Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a three-phase common-box switch, which aims to solve the technical problem of poor transmission precision caused by overlong transmission part between an operating mechanism and a contact structure in the prior art.

the driving shaft is provided with a power output part, the transmission rod is provided with a power input part, and the power input part is positioned between one side phase contact structure and the middle phase contact structure;

the power output part is in transmission connection with the power input part, so that the driving shaft drives the transmission rod to rotate.

Since the meshing accuracy between the sprocket and the chain is higher than that between the two gears, more accurate transmission between the drive shaft 5 and the transmission rod can be achieved in this embodiment than in embodiment 1.

Embodiment 3 of the three-phase common-box switch provided in the present invention:

the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, in embodiment 1, the left phase contact structure 2 is in transmission connection with the middle phase transmission structure through the left transmission rod 4, the right phase contact structure 22 is in transmission connection with the middle phase transmission structure through the right transmission rod 41, and the left transmission rod 4 is in transmission connection with the right transmission rod 41 through the square structure. In the embodiment, the transmission rod is integrally designed, and the transmission rod is provided with straight gears corresponding to the positions of the contact structures, and each straight gear is in transmission fit with the rack of the corresponding contact structure.

the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in embodiment 2, the mechanism case is mounted on the protruding support portion. In this embodiment, the mechanism box is fixedly installed on the housing body, and specifically, a flange connection structure may be disposed on another sealing cover plate on the housing body to install the mechanism box, and at the same time, the driving shaft of the operating mechanism is sealed to penetrate into the protruding supporting portion, so as to ensure that the driving shaft can normally drive the transmission rod to rotate.

the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that in embodiment 1, the driving bevel gear 51 is used as a power output part of the driving shaft 5 to mesh with the driven bevel gear 411 used as a power input part of the transmission rod for transmission, so that when the driving shaft 5 rotates, the transmission rod is driven to rotate.
