a funnel-shaped diversion shell 16 is arranged in the box body 1 between the scattering mechanism 4 and the secondary screening mechanism 5, so that scattered cement can fall in order through the diversion shell 16.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a second-stage screening mechanism 5 is arranged in the box 1 of the cement screening area below the scattering mechanism 4, the second-stage screening mechanism 5 includes circular screening boxes 51 located at the upper and lower sides inside the box 1, the edges of the two sides of the bottom of the circular screening box 51 are respectively provided with sliding chutes 52, the two opposite side walls on the box 1 are respectively provided with sliding rails 54 matched with the sliding chutes 52, the outer side wall of the box 1 is provided with a driving unit 53 for driving the circular screening boxes 51, the driving unit includes a driving box 531, a second motor 532 is installed inside the driving box 531, the shaft end of the second motor 532 is connected with a cam 533, a connecting plate 534 is further arranged inside the driving box 531, the upper and lower sides of the connecting plate 534, which are close to the side wall of the box 1, are respectively provided with a connecting rod 535, and the other end of the connecting rod 535 slides through the box 1 and is respectively connected with the upper and lower circular screening boxes 51, the upper and lower sides of the side wall of the connecting plate 534 far away from the connecting rod 535 are respectively provided with a spring 536, the other end of the spring 536 is connected with the inner side wall of the driving box 531 far away from the box body 1, one side of the circular sieve box 51 far away from the driving box 531 is provided with a slag outlet 511, a plug 512 is arranged on the slag outlet 511 in a matching way, a ferrous metal block 513 is arranged on the outer side wall of the plug 512, cement passing through the diversion shell 16 enters the circular screen box 51 at the upper part, and simultaneously the second motor 532 is started to drive the cam 533 to rotate, and the connecting plate 534 can be always contacted with the cam 533 under the action of the spring 536, so as to improve the stability, and the rotation of the cam 533 drives the connecting plate 534 to move back and forth along with the rotation, thereby the round sieve box 51 is driven by the connecting rod 535 to rock back and forth under the matching of the sliding chute 52 and the sliding rail 54, and always keep the positions corresponding to the upper and lower parts, so that the cement is respectively screened and dropped from the upper and lower circular screen boxes 51.

As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 7, a cleaning and discharging slag mechanism 6 matched with the secondary screening mechanism 5 is further arranged in the box body 1 of the cement screening area, the cleaning and discharging slag mechanism 6 comprises a first transverse plate 61 positioned above the circular screen box 51, the first transverse plate 61 is of a triangular prism structure, one edge of the first transverse plate is upward, so that cement cannot stay above the first transverse plate 61 when falling, waste is reduced, the first transverse plate 61 is fixed in the box body 1, a moving plate 62 is arranged below the first transverse plate 61 through a second sliding rail in a sliding connection manner, a first electric push rod 63 is arranged at the bottom of the moving plate 62, a first electric push rod 63 is arranged at the telescopic end of the first electric push rod 63 downward and is connected with a third motor 64, an inverted U-shaped frame 65 is arranged at the bottom of the third motor 64, a connecting rod 66 is rotatably arranged between two sides in the U-shaped frame 65, one end of the connecting rod 66 penetrates through the U-shaped frame 65 and is connected with a fourth motor 67, the motor IV 67 is fixed on the outer side wall of the U-shaped frame 65, the outer walls of the two radial sides of the connecting rod 66 are respectively provided with a cleaning bristle 68 and a cleaning scraper 69 which are matched with the circular sieve box 51, the bottoms of the cleaning bristle 68 and the cleaning scraper 69 can extend out of the lower part of the U-shaped frame, one side of the side wall below the transverse plate I61 is provided with a driving unit II 610 for driving the moving plate 62, the cleaning slag discharging mechanism 6 further comprises two electric push rods II 611 positioned on the side wall of the partition plate 3, the telescopic ends of the two electric push rods II 611 respectively correspond to the iron-containing metal block 513, the end parts of the two electric push rods 611 are connected with an electromagnet 612, the driving unit II 610 comprises a motor V6101 connected with one side of the lower side wall of the transverse plate I61, the shaft end of the motor 6101 is connected with a screw rod I6102, the moving plate 6102 is matched with the moving plate 62 and penetrates through the end parts of the screw rod seat I6103 in a rotating manner, the screw rod seat I6103 is fixed on the other side below the transverse plate 61, the first screw 6102 is parallel to the connecting rod 535, after the screening by the second-stage screening mechanism 5, the round screen box 51 may have cement left thereon, at this time, the second motor 532 is stopped, the fifth motor 6101 is started to drive the first screw 6102 to rotate, so as to drive the moving plate 62 to move, the first electric push rod 63 is moved from the position shown in fig. 1 to the position right above the round screen box 51, a limit block is arranged on the second slide rail below the first transverse plate 61, and the second motor 532 is set to be at the position shown in fig. 1 when the second motor 532 stops, so that when the moving plate 62 moves to the limit block, the axis of the first electric push rod 63 coincides with the axis of the round screen box 51, the first electric push rod 63 extends out, so that the cleaning bristles 68 first contact with the bottom of the round screen box 51, the third motor 64 is started to drive the U-shaped frame 65 to rotate, so as to rotate and clean the cleaning bristles 68 in the round screen box 51, and at this time, the cleaning bristles extend out through the second electric push rod 611, the electromagnet 612 is contacted with the ferrous metal block 513, after the electromagnet is powered on, the electric push rod II 611 is retracted, so that the plug 512 is pulled out, and therefore, by rotation and centrifugal force, the cleaning bristles 68 can sweep a part of residual cement through the slag outlet 511, and clean out cement particles clamped at the bottom of the circular screen box 51, the motor III 64 is stopped, the electric push rod I63 is retracted, the motor IV 67 is controlled to rotate 180 degrees, the cleaning scraper 69 faces downwards, then the cleaning scraper 69 is moved to be contacted with the bottom of the circular screen box 51, so that the residual cement is further cleaned under the action of centrifugal force, and the cleaning scraper 69 rotates, so that the cement moves towards two ends of the cleaning scraper 69, and falls from the slag outlet 511 when passing through the slag outlet 511.

