For better understanding of the technical solutions in the present specification, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The method aims to solve the problem that when a user cannot reach a destination in a single transportation mode, tickets need to be purchased respectively. The embodiment of the invention provides a piece of intermodal equipment which can provide intermodal products including an airplane mode and a railway mode for users. Through directly purchasing the intermodal products, the user does not need to purchase tickets in different transportation modes, and the user experience is improved.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a intermodal device provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the device includes: a ticketing module 101, a ticket data acquisition module 102 and a ticket data storage module 103.

The ticketing module 101 is connected with a ticket data storage module 103, and the ticket data storage module 103 is further connected with a ticket data acquisition module 102. The ticket data obtaining module 102 is connected to the air ticket provider device through an internet interface, and obtains air ticket sharing data from the air ticket provider device. The ticket data acquiring module 102 is further connected to the railway ticket device through the lan interface, and acquires the railway ticket data from the railway ticket device. The air ticket business sharing data specifically comprises the following steps: agent information, price information of the air ticket, discount information of the air ticket, flight plan information, ticket checking time information, departure time information, arrival time information, remaining ticket number information and the like. Correspondingly, the railway ticket data can comprise price information of the railway ticket, discount information of the railway ticket, railway plan information, ticket checking time information, departure time information, arrival time information, remaining ticket number information and the like.

In some embodiments, the service channel of the intermodal device may be a ticket vending machine, a ticket window used by a ticket vendor, a 12306 ticket purchasing website, an application on a cell phone, etc.

In some embodiments, intermodal equipment may be provided by a rail ticket provider, such as a 12306 ticketing system or the like. It will be appreciated that the above apparatus determines an associated product for a railway ticket provider based on its own stored railway ticket ticketing data and air ticket ticketing sharing data shared by the air ticket provider to the railway ticket provider. Since both the railway ticket system and the intermodal devices are systems of railway ticket providers, the carrier of the railway ticket system is: the railway passenger ticket equipment can be connected with the ticket business data acquisition module 102 in the intermodal equipment through the local area network interface, so that the railway passenger ticket business data can be acquired. The intermodal device is connected with the air ticket supplier device through the internet interface, so that air ticket business sharing data shared by the air ticket supplier device to the intermodal device can be obtained. Optionally, the internet interface may be a New Distribution Capability (NDC) data interface, and the lan interface may be a railway ticketing related interface. The intermodal products can be automatically generated by a preset algorithm or generated in a manual mode. In some embodiments, the ticketing module 101 can also obtain aircraft positive-late data and platform change data from the ticket provider equipment and railway positive-late data and platform change data from the railway ticket equipment. The ticketing module 101 can determine whether there are intermodal products affected by the aircraft mean-late data and platform change data or the railway mean-late data and platform change data. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of storage contents of a service database according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the service database may include: the order data, the sub-order data, the order detail data, the order passenger information, the order additional information data, the order involuntary withdrawal data, the pre-payment log, the payment callback log, the payment information data, the fault order data, the order payment contrast data, the order invoicing data, the travel itinerary printing data, the order log data and the order rule data.

When a user purchases an intermodal product, order data is generated in response to order submitting operation of the user, wherein the order data comprises related data of the intermodal product, correspondingly, one order data corresponds to a plurality of sub-order data, and the sub-order data are air ticket order data and railway ticket order data which are contained in the intermodal product. The order detail data is the detail data included in each item in the order data. Wherein, for each order data, the corresponding passenger arriving identity data is used for drawing a ticket for the passenger. The order additional information can be remark information and the like when the user places an order. When the passenger unwillingly refunds due to situations such as flight cancellation, flight delay, train delay and the like, the passenger can select operations such as ticket change or refund, and the data generated in the process is the involuntary refunding data of the order. Wherein the settlement total data is the summary data of all settlement data in the intermodal device. Since the intermodal device can be connected to a plurality of ticket supplier devices, such as the international airlines of china, the oriental airlines of china of the beijing capital airline, and the like, there is settlement data for each airline, that is, the above-mentioned division airline settlement data. The selling/refunding flow generates corresponding flow data when the passenger purchases the intermodal products or refunds the intermodal products. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating the storage content of a basic database, as shown in fig. 6, the basic database may include: dictionaries such as city dictionaries, airport dictionaries, airlines, airline department stores, code table dictionaries and transaction parameters.

In some embodiments, the intermodal device may share a railway ticket ticketing database 105 with the railway ticket system, and the ticketing data acquisition module 102 only needs to acquire the air ticket ticketing shared data from the air ticket provider device, thereby further reducing the data to be acquired, reducing the system delay, and optimizing the user experience.

In some embodiments, a railway ticket provider may obtain not only air ticket ticketing sharing data from the ticket provider, but also automobile ticket ticketing sharing data from an automobile ticket provider and water ticket ticketing sharing data from a water ticket provider. Optionally, the car ticket data may be a long-distance car ticket, and the water transportation ticket data may be a ship ticket.
