1. A method of producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product, the method comprising:

pretreating the surface of the base material;

adjusting the temperature and viscosity of the thick film polyurethane primer, setting parameters of a primary coating machine, and coating the thick film polyurethane primer on the surface of the pretreated substrate through the primary coating machine;

drying, solidifying and cooling the substrate coated with the thick film polyurethane primer to obtain a thick film polyurethane primer coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns;

adjusting the temperature and the viscosity of the fluorocarbon finish paint, setting parameters of a finish coater, and coating the fluorocarbon finish paint on the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate by the finish coater;

and drying, curing and cooling the substrate coated with the fluorocarbon finish paint to obtain the fluorocarbon finish paint coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns.

2. The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 1, wherein said pre-treating the substrate surface specifically comprises:

cleaning the surface of the base material;

and passivating the surface of the cleaned base material.

The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the thick film polyurethane primer is adjusted to 20-25 ℃ and the viscosity is adjusted to 90-100 seconds; the temperature of the fluorocarbon finish paint is adjusted to be 20-25 ℃, and the viscosity is adjusted to be 110-120 seconds.

The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 1, wherein the setting parameter items of the primary coater specifically include: a take-off roll rotational speed, a coating roll rotational speed, and a take-off roll pressure; the setting parameter items of the precision coating machine specifically comprise: a take-up roll speed, a coating roll speed, and a take-up roll pressure.

The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 4, wherein the rotation speed of the belt roller of the primary coater is set to 38-40 m/min, the rotation speed of the coating roller is set to 140-150 m/min, and the pressure of the belt roller is set to 600-800 kg; the rotating speed of a material carrying roller of the precision coating machine is set to be 16-18 m/min, the rotating speed of a coating roller is set to be 64-72 m/min, and the pressure of the material carrying roller is set to be 600-800 kg.

6. The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 2, wherein said cleaning the substrate surface specifically comprises:

carrying out spray degreasing treatment twice on the surface of the base material by using a degreasing agent;

carrying out twice spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using industrial water;

carrying out primary spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using desalted water;

and cleaning the base material and drying.

The method for producing a thick-film fluorocarbon color coated plate product according to claim 6, wherein the degreasing agent is used for spraying degreasing treatment on the surface of the substrate through a degreasing tank, the conductivity of the degreasing tank is 10-12 ms/cm, and the temperature of the degreasing agent is 50-55 ℃; the temperature of the industrial water is 45-50 ℃; the conductivity of the desalted water is lower than 200 mu s/cm.

8. The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 2, wherein the passivating the surface of the cleaned substrate comprises:

coating a color-coating passivation solution on the surface of the substrate;

putting the base material coated with the color coating passivation solution into a baking oven for drying and curing, wherein the highest metal plate temperature is controlled to be 70-90 ℃;

and cooling the dried and solidified base material to room temperature.

The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 1, wherein said drying, curing and cooling the substrate coated with said thick film polyurethane primer specifically comprises: putting the substrate into a primary coating baking oven for drying and curing, controlling the highest metal plate temperature to be 224-232 ℃, spraying water for cooling the dried and cured substrate, and drying the substrate by an air knife;

the drying, curing and cooling of the substrate coated with the fluorocarbon finish specifically comprises the following steps: and (3) putting the substrate into a fine coating baking oven for drying and curing, controlling the temperature of the highest metal plate to be 241-254 ℃, spraying water for cooling the dried and cured substrate, and drying the substrate by an air knife.

10. The method for producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is a galvanized sheet, an aluminized zinc sheet or a high aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium sheet.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of color-coated sheet production, in particular to a production method of a thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated sheet product.

Background

The fluorocarbon color coated plate is a metal baking varnish coated plate which is prepared by coating fluorocarbon paint of fluorocarbon resin on a metal plate and baking at high temperature, wherein the fluorocarbon coating is an extreme product in the existing building coating, and the fluorocarbon color coated plate is mainly used for buildings which need long-term protection indoors and outdoors and always maintain the original color, in particular high-grade buildings or buildings under severe environment, such as public facilities, airports, commercial or office buildings, supermarkets, industrial factory buildings, hangars, grain depots and the like.

