the fourth step: by controlling the placing plate 36 to slide out in the moving chute 34 and the placing chute 35, the placing plate 36 drives the lifting rod 37 and the stirring rod 40 to slide out in the moving chute 34 and the placing plate 36 respectively, when the lower end of the stirring rod 40 is exposed to the upper side of the placing groove 35, the lower end of the stirring rod 40 is matched with the bottle mouth of the conical container 17 by rotating the placing plate 36, the placing plate 36 is driven into the inner part of the clamping groove 43 under the pulling force of the tension spring 39, and the stirring rod 40 and the stirring blade 41 are driven into the inner part of the conical container 17, when conical container 17 rotated and shaken, stirring rod 40 and stirring leaf 41 are less and can not cause hindrance to the inside of conical container 17, and stirring hole 42 is used for fully stirring the miscible liquid medicine inside conical container 17, so that the liquid medicine flows out of stirring hole 42 and then is collided and mixed with other liquid medicines more rapidly.
