The use method of the thin steel plate cutting device for manufacturing the automobile door plate comprises the following steps:

s1: placing a steel plate: placing a steel plate on the upper end face of the bottom plate 601, and rotating the threaded rod 609 to enable the threaded rod 609 to move downwards in the first threaded hole 608, so that the second sliding block 607 is pushed to drive the fixing plate 603 to move downwards until the steel plate is clamped between the fixing plate 603 and the bottom plate 601, and the other end of the steel plate can be contacted with the base plate 403;

s2: steel plate shifting: after the steel plate is clamped, the second handle 21 is held, the processing platform 4 horizontally slides on the sliding chute 3, the position of the backing plate 403 on the processing platform 4 is moved to be right below the cutting mechanism 9, the groove 15 corresponds to the second through hole 16, the bolt 18 is taken out of the bolt placing through hole 17, and the bolt 18 is inserted into the second through hole 16 and the groove 15, so that the processing platform 4 is fixed;

s3: cutting a steel plate: after 4 fixes of processing platform, through operation electric cabinet 12, start electronic hydraulic stem 901, make electronic hydraulic stem 901 drive and cut out knife 903 downstream, thereby accomplish the cutting of steel sheet, after the preliminary cutting, control electronic hydraulic stem 901 lifts up, through holding handle 19, make steel sheet fixture 6 slide in semi-circular spout 5, when sliding to required position, open electronic hydraulic stem 901 once more, cut the steel sheet, realize the multi-angle cutting processing of steel sheet, the steel sheet is after cutting out the processing, take off the steel sheet from steel sheet fixture 6, later can slide from buffer board 10.