The fluorocarbon color coated sheet product with the film thickness of more than 40 microns has super-strong corrosion resistance, can be widely applied to the fields of thermal power plants, national large-scale key projects and the like, but the film thickness of the fluorocarbon color coated sheet product produced by a certain factory is limited to 25 microns at present, and cannot meet the requirements of customers.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a production method of a thick-film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product, so that the film thickness of the fluorocarbon color coated sheet exceeds 40 microns.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:

a method of producing a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product, the method comprising:

pretreating the surface of the base material;

setting the temperature and viscosity of the thick film polyurethane primer, coating the thick film polyurethane primer on the surface of the pretreated substrate by using a primary coating machine, and adjusting the parameters of the primary coating machine to enable the thickness of the thick film polyurethane primer to be 20-21 microns;

setting the temperature and viscosity of the fluorocarbon finish, coating the fluorocarbon finish on the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate by using a finish coater, and adjusting the parameters of the finish coater to enable the thickness of the fluorocarbon finish to be 20-21 microns;

and drying, curing and cooling the substrate coated with the fluorocarbon finish paint to obtain a fluorocarbon color coated sheet product with the film thickness of more than or equal to 40 micrometers.

Further, the pretreatment of the substrate surface specifically comprises:

cleaning the surface of the base material;

and passivating the surface of the cleaned base material.

Further, the temperature of the thick film polyurethane primer is set to be 20-25 ℃, and the viscosity is adjusted to be 90-100 seconds; the temperature of the fluorocarbon finish paint is set to be 20-25 ℃, and the viscosity is adjusted to be 110-120 seconds.

Further, the parameters of the primary coating machine are as follows: the rotating speed of the material carrying roller is 38-40 m/min, the rotating speed of the coating roller is 140-150 m/min, and the pressure of the material carrying roller is 600-800 kg; the parameters of the precision coating machine are as follows: the rotating speed of the material carrying roller is 16-18 m/min, the rotating speed of the coating roller is 64-72 m/min, and the pressure of the material carrying roller is 600-800 kg.

Further, the cleaning treatment of the substrate surface specifically includes:

carrying out spray degreasing treatment twice on the surface of the base material by using a degreasing agent;

carrying out twice spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using industrial water;

carrying out primary spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using desalted water;

and cleaning the base material and drying.

Further, the degreasing agent is used for carrying out two times of spraying degreasing treatment on the surface of the base material through a degreasing tank, the conductivity of the degreasing tank is 10-12 ms/cm, and the temperature of the degreasing agent is 50-55 ℃; the temperature of the industrial water is 45-50 ℃; the conductivity of the desalted water is lower than 200 mu s/cm.

Further, the passivating treatment of the surface of the substrate after the cleaning treatment specifically includes:

preparing a color coating passivation solution according to the proportion of 1: 1;

coating the color-coated passivation solution on the surface of a substrate in a roll coating passivation mode;

putting the base material coated with the color coating passivation solution into a baking oven for drying and curing, wherein the highest metal plate temperature is controlled to be 70-90 ℃;

and cooling the dried and solidified base material to room temperature through a water cooling roller.

Further, the drying, curing and cooling the substrate coated with the fluorocarbon finish paint specifically comprises:

putting the substrate into a baking oven for drying and curing, wherein the highest metal plate temperature is controlled to be 241-254 ℃;

and (4) spraying water to cool the dried and solidified substrate, and drying the substrate by an air knife.

Further, the method further comprises:

and (4) carrying out performance test on the prepared fluorocarbon color coated sheet product with the film thickness of more than or equal to 40 micrometers.

