As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the high impact polypropylene resin synthesis system according to the present invention comprises a preparation unit, a checking unit and a filtering unit, wherein the preparation unit processes a primer solvent into polypropylene resin through a reaction kettle, the checking unit checks viscosity and acid value of the polypropylene resin through a reagent, and the filtering unit filters the polypropylene resin through a bag filter; the filter unit comprises a bag filter, and the bag filter comprises a filter cartridge 1, a motor 11, a discharge pipe 12 and a transmission shaft 2; a discharge pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the filter cartridge 1 near the bottom, and the discharge pipe 12 is communicated with the filter cartridge 1; the center of the bottom of the filter cartridge 1 is fixedly connected with a motor 11, and the output end of the motor 11 is fixedly connected with a transmission shaft 2; a group of convex blocks 13 are uniformly and circumferentially fixedly connected to the inner wall of the filter cartridge 1 close to the top, a circular ring 14 is slidably connected in the filter cartridge 1, and the outer ring of the circular ring 14 is attached to the convex blocks 13; the bottom of the circular ring 14 is uniformly and circumferentially fixedly connected with a support rod 15, one end of the support rod 15, far away from the circular ring 14, is fixedly connected with a ring 16, and the ring 16 is positioned on the axis below the circular ring 14; a filter bag 17 is fixedly connected between the circular ring 14 and the annular ring 16, the transmission shaft 2 penetrates through the bottom of the filter bag 17 and is positioned at the center of the circular ring 14, a group of support rods 21 are uniformly and circumferentially fixedly connected in the filter bag 17 of the transmission shaft 2, and one ends of the support rods 21 far away from the transmission shaft 2 are fixedly connected with scraping pipes 22; an elastic plate 3 is fixedly connected between the adjacent support rods 15, the elastic plate 3 is arranged obliquely, and the bending radius of the elastic plate 3 is larger than that of the support rods 15; the driving rod 25 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the transmission shaft 2 below the ring 16, the driving rod 25 and the scraping pipe 22 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the driving rod 25 inclines towards the direction of the circular ring 14; in operation, the lever 25 moves into contact with the flexible plate 3.

When the polypropylene resin solution is produced, the polypropylene resin solution after stirring reaction is poured from a feeding hole in a filter cylinder 1, a bag type filter is opened, a motor 11 drives a transmission shaft 2 to move, the motor 11 in the invention is a conventional speed reduction motor 11, the transmission shaft 2 drives a support rod 21 to move, the support rod 21 drives a scraping pipe 22 to move, the scraping pipe 22 in the invention is formed by bending a filter screen, the polypropylene resin solution is poured into the filter cylinder 1 and then is filtered by a filter bag 17 to remove impurities formed in the production and processing of the polypropylene resin solution, the polypropylene resin solution penetrates through the filter bag 17, the filter bag 17 separates the impurities in the polypropylene resin solution on the surface of the filter bag 17, the scraping pipe 22 moves to scrape the impurities separated on the surface by the filter bag 17, the cleaning degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is increased, so that the filtering efficiency of the filter bag 17 on the polypropylene resin solution is increased, and the polypropylene resin solution is prevented from working for a long time, impurities in the polypropylene resin solution are accumulated on the surface of the filter bag 17, so that the filter bag 17 is blocked, and the filtering efficiency of the filter bag 17 on the polypropylene resin solution is reduced; the driving shaft 2 drives the driving lever 25 to move, and the driving lever 25 contacts the elastic plate 3 in the moving process because the elastic plate 3 is arranged and the initial state of the elastic plate 3 is arc-shaped, and the bending radius of the elastic plate 3 is larger than that of the supporting rod 15; when the deflector rod 25 moves to a position where the elastic plate 3 is close to the middle, one side of the deflector rod 25 close to the filter bag 17 contacts the surface of the elastic plate 3, and as the elastic plate 3 is arc-shaped, the deflector rod 25 gradually approaches to the middle part of the elastic plate 3 along with the movement of the deflector rod 25, the deflector rod 25 extrudes the middle part of the elastic plate 3, so that the elastic plate 3 is gradually and reversely bent; when the shifting rod 25 moves to the middle position of the elastic plate 3, the shifting rod 25 extrudes the elastic plate 3 to achieve the maximum reverse bending degree, so that the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the shifting rod 25 to influence the movement to be in a reverse bending shape, the bending degree of the middle part of the elastic plate 3 is greater than the bending degrees of the two ends of the elastic plate 3 after the elastic plate 3 deforms, so that the middle part of the elastic plate 3 beats the filter bag 17, the filter bag 17 shakes to drive impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 to move after being beaten by the elastic plate 3, the filter bag 17 shakes to drive the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 to scrape the surface of the filter bag 17 in cooperation with the scraping pipe 22, the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 are scraped, the cleaning degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is further increased, and the filtering efficiency of the filter bag 17 on the polypropylene resin solution is increased; when the scraping pipe 22 moves to the elastic plate 3 in the reverse bending state, the scraping pipe 22 firstly contacts the elastic plate 3 and is close to the middle part to extrude the elastic plate 3, and when the scraping pipe 22 moves to the middle position of the elastic plate 3, the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the scraping pipe 22 to be influenced to be bent and deformed, so that the elastic plate 3 is reset to the initial state, and the elastic plate 3 forms a working cycle; the polypropylene resin falls to the bottom of the filter cartridge 1 after being filtered, the polypropylene resin is discharged from a discharge pipe 12 at the bottom of the filter cartridge 1, and workers collect the filtered polypropylene resin; when changing filter bag 17, branch 21 and transmission shaft 2 are detachable installation, demolish branch 21 from transmission shaft 2 and wash and scrape pipe 22, and the staff lifts ring 14, and ring 14 upwards slides along lug 13, and ring 14 drives the motion of bracing piece 15, and bracing piece 15 drives the motion of ring 16 to take out filter bag 17 and change.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the section of the scraping pipe 22 is composed of a circular arc a and a circular arc b, and one end of the circular arc a away from the circular arc b is bent towards the circular arc b, and one end of the circular arc b away from the circular arc a contacts the surface of the filter bag 17.

