in addition, in the process of filling liquid, the gripper at one end is positioned at the upper end of the cover conveying component, the drive shaft seven is driven by the motor four to drive the fan-shaped tooth block 32 to rotate, so that the fan-shaped tooth block 32 drives the straight gear I23 to rotate, at the moment, the straight gear I23 drives the drive shaft II 25 to rotate through the drive shaft III, the drive shaft II 25 drives the arc-shaped rack 28 to rotate circumferentially through the bevel gear III 29, and then the arc-shaped block 27 is driven to open, when the arc-shaped block 27 is completely opened, the bevel gear III 29 is blocked, so that the drive shaft II 25 does not rotate, and the drive shaft II 25 rotates circumferentially around the drive shaft III until the connecting rod II 21 is abutted against the limiting column 22; then starting a motor V, driving the connecting plate 35 to move by the motor V through a screw rod II, rotating a straight gear II 43 through meshing with a rack 44 in the moving process, and driving a connecting shaft I39 and a connecting shaft V49 to rotate by a connecting shaft II 42 through chains respectively; the first connecting shaft 39 drives the third connecting shaft 40 to drive the rotating block 41, and the rotating block 41 pushes the bottle caps conveyed to the connecting plate 35 through the conveyor belt into a position between the bottom plate 37 and the side plate 36; after moving for a certain distance, the cam 50 is in meshing transmission with a third straight gear 51; the fourth connecting shaft 47 rotates, the fourth connecting shaft 47 drives the block 46 to move upwards through the connecting rod 48, and the driving block 46 drives the bottle cap to stand up through the bevel edge; then the motor II rotates reversely, the driving shaft II 25 drives the arc-shaped block 27 to clamp the erected bottle cap through the bevel gear III 29, then the connecting plate 35 resets, the motor II rotates reversely, and the driving shaft II 25 rotates circularly by taking the driving shaft III as the center of a circle until the connecting rod II 21 is abutted by the limiting column 22 on the other side because the arc-shaped block 27 is clamped; the mechanism can effectively solve the problem that the hand grips need to be erected in the bottle cap conveying process, reduces the steps of manual participation and improves the safety of work.