Further, the substrate can be a galvanized plate, an aluminum-zinc-plated plate or a high aluminum-zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a production method of a thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated plate product, which comprises the steps of coating a thick-film polyurethane primer on the surface of a pretreated substrate by using a primary coating machine, coating a fluorocarbon finish on the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate by using a finish coating machine, and respectively setting parameters of the primary coating machine and the finish coating machine by respectively adjusting the temperature and the viscosity of the thick-film polyurethane primer and the fluorocarbon finish, so that the thickness of the thick-film polyurethane primer coating on the surface of the pretreated substrate is 20-21 micrometers, and the thickness of the fluorocarbon finish coating on the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate is 20-21 micrometers, thereby obtaining the fluorocarbon color-coated plate product with the film thickness not less than 40 micrometers, and meeting the production requirement.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a production method of a thick film fluorocarbon color coated sheet product according to an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 1, the production method includes:

s1: pretreating the surface of the base material;

s2: adjusting the temperature and viscosity of the thick film polyurethane primer, setting parameters of a primary coating machine, and coating the thick film polyurethane primer on the surface of the pretreated substrate by the primary coating machine;

s3: drying, solidifying and cooling the substrate coated with the thick film polyurethane primer to obtain a thick film polyurethane primer coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns;

s4: adjusting the temperature and the viscosity of the fluorocarbon finish paint, setting parameters of a finish coater, coating the fluorocarbon finish paint on the thick-film polyurethane primer covered on the surface of the substrate by the finish coater,

s5: and drying, solidifying and cooling the substrate coated with the fluorocarbon finish paint to obtain the fluorocarbon finish paint coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns.

The embodiment provides a production method of a thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated sheet product, which comprises the steps of coating a thick-film polyurethane primer on the surface of a pretreated substrate by using a primary coating machine, coating a fluorocarbon finish on the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate by using a finish coating machine, and respectively setting parameters of the primary coating machine and the finish coating machine by respectively adjusting the temperature and the viscosity of the thick-film polyurethane primer and the fluorocarbon finish, so that the thickness of the thick-film polyurethane primer coating covering the surface of the pretreated substrate is 20-21 micrometers, the thickness of the fluorocarbon finish coating covering the thick-film polyurethane primer covering the surface of the substrate is 20-21 micrometers, and thus the thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated sheet product with the thickness not lower than 40 micrometers is obtained, and the production requirement is met.

Further, S1 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:

s11: cleaning the surface of the base material;

s12: and passivating the surface of the cleaned base material.

Further, S11 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:

s111: carrying out spray degreasing treatment twice on the surface of the base material by using a degreasing agent;

s112: carrying out twice spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using industrial water;

s113: carrying out twice spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the base material by using industrial water;

s114: and cleaning the base material and drying.

In the embodiment, the degreasing agent is used for carrying out spray degreasing treatment on the surface of the base material through the degreasing tank, the conductivity of the degreasing tank is 10-12 ms/cm, the temperature of the degreasing agent is 50-55 ℃, the degreasing effect of the degreasing agent can be effectively exerted at the temperature, and meanwhile, the coating on the surface of the base material cannot be corroded; the temperature of the industrial water is 45-50 ℃, and the residue of the degreasing agent on the board surface can be effectively removed; the conductivity of the desalted water is lower than 200 mu s/cm, so that the cleaned board surface is clean and has no water stain residue; the cleaned substrate was blow dried by an air knife.

Further, S12 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:

s121: coating a color coating passivation solution on the surface of a substrate;

s122: putting the base material coated with the color coating passivation solution into a baking oven for drying and curing, and controlling the highest metal plate temperature to be 70-90 ℃;

s123: and cooling the dried and solidified base material to room temperature.

Preferably, the color-coating passivation solution in the embodiment is prepared according to the volume ratio of the passivation stock solution to the desalted water of 1:1, and under the preparation ratio, the chromium content of the dried passivation film can be ensured to reach the optimal range of 15-25 mg/m2, so that the adhesive force between the primer layer and the substrate is ensured.

Preferably, in S121, the color-coated passivation solution may be applied to the surface of the substrate by roll-coating passivation; in S123, the dried and cured substrate may be cooled to room temperature by a water-cooled roller.