When the device is used, the transmission shaft 2 drives the supporting rod 21 to move, the supporting rod 21 drives the scraping pipe 22 to move, one end, far away from the arc a, of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22 scrapes the surface of the filter bag 17, a polypropylene solution penetrates through the scraping pipe 22, the scraping pipe 22 drives impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 to move, the impurities are influenced by the guiding effect of the inner surface of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22 and move to the arc a part in the scraping pipe 22 along the inner surface of the arc b part in the scraping pipe 22, so that the scraping pipe 22 collects the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17, the cleaning degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is increased, the scraping pipe 22 is prevented from pushing the impurities to move on the surface of the filter bag 17, and the polypropylene solution is prevented from forming secondary pollution; because the arc a in the scraping pipe 22 is away from the bending of one end of the arc b and faces the arc b, the arc a part in the scraping pipe 22 approaches to the ring shape, when impurities move on the arc b part in the scraping pipe 22, the impurities are influenced by the guiding effect of the arc a in the scraping pipe 22, the impurities move along the arc a part in the scraping pipe 22 and face the arc b part in the scraping pipe 22, the impurities form a circular track movement in the arc a in the scraping pipe 22, the cleaning degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is increased, the impurities collected in the scraping pipe 22 are prevented from flowing out and falling on the surface of the filter bag 17, the surface of the filter bag 17 is subjected to secondary pollution, and the cleaning degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is reduced.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a scraper 23 is hinged to one end of the scraping tube 22, which is away from the arc a, of the arc b, and the scraper 23 moves towards the scraping tube 22, and the scraper 23 and the scraping tube 22 are connected by a torsion spring.

When the flapping-prevention elastic plate is used, after the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the deflector rod 25 to deform, the elastic plate 3 bends towards the direction close to the filter bag 17 until the middle position of the elastic plate 3 contacts the surface of the filter bag 17 to flap; the transmission shaft 2 drives the support rod 21 to move, the support rod 21 drives the scraping pipe 22 to move, when the scraping pipe 22 moves to the position of the elastic plate 3, the scraping plate 23 is arranged, the scraping plate 23 is made of a flexible graphite packing material, the flexible graphite packing has friction resistance and self-lubricating characteristics, the scraping pipe 22 drives the scraping plate 23 to move, one end, far away from the scraping pipe 22, of the scraping plate 23 is in contact with the elastic plate 3 through the filter bag 17, part, in the scraping plate 23, in contact with the elastic plate 3 is in extrusion with the elastic plate 3, meanwhile, the scraping plate 23 is under the reaction force of the elastic plate 3, the part, in the scraping plate 23, in contact with the elastic plate 3 moves around one end, far away from the arc a, of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22 and the hinge of the scraping plate 23, the arc surface in the scraping plate 23 is in contact with the elastic plate 3 through the filter bag 17, the contact area between the scraping plate 23 and the filter bag 17 is increased, the protection performance of the scraping plate 23 on the filter bag 17 is increased, and when the scraping plate 23 is prevented from being in contact with the elastic plate 3, edges in the scraper 23 are in contact with the surface of the filter bag 17, and after long-time work, the abrasion degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is increased, so that the service life of the filter bag 17 is shortened; after the scraper 23 moves past the position of the elastic plate 3, the torsion spring drives the scraper 23 to reset, so that the scraper 23 continuously scrapes the surface of the filter bag 17.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a set of balls 24 is uniformly sleeved on a surface of the scraper 23 away from the scraper tube 22.

