Specifically, the processed bamboo boards need to be glued by more than two layers, and can be longitudinally glued by the bamboo boards, and can also be longitudinally and transversely glued or longitudinally and transversely glued. The glued bamboo board is glued by the inner layer, the processed bamboo square 8 or the square material has no glue on the surface, and the bamboo chopping board is suitable for furniture manufacture, building decoration, various artworks and the like, in particular to a bamboo chopping board, is beautiful and elegant, is environment-friendly and sanitary, and is durable.

In the steps (3) to (5), the adhesive used for gluing is UF, PF, MDI or other adhesives commonly used in the field. Gluing the green bamboo surface, the tabasheer surface and the finger tenon joint surface of the smooth blank with the finger tenon, and then sequentially superposing and assembling the blank. The seams of different finger-joint light blanks can be arranged in a staggered way when assembling; thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin, melamine resin and urea resin or other adhesives for producing artificial boards can be adopted.

Hot-pressing or cold-pressing molding: and (3) pressing and fixing the glued arc-shaped bamboo sheet assembly vertically and laterally at the same time for natural solidification (a cold pressing method), or sending the assembly into a hot press for vertical and lateral simultaneous pressing and rapid solidification (a hot pressing method), so as to form the recombined bamboo wood.

1) Cold pressing process parameters

Working temperature: room temperature; vertical unit pressure: 2.0-2.5 Mpa; lateral unit pressure: 0.2-4.5 Mpa; the processing equipment adopts the following processing equipment in cold pressing, and the vertical pressing is larger than the lateral pressing when the processing equipment works; pressurizing time: 12-36 h; the implementation mode is as follows: and (5) fixing the clamp.

2) Hot pressing process parameters

Working temperature: 100-300 ℃; vertical unit pressure: 0.2-2.5 Mpa; lateral unit pressure: 0.2-4.5 Mpa; the hot pressing adopts the following processing equipment, and the vertical pressing is larger than the lateral pressing when the processing equipment works; pressurizing time: 2-4 min; the implementation mode is as follows: for the plate, a plane hot press or a special high-frequency hot press used in a solid wood floor production line is adopted; for longer (more than 3000 mm) square recombined materials, a continuous high-frequency hot press is adopted, so that internal heating and rapid solidification are facilitated.

Preferably, two hot pressing processes are adopted for processing the arc-shaped bamboo chip blank to the bamboo square, and the parameters of the two hot pressing processes are the same (namely the parameters of the hot pressing processes are adopted). As a common choice, the arc bamboo chip blank is processed into a bamboo square by adopting a hot pressing process and a cold pressing process, and the hot pressing process parameters and the cold pressing process parameters adopt the hot pressing process parameters and the cold pressing process parameters.

The processing method of the original ecological bamboo square of the invention is characterized in that the original form of the bamboo is kept to the maximum extent, and the utilization rate is improved. The natural bamboo material is tubular, the inner wall and the outer wall of the bamboo tube can be regarded as 2 concentric rings (note: the bamboo tube formed by the natural bamboo tube is not all standard circles, most of the bamboo tubes are approximate to circles), therefore, the radiuses of the inner arc and the outer arc of the bamboo blank are unequal, in order to realize the continuous matching and stacking of a plurality of bamboo chips, the bamboo blank is processed into the inner arc and the outer arc, the edge of one side of each light blank is circumferentially drawn and cut along the bamboo fiber direction by using a cutting knife, the side of each light blank, which is deviated from the longitudinal strip seam, is ground into a convex strip matched with the longitudinal strip seam on the adjacent light blank, the length direction of the two outermost light blanks is abutted by the processing equipment, the automatic mutual splicing of the two adjacent light blanks is ensured, and the structure of the recombined bamboo board (namely, the single bamboo board) is formed to be stable. Meanwhile, the cracking rate of the arc bamboo chip blank changed into the straight bamboo chip is reduced, and the fiber damage is reduced, which is one of the keys of the invention. The processing equipment of the recombined bamboo wood is basically the same as the processing equipment of joinery boards, plywood and the like in the field.