Further, S2 of the embodiment of the present invention includes:

s21: adjusting the temperature of the thick film polyurethane primer to be 20-25 ℃, and adjusting the viscosity to be 90-100 seconds;

s22: and setting the rotating speed of the material carrying roller, the rotating speed of the coating roller and the pressure parameter of the material carrying roller of the primary coating machine, and coating the thick film polyurethane primer on the surface of the substrate through the primary coating machine.

Specifically, in the embodiment, the rotation speed of the material carrying roller of the finish coater is 16-18 m/min, the rotation speed of the coating roller is 64-72 m/min, the pressure of the material carrying roller is 600-800 kg, and the thickness of the fluorocarbon finish coating can reach 20-21 microns by matching with 110-120 seconds of fluorocarbon finish coating, and if the thickness of the fluorocarbon finish coating does not reach 20 microns, the rotation speed of the material carrying roller and the rotation speed of the coating roller can be continuously increased.

Further, S5 of the embodiment of the present invention includes:

s31: putting the substrate coated with the thick-film polyurethane primer into a fine coating baking oven for drying and curing, wherein the highest metal plate temperature is controlled to be 241-254 ℃;

s32: and (4) spraying water to cool the dried and solidified substrate, and drying the substrate by an air knife.

Further, the substrate in this embodiment may be a galvanized sheet, an aluminum-zinc-plated sheet, or a high aluminum-zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheet.

The specific application is as follows:

in the specific application, the used base material is a galvanized sheet, and the production method comprises the following steps:

a) carrying out spray degreasing treatment on the surface of the galvanized plate twice by using a degreasing agent through a degreasing tank, wherein the conductivity of the degreasing tank is 10ms/cm, and the temperature of the degreasing agent is 55 ℃; carrying out twice spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the galvanized plate by adopting industrial water with the temperature of 45 ℃; carrying out primary spray rinsing treatment on the surface of the galvanized sheet by using desalted water with the conductivity of 180 mu s/cm;

b) coating a color coating passivation solution on the surface of a galvanized plate in a roll coating passivation mode, putting the galvanized plate coated with the color coating passivation solution into a baking oven for drying and curing, and controlling the highest metal plate temperature to be 80 ℃; and cooling the dried and solidified galvanized plate to room temperature through a water cooling roller.

c) Adjusting the temperature of the thick film polyurethane primer to 25 ℃ and the viscosity to 95 seconds;

d) setting the rotating speed of a material carrying roller of a primary coating machine to be 40m/min, the rotating speed of a coating roller to be 140m/min and the pressure of the material carrying roller to be 800kg, and coating the thick film polyurethane primer on the surface of the pretreated galvanized plate by the primary coating machine;

e) putting the galvanized sheet coated with the thick film polyurethane primer into a baking oven for drying and curing, controlling the highest metal plate temperature at 232 ℃, spraying water for cooling the dried and cured galvanized sheet, and drying the galvanized sheet by an air knife to obtain a thick film polyurethane primer coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns;

f) adjusting the temperature of the fluorocarbon finish paint to 25 ℃ and the viscosity to 120 seconds;

g) setting the rotating speed of a material carrying roller of a finish coater to be 18m/min, the rotating speed of a coating roller to be 72m/min and the pressure of the material carrying roller to be 800kg, and coating fluorocarbon finish paint on thick film polyurethane primer paint covered on the surface of a galvanized plate through the finish coater;

h) and (3) putting the galvanized sheet coated with the fluorocarbon finish paint into a baking oven for drying and curing, controlling the temperature of the highest metal plate to be 249 ℃, spraying water for cooling the dried and cured galvanized sheet, and drying the galvanized sheet by a gas knife to obtain the fluorocarbon finish paint coating with the thickness of 20-21 microns.

The production method of the thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated plate product combines the primer coating type, the finish coating type, the coating temperature, the coating viscosity, the rotating speed of the material carrying roller of the primary coating machine and the finish coating machine, the rotating speed of the coating roller and the pressure of the material carrying roller, can ensure that the film thickness of the fluorocarbon color-coated plate product on line at one time reaches more than 40 micrometers through reasonable matching among all parameters, and makes up for the defects of the production technology of the thick-film fluorocarbon color-coated plate product in the prior art.