When the scraper is used, the scraper 23 is driven by the scraper tube 22 to move, when the scraper 23 moves to the position of the elastic plate 3, one end of the scraper 23, which is far away from the scraper tube 22, contacts the elastic plate 3, when the scraper 23 presses the bent part of the elastic plate 3, the reaction force of the elastic plate 3 is received, the part of the scraper 23, which contacts the elastic plate 3, moves around the hinged part of the scraper 23 and one end, which is far away from the arc a, of the arc b in the scraper tube 22, so that the arc surface in the scraper 23 contacts the elastic plate 3, due to the arrangement of the balls 24, the arc surface in the scraper 23 contacts the surface of the filter bag 17 through the balls 24, so that the scraper 23 contacts the bent part of the elastic plate 3, when the scraper 23 presses the elastic plate 3, the contact mode of the scraper 23 and the surface of the filter bag 17 is changed from sliding friction through the balls 24 into rolling friction, when the scraper 23 presses the bent part of the elastic plate 3, the friction force of the scraper 23 on the surface of the filter bag 17 is reduced, and the protection of the scraper 23 on the filter bag 17 is further increased, when the scraper 23 is prevented from extruding the elastic plate 3, the arc-shaped surface in the scraper 23 is in contact with the surface of the filter bag 17, and after long-time work, the abrasion degree of the surface of the filter bag 17 is increased, so that the service life of the filter bag 17 is shortened.

As an embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the elastic plate 3 near the supporting rod 15 are arc-shaped, and both ends of the elastic plate 3 near the supporting rod 15 are bent toward the elastic plate 3.

When the elastic plate 3 is used, the transmission shaft 2 moves to drive the shift lever 25 to move, the shift lever 25 contacts the elastic plate 3 in the movement process, and the two ends of the elastic plate 3, which are close to the supporting rods 15, are both arranged in an arc shape, so that the contact area between edges in the elastic plate 3 and the surface of the shift lever 25 is reduced when the shift lever 25 contacts the elastic plate 3, the elastic plate 3 is protected, the service life of the elastic plate 3 is prolonged, and the elastic plate 3 is prevented from contacting the shift lever 25 through the edges, so that the abrasion degree of the elastic plate 3 is increased; through setting up the equal arc in both ends that the elastic plate 3 is close to bracing piece 15, when scraper 23 passes through filter bag 17 contact elastic plate 3, the arc part in the scraper 23 contact elastic plate 3 extrudees elastic plate 3, thereby protection scraper 23 and elastic plate 3 contact part's filter bag 17 surface, increase the life of filter bag 17, edge contact filter bag 17 in the elastic plate 3 prevents, scraper 23 scrapes along the 3 edges of elastic plate and moves the extrusion, lead to increasing the degree of wear of elastic plate 3 and scraper 23 to filter bag 17, and then reduce the life of filter bag 17.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic plate 3 is fixedly connected with a supporting strip 31 at a middle position, and the length of the supporting strip 31 is smaller than that of the elastic plate 3.

When the flexible filter bag flapping-free transmission mechanism is used, the transmission shaft 2 moves to drive the shift lever 25 to move, when the shift lever 25 moves to the position of the elastic plate 3, the shift lever 25 contacts the bent part of the elastic plate 3, the shift lever 25 extrudes the bent part of the elastic plate 3, the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the shift lever 25 to generate elastic deformation, when the shift lever 25 moves to the middle position of the elastic plate 3, the shift lever 25 extrudes the bent part of the elastic plate 3, the elastic plate 3 is bent towards the direction close to the filter bag 17 under the influence of the deformation, the bending degree of the middle part of the elastic plate 3 is greater than that of the two end parts of the elastic plate 3, and the middle part of the elastic plate 3 flacks the filter bag 17; owing to be provided with support bar 31, and support bar 31 length is less than one fifth of elastic plate 3, when elastic plate 3 is crooked, support bar 31 supports the 3 middle parts of elastic plate, it is the arcuation to make 3 middle parts of elastic plate receive the bending of deformation influence, reduce the 3 crooked deformation radians of elastic plate, increase elastic plate 3 life, prevent that elastic plate 3 is when crooked deformation, the middle part of elastic plate 3 is excessively crooked or elastic plate 3 forms the folded plate form, lead to the extrusion force that elastic plate 3 received when receiving scraper blade 23 or driving lever 25 extrusion to increase, thereby increase filter bag 17 and elastic plate 3's degree of wear.