After the cleaning is finished, the cleaning bristles 68 and the cleaning scraper 69 are processed by the first electric push rod 63 and the second driving unit 610 to return to the positions shown in FIG. 1.

Utilize above-mentioned mode to clean, can set the screen cloth into the box body shape to need not set up great and clean roller or push pedal complex opening in one side of box body, thereby can use the drive form of rocking the screen cloth, can not cause the phenomenon that a large amount of cement flow out to appear in the screening.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 8, the bottom of the box 1 of the cement screening area is further provided with a discharging mechanism 7 and a material receiving box corresponding to the secondary screening mechanism 5 and the material cleaning and discharging mechanism 6, the material receiving box is drawn and arranged at the bottom of the box 1, the discharging mechanism 7 comprises an inverted conical discharging barrel 71, the conical discharging barrel 71 is uncovered from top to bottom, the upper end of the conical discharging barrel 71 is connected between the two slide rails 54, the lower end of the conical discharging barrel is connected with a material receiving box 72, a spiral downward guide plate 77 is arranged in the conical discharging barrel 71, an air suction pipe 73 is arranged at one side of the material receiving box 72 away from the sand screening area, the other end of the air suction pipe 73 extends out of the box 1 and is connected with an air suction pump 74, a breathable film 75 is arranged at the position of the air suction pipe 73 in the material receiving box 72, the front side of the material receiving box 72 is in an open shape, a discharging door 76 matched with the opening of the material receiving box 72 is hinged on the box 1, when the cement screening device is used, the opening of the material receiving box 72 can be in contact with the inner wall of the discharge door 76, air in the material receiving box 72 is sucked out through the air suction pump 74 and the air suction pipe 73, negative pressure is formed, screened cement moves downwards from the conical discharge barrel 71 along with air flow, the discharge speed is accelerated, the cement is reserved in the material receiving box 72 due to the arrangement of the air-permeable membrane 75 (the pore diameter of the air-permeable membrane 75 is smaller than the particle size of the cement), and the screened cement can orderly fall through the arrangement of the discharge mechanism 7 and cannot scatter to other positions; in addition, the cleaned cement enters the material receiving box and is convenient to collect and clean in a drawing mode.

As shown in figures 1 and 3, a second partition plate 8 is arranged inside the box body 1 of the sand and stone screening area, a stirring mechanism 9 is arranged on one side of the box body 1 above the second partition plate 8, the stirring mechanism 9 comprises a motor six 91 positioned on the side wall of the box body 1 far away from the cement screening area, the six shaft ends of the motor 91 penetrate through the side wall of the box body 1 to be connected with a stirring rod 92, the other end of the stirring rod 92 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the clapboard 3, the outer side wall of the stirring rod 92 is provided with a plurality of stirring blades 93, sand and cement are put down simultaneously, the cement enters the cement screening area through the cement feeding port 2, the sand and the cement directly enter the sand screening area, then, clear water is injected above the second partition plate 8, then the stirring rod 92 is driven to rotate and the stirring blade 93 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the motor six 91, so as to stir the sand and stone, fully contact with water and fully float the impurities with smaller density, such as wood sticks and grass sticks, on the water surface.

