bars, the PCB units 120 provided with the driving circuits on the PCB assemblies correspond to each other in position, and specifically, between different PCB assemblies, the driving circuits may be all disposed on the middle PCB unit 120 or all disposed on the edge PCB units 120.

In some embodiments, the LED lamp beads 122 on each PCB unit 120 in the same PCB assembly are connected in series or in parallel.