The specific working process is as follows:

when the polypropylene resin solution is produced, the polypropylene resin solution after the stirring reaction is poured from a feeding hole in a filter cylinder 1, a bag type filter is started, a motor 11 drives a transmission shaft 2 to move, the transmission shaft 2 drives a support rod 21 to move, the support rod 21 drives a scraping pipe 22 to move, the polypropylene resin solution is poured into the filter cylinder 1 and then impurities formed in the production and processing of the polypropylene resin solution are filtered through a filter bag 17, the polypropylene resin solution penetrates through the filter bag 17, the filter bag 17 blocks the impurities in the polypropylene resin solution on the surface of the filter bag 17, and the scraping pipe 22 moves to scrape the impurities blocked on the surface by the filter bag 17; the driving shaft 2 drives the driving lever 25 to move, and the driving lever 25 contacts the elastic plate 3 in the moving process; when the deflector rod 25 moves to a position where the elastic plate 3 is close to the middle, one side of the deflector rod 25 close to the filter bag 17 contacts the surface of the elastic plate 3, and as the elastic plate 3 is arc-shaped, the deflector rod 25 gradually approaches to the middle part of the elastic plate 3 along with the movement of the deflector rod 25, the deflector rod 25 extrudes the middle part of the elastic plate 3, so that the elastic plate 3 is gradually and reversely bent; when the shifting rod 25 moves to the middle position of the elastic plate 3, the shifting rod 25 extrudes the elastic plate 3 to achieve the maximum reverse bending degree, so that the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the shifting rod 25 to influence the movement to be in a reverse bending shape, the bending degree of the middle part of the elastic plate 3 is greater than the bending degrees of the two ends of the elastic plate 3 after the elastic plate 3 deforms, so that the middle part of the elastic plate 3 beats the filter bag 17, the filter bag 17 generates vibration after being beaten by the elastic plate 3, the filter bag 17 vibrates to drive impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 to move, and the scraper tube 22 is matched to scrape the surface of the filter bag 17 to scrape the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17; one end, far away from the arc a, of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22 scrapes the surface of the filter bag 17, the polypropylene solution penetrates through the scraping pipe 22, the scraping pipe 22 drives impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17 to move, and the impurities are influenced by the guiding effect of the inner surface of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22 and move to the inner part of the arc a in the scraping pipe 22 along the inner surface of the arc b in the scraping pipe 22, so that the scraping pipe 22 collects the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 17; when the impurities move on the arc b part in the scraping pipe 22, the impurities are influenced by the guiding action of the arc a in the scraping pipe 22, and the impurities move along the arc a part in the scraping pipe 22 towards the arc b part in the scraping pipe 22, so that the impurities form an annular track movement in the arc a part in the scraping pipe 22; after the elastic plate 3 is extruded by the deflector rod 25 to deform, the elastic plate 3 bends towards the direction close to the filter bag 17 until the middle position of the elastic plate 3 contacts the surface of the filter bag 17 to form flapping; the scraper 23 is driven by the scraper tube 22 to move, one end of the scraper 23 far away from the scraper tube 22 contacts the elastic plate 3 through the filter bag 17, the part of the scraper 23 contacting the elastic plate 3 presses the elastic plate 3, and meanwhile, the scraper 23 is subjected to the reaction force of the elastic plate 3, so that the part of the scraper 23 contacting the elastic plate 3 moves around the hinge joint of the scraper 23 and one end of the arc b far away from the arc a in the scraper tube 22, and the arc-shaped surface in the scraper 23 contacts the elastic plate 3 through the filter bag 17; the arc-shaped surface of the scraper 23 contacts the surface of the filter pocket 17 through the balls 24, so that the scraper 23 contacts the bent part of the elastic plate 3, and when the scraper 23 presses the elastic plate 3, the contact mode of the scraper 23 and the surface of the filter pocket 17 is changed from sliding friction through the balls 24 to rolling friction; when the scraper 23 contacts the elastic plate 3 through the filter bag 17, the scraper 23 contacts the arc-shaped part in the elastic plate 3 to press the elastic plate 3, so that the surface of the filter bag 17 at the contact part of the scraper 23 and the elastic plate 3 is protected; when the elastic plate 3 is bent, the supporting bars 31 support the middle part of the elastic plate 3, so that the middle part of the elastic plate 3 is bent into an arc shape under the influence of deformation, the bending deformation radian of the elastic plate 3 is reduced, and the service life of the elastic plate 3 is prolonged.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