As shown in fig. 1 and 6, a fishing mechanism 10 is arranged on one side of the box body 1 above the stirring mechanism 9, the fishing mechanism 10 includes a second transverse plate 101 connected to the inside of the upper part of the box body 1 of the sand sieving zone, a moving block 102 is arranged above the second transverse plate 101 in a sliding manner through a sliding groove, a third driving unit 103 for driving the moving block 102 is arranged on the outer side wall of the box body 1 of the sand sieving zone, the third driving unit 103 includes a seventh motor 1031 arranged on the side wall of the box body 1, the shaft end of the seventh motor 1031 penetrates through the side wall of the box body 1 and is connected with a second lead screw 1032, the second lead screw 1032 penetrates through the moving block 102 in a matching manner and is rotatably connected with a second lead screw seat 1033 at the end part, the second lead screw seat 1033 is fixed on the partition plate 3, a fishing rod 104 is arranged at the bottom of the moving block 102 in a threaded connection manner, the fishing rod 104 penetrates through the second transverse plate 101 and is connected with a fishing net 105 matched with the inside of the box body 1, the bottom of the chute is provided with a strip-shaped through hole 106 matched with the fishing rod 104 in a moving way, in an initial state, the fishing rod 104 and the fishing net 105 are positioned at the positions shown in figure 1, and the fishing net 105 is arranged in the state shown in figure 1; a discharge port 11 is arranged below the second partition plate 8, a matched cover plate 12 is hinged to one side of the bottom of the discharge port 11, a driving mechanism 13 for opening the cover plate 12 is arranged on the side wall of the second partition plate 8, the driving mechanism 13 comprises a fixing plate 131 fixed below the second partition plate 8, a third electric push rod 132 is hinged to one side, close to the cover plate 12, of the side wall of the fixing plate 131, the other end of the third electric push rod 132 is hinged to the bottom of the cover plate 12, after fishing, the cover plate 12 is opened by controlling the third electric push rod 132, water and gravel fall down simultaneously, then the motor is controlled to rotate seven 1031 reversely, the fishing net 105 is moved to an initial position to wait for next fishing, and after a certain time, the fishing rod 104 can be screwed out from the lower portion of the moving block 102, so that cleaning can be performed.

As shown in fig. 1, the inside filter plate 14 that inclines that is equipped with of box 1 below the second 8 of baffle, the cement sieve district is kept away from to filter plate 14 one side down, be equipped with on the box 1 lateral wall with filter plate 14 one side complex sand outlet 15 down, the region of filter plate 14 below is the water storage district, and the water of whereabouts and grit contact filter plate 14, water pass through filter plate 14 and enter into the water storage district in, the grit then stays on filter plate 14, continues the whereabouts through the filter plate 14 of slope, drops in the sand box that connects of box 1 outside through sand outlet 15.

As shown in figure 1, the water circulation mechanism 17 is connected to the side wall of the box body 1 of the water storage area, the water circulation mechanism 17 comprises a water pump 171, the water inlet end of the water pump 171 is connected with the side wall of the box body 1 through a water pipe, the water outlet end of the water pump 171 is connected with the side wall of the box body 1 between the stirring mechanism 9 and the fishing mechanism 10 through a water pipe II, after sand and stone screening, water in the water storage area can be pumped to the position above the partition plate II 8 through the water pump 171, and therefore new water does not need to be injected into the water storage area at each time, and water resources are saved.

The principle of the invention is that cement and sand and stone are respectively placed in a cement screening area and a sand screening area at the same time, then the cement is screened by a secondary screening mechanism 5, meanwhile, sand and stone are screened by a stirring mechanism 9 and a fishing mechanism 10, after the cement and the sand and stone are screened, the cement enters a corresponding material receiving box 72 through a discharging mechanism 7, meanwhile, the sand and stone open a cover plate 12 through a driving mechanism 13 and enter the material receiving box through a filter plate 14 and a sand outlet 15, residual cement enters the corresponding material receiving box through a material slag cleaning mechanism 6 through a slag outlet 511, and simultaneously impurities in the sand and stone, such as grass sticks, wood sticks and the like, are cleaned through dismantling the fishing rod 104 and the moving block 102.

The present invention and its embodiments have been described above, and the description is not intended to be limiting, and the drawings are only one embodiment of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