The invention has the advantages that: aiming at the characteristics of hollow and conical bamboo, large difference of physical and mechanical properties of bamboo green, bamboo yellow and bamboo joints and the like, the invention processes the round hollow bamboo into the arc-shaped bamboo blank, maintains the natural structure of the bamboo, and carries out original state bamboo blank recombination to develop the high-strength recombined bamboo material. The original state recombined material of the arc bamboo can replace precious wood and various artificial boards. The utilization rate of bamboo wood resources is improved, and forest resources are saved. The problems of low bamboo utilization rate, poor appearance quality, complex processing procedures and the like in the prior art are solved well. The invention adopts the inner layer to glue, the processed bamboo square 8 or bamboo board has no glue on the surface, is particularly suitable for furniture manufacture, building decoration, various artworks and bamboo chopping boards, and the produced bamboo board is beautiful and elegant, environment-friendly, sanitary and durable.

As shown in fig. 2, the processing equipment used in the method for processing the original ecological bamboo cubes, namely the processing equipment for the original ecological bamboo cubes, comprises a movable mold 1, a mold base 2, a frame 3 and more than two electric heating rods, wherein the movable mold 1 is located right above the mold base 2, the mold base 2 is installed on the frame 3, and the movable mold 1 is installed on the frame 3 so as to be movable towards the mold base 2. The machining equipment further comprises a left positioning block 4 positioned on the left side of the die holder 2 and a right positioning block 5 positioned on the right side of the die holder 2, wherein the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 are arranged on the rack 3 in a manner of being capable of moving in opposite directions or moving back to back. Specifically, the moving positioning and the limiting of the movable die 1 and the die holder 2 are the same as those of the existing pressing equipment, and the moving positioning and the limiting of the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 can be performed in the same manner as those of the movable die 1 and the die holder 2, or can be performed directly in a conventional manner in the field. By adopting the structure, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 can move towards and away from each other, and when the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 move towards each other, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 clamp the plurality of recombined bamboo chips in the horizontal direction (namely the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 can move towards each other and transversely clamp the recombined bamboo chips), so that the clamping force is generated on the plurality of recombined bamboo chips. Under the auxiliary action of clamping, the extension of the multiple recombined bamboo chips in the process of pressing the recombined bamboo chips into the bamboo squares 8 (namely the extension of the feeding direction of processing equipment in the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction) is effectively controlled, and the pressed bamboo squares 8 meet the required requirements. In addition, under the clamping auxiliary effect of the opposite movement of the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5, the fiber damage of bamboo chips is greatly reduced, the crack amount of the bamboo chips is reduced, and the toughness and the resistance capability of the bamboo square 8 are improved. The pressed bamboo square 8 has beautiful appearance, reduces the glue consumption and greatly reduces the cost. In addition, under the action of the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5, the width direction of the obtained bamboo square 8 is smoother, the material arrangement is convenient, the cutting amount of the bamboo chips is reduced (namely, the trimming amount of the edges of two sides in the width direction of the flattened bamboo chips is reduced, the bamboo material waste is reduced), the cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.

The processing equipment for the original ecological bamboo square further comprises a first driving device, a second driving device and a third driving device, wherein the first driving device is provided with a power output end, the first driving device is positioned above the die holder 2, the power output end of the first driving device faces the die holder 2, the movable die 1 is fixedly connected with the power output end of the first driving device, and the first driving device can drive the movable die 1 to be vertically movably mounted on the rack 3; the second driving device is positioned at the left side of the die holder 2, the power output end of the second driving device faces the right positioning block 5, the second driving device is fixedly installed on the rack 3, and the second driving device drives the left positioning block 4 to transversely move on the rack 3; the third driving device is positioned at the right side of the die holder 2, a power output end of the third driving device faces the left positioning block 4, the third driving device is fixedly installed on the rack 3, and the second driving device drives the right positioning block 5 to transversely move on the rack 3.

Preferably, the rack 3 is provided with a fourth driving device located below the die holder 2, the fourth driving device is located below the die holder 2, the fourth driving device has a power output end for driving the die holder 2 to vertically move, and the die holder 2 and the fourth driving device have a power output end fixedly connected. By adopting the structure, the extrusion stroke is conveniently enlarged, a plurality of arc-shaped bamboo chips are conveniently stacked and extruded at the same time, the bamboo square 8 or bamboo processing and application device is suitable, the application range of the bamboo square 8 or bamboo processing and application device is widened, one machine has multiple purposes, the economic benefit is high, and the investment cost of enterprises is reduced.

In the above, the first driving device, the second driving device, the third driving device and the fourth driving device may be any driving devices that are conventional in the art. For example, a conventional stepper motor, a combination of a lead screw and a lead screw nut, or a combination of a conventional oil cylinder and a photoelectric sensor, etc. may be used.

