8. The strap fastening plate of claim 1 wherein the boss is fastened to the upper fastening plate by assembly.

9. The strap fixing plate according to claim 1, wherein the boss is provided with two through holes for the coil to pass through, and the upper fixing plate is provided with two grooves corresponding to the through holes for the coil to pass through, the openings of the grooves being outward.

Background

The belt loop fixing plate used in the market at present and bones are fixed in a mechanical tensioning mode, and the fixing plate is attached to the surfaces of the bones through the tension of a coil.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a strap fixing plate including an upper fixing plate, a boss fixed to a lower surface of the upper fixing plate, and a coil, the upper fixing plate and the boss being provided with a through hole through which the coil passes. Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a strap fixing plate 1 including an upper fixing plate 11, a boss 1a fixed to a lower surface of the upper fixing plate 11, and a coil 2. The upper fixing plate 11 and the boss 1a are provided with through holes (1c, 1d) through which the coil 2 passes. Porous coatings are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the boss 1 a. The upper fixing plate 11 is further provided with light holes (1b, 1e) at both sides of the through holes (1c, 1 d). The light holes (1b, 1e) are used for passing two other wires (not shown) and controlling the direction of the belt loop fixing plate 1.

Preferably, the thickness of the coating is between 0.2mm and 2 mm. The height h of the boss 1a is between 0.5mm and 10mm, and the width t of the boss 1a is between 1mm and 10 mm.

Preferably, the boss 1a is cylindrical. In other embodiments, the shape of the boss 1a may be provided in other shapes, such as a square column shape.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the boss 1a is provided in a step shape. Specifically, the boss is cylindrical, and includes a first boss portion 12 connected to the upper fixing plate 11 and a second boss portion 13 connected to the first boss portion 12 and coaxially disposed with the first boss portion 12, and a diameter of the first boss portion 12 is larger than a diameter of the second boss portion 13.

Although not shown in the drawings, in the present invention, the boss 1a and the upper fixing plate 11 may be integrally provided, and the boss 1a may be fixed to the upper fixing plate 11 by assembling.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the outer peripheral surface of the upper fixing plate 11 is circular, and two through holes for the coil 2 to pass through and two light holes located at two sides of the through holes are formed thereon. Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of an upper fixing plate 11 according to another embodiment. In this embodiment, the outer circumferential surface of the upper fixing plate 11 is formed in an elliptical shape, and two through holes through which the coil 2 passes and light holes at both sides of the through holes are formed therein.

Fig. 8 is a schematic view of an upper fixing plate 11 according to another embodiment. The upper fixing plate 11 is provided with two through holes for the coil 2 to pass through and two light holes located at two sides of the through holes. The outer peripheral surface of the upper fixing plate 11 is square.

Fig. 9 is a schematic view of an upper fixing plate 11 according to another embodiment. The upper fixing plate 11 is square, and is provided with two apertures and two oppositely arranged grooves for the coil to pass through, and the openings of the grooves are outward. The connecting line of the two grooves is vertical to the connecting line of the two light holes.

Fig. 10 is a schematic view of an upper fixing plate 11 according to another embodiment. The upper fixing plate 11 is circular, and is provided with two apertures and two oppositely arranged grooves for the coil to pass through, and the openings of the grooves are outward. The connecting line of the two grooves is vertical to the connecting line of the two light holes.

In the present embodiment, the coating is generally pure titanium sprayed or titanium bead sintered, and has many micro-porous structures inside.