In this embodiment, the frame 3 is provided with a first sliding mechanism for guiding the movement of the left positioning block 4, the first sliding mechanism is located below the left positioning block 4, the frame 3 is provided with a second sliding mechanism for guiding the movement of the right positioning block 5, and the first sliding mechanism is located below the right positioning block 5. Adopt above-mentioned structure setting, the first slide mechanism of setting, the left locating piece 4 removal direction of being convenient for removes smoothly and laborsavingly, reduces the friction between left locating piece 4 removal and the frame 3 simultaneously, reduces energy loss, and noise pollution reduces, provides healthy operational environment. The second sliding mechanism is convenient for the right positioning block 5 to move and guide, the movement is smooth and labor-saving, meanwhile, the friction force between the right positioning block 5 and the rack 3 is reduced, the energy loss is reduced, the noise pollution is reduced, and a healthy working environment is provided.

Preferably, the first sliding mechanism is a first sliding rail (not shown in the figure) and a first sliding block (not shown in the figure), the first sliding rail is horizontally arranged on the frame 3, the first sliding rail is fastened or welded on the frame 3 through bolts, and the right end of the first sliding rail is located outside the area above the die holder 2, so that the occupation of the space above the die holder 2 can be avoided, and the utilization of the extrusion space is maximized. It should be clarified here that, although the left end of the second slide rail is located outside the area above the die holder 2, the right positioning block 5 can be moved into the space above the die holder 2, so that the convenient use of the arc-shaped bamboo chips with different sizes can be applicable. The first sliding block is fastened or welded on the left positioning block 4 through a bolt, and the first sliding block is in sliding fit with the first sliding rail; the second sliding mechanism is a second sliding rail (not shown in the figure) and a second sliding block (not shown in the figure), the second sliding rail is horizontally arranged on the rack 3, the second sliding rail is fastened or welded on the rack 3 through bolts, and the left end part of the second sliding rail is positioned outside the area above the die holder 2, so that the occupation of the space above the die holder 2 can be avoided, and the utilization of the extrusion space is maximized. It should be clarified here that, although the left end of the second slide rail is located outside the area above the die holder 2, the right positioning block 5 can be moved into the space above the die holder 2, so that the convenient use of the arc-shaped bamboo chips with different sizes can be applicable. The second sliding block is fastened or welded on the right positioning block 5 through a bolt, and the second sliding block is in sliding fit with the second sliding rail.

It should be noted that the first slide rail and the second slide rail may be in the same straight line. And at least one (namely the first slide rail and the second slide rail can be two) of first slide rail and second slide rail, for according to actual need, install corresponding first slider at first slide rail, install corresponding second slider at the second slide rail. The cooperation between the first slide rail and the first slide block is not further limited to the function of the first slide mechanism, but is preferred. The first sliding mechanism may also take on other conventional configurations in the art. Similarly, the cooperation between the second slide rail and the second slide block is not further limited to the second slide mechanism, but is merely preferable. The second sliding mechanism may also take other conventional configurations in the art.

Preferably, a lifting device which can control the vertical lifting of the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 simultaneously is installed on the frame 3 in a conventional manner in the field according to actual needs. A first lifting device for controlling the vertical lifting of the left positioning block 4 can be mounted on the first sliding mechanism (i.e. a first lifting device for vertical lifting is mounted on the first slide block), and a second lifting device for controlling the vertical lifting of the right positioning block 5 can be mounted on the second sliding mechanism (i.e. a second lifting device for vertical lifting is mounted on the second slide block) in a conventional manner in the art. Therefore, as the movable die 1 and the die holder 2 are lifted, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 can be always flush with each other and are respectively positioned on two sides of the width direction of the arc-shaped bamboo chip, and the arc-shaped bamboo chip is assisted to be clamped. In addition, can set up the first detachable construction (promptly first detachable construction can be tenon and tongue-and-groove) that conveniently dismantle left locating piece 4 at first slider, be convenient for like this as required or left locating piece 4 use direct quick replacement when wearing and tearing, reduce the maintenance cost. Further preferably, a first graduated scale (not shown) is arranged on the frame 3, and the position of the left edge of the left positioning block 4 is visually measured through the first graduated scale, so that direct observation and measurement are facilitated, and time is saved. Meanwhile, the movement amount of the left positioning block 4 is convenient to count, and the machine is adjusted and debugged according to the difference of the widths of the arc-shaped bamboo chips. The first graduated scale and the first slide rail are arranged side by side, a second graduated scale (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the rack 3, and the edge position of the right side of the right positioning block 5 is visually measured through the first graduated scale, so that the direct observation and the measurement are convenient, and the time is saved. Meanwhile, the movement amount of the right positioning block 5 is convenient to count, and the machine is adjusted and debugged according to the difference of the widths of the arc-shaped bamboo chips. The second graduated scale and the second slide rail are arranged side by side; the first graduated scale and the second graduated scale are positioned on the same straight line. The first graduated scale and the second graduated scale can also be directly and equivalently replaced by the graduated scales with zero middle graduation and increasing numerical values along two sides.

In this embodiment, return channels (not shown in the figure) for storing heat conducting oil are disposed in the movable mold 1, the mold base 2, the left positioning block 4, and the right positioning block 5, where the return channels are disposed on the movable mold 1, the mold base 2, the left positioning block 4, and the right positioning block 5 in a conventional manner in the art. The movable die 1, the die holder 2, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 are all provided with a plurality of mounting holes communicated with the corresponding backflow channels, wherein the backflow channels are formed in a conventional mode in the field, and the mounting holes are provided with internal threads (namely internal thread holes). The mounting holes are respectively positioned on the front/rear side walls of the movable die 1, the die holder 2, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5, the electric heating rods are assembled on the mounting holes, and the electric heating rods are tightly matched and sealed with the contact parts of the mounting holes. The heat conducting oil is heated by an electric heating rod. The electric heating rod is directly selected from the prior art.

In this embodiment, a first rubber pad 6 is installed on the left positioning block 4, the first rubber pad 6 is located on the side surface of the left positioning block 4 opposite to the right positioning block 5, a second rubber pad 7 is installed on the right positioning block 5, the second rubber pad 7 is located on the side surface of the right positioning block 5 opposite to the left positioning block 4, and specifically, the first rubber pad 6 and the second rubber pad both adopt the existing silica gel pad or rubber pad. First rubber pad 6 and second rubber pad thickness set up according to actual need. Preferably, the first rubber pad 6 and the second rubber pad 7 have the same size corresponding to the left area of the left positioning block 4 and the right area of the right positioning block 5. And the first rubber pad and the second rubber pad are both provided with anti-skidding structures. The anti-slip structure can be a plurality of grooves which are vertically arranged side by side, and the grooves are used for embedding the arc edges of the arc bamboo chips for positioning. The anti-slip structure can also be an anti-slip pattern which is integrally formed with the rubber pad. Adopt above-mentioned structure setting, set up first rubber pad 6 and second rubber pad 7, avoid leaning on too rigidity with arc bamboo chip contact top, simple structure, buffering are effectual and stable. Meanwhile, noise pollution is effectively avoided, and the method is more beneficial to environmental protection.

The working process of the processing equipment of the original ecological bamboo square provided by the invention is as follows:

when the bamboo strip extruding die works, the movable die 1 moves towards the die holder 2 to extrude arc-shaped bamboo strips between the movable die 1 and the die holder 2 in the vertical direction. Meanwhile, the left positioning block 4 moves towards the right positioning block 5 to push against the left edge and the right edge of the plurality of recombined bamboo boards. Along with the extrusion of the movable die 1 on the multiple recombined bamboo boards, the multiple recombined bamboo boards are attached more tightly and more compactly, at the moment, the left positioning block 4 abuts against the right positioning block 5 to buffer the attaching speed of the multiple recombined bamboo boards, and the left and right directions of the multiple recombined bamboo boards are simultaneously abutted against the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 (namely, the left positioning block 4 and the right positioning block 5 move oppositely to clamp and assist in action), so that the manufactured bamboo square 8 is integrally more compact, and the manufactured bamboo square 8 is more compact than the existing pressing equipment. In the process, the fiber damage of the bamboo chips is greatly reduced, the crack amount of the bamboo chips is reduced, and the toughness and the resistance capability of the bamboo square 8 are improved. The pressed bamboo square 8 has beautiful appearance, reduces the glue consumption and greatly reduces the cost. Therefore, the bamboo square 8 obtained by the method meets the requirements better and has higher economic benefit. In addition, the width direction of the obtained bamboo square 8 can be smoother, the material arrangement is convenient, the cutting amount of the bamboo chips (namely, the trimming amount of the edges of two sides in the width direction of the flattened bamboo chips is reduced, the bamboo material waste is reduced) is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
