Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a servo motor 27 is installed at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23, the servo motor 27 is connected with a pressure wheel 28, and the pressure wheel 28 is located above the conveying belt assembly 222 in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and is arranged at intervals; the frame 1 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 29 electrically connected with a servo motor 27 for sensing the facial tissue conveying speed in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and the bottom tissue conveying speed in the bottom tissue conveying mechanism 3, and further the servo motor 27 controls the rotation of the pressing wheel 28 to realize the control of the facial tissue conveying speed and fulfill the aim of synchronously converging the facial tissue and the bottom tissue at the pressing mechanism 5.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the base paper conveying mechanism 3 includes a base paper placing frame 31, a base paper conveying belt 32 disposed at the bottom of the base paper placing frame 31, and a base paper conveying pair roller set 33 disposed between the base paper placing frame 31 and the gluing mechanism 4. The bottom paper at the lowest position in the bottom paper placing frame 31 is taken out by the bottom paper conveying belt 32, and is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 4 by the bottom paper conveying pair roller group 33.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a constant pressure cylinder 34 is installed at one side of the base paper placing frame 31, a piston rod of the constant pressure cylinder 34 is connected with a paper pressing rod 35, and the constant pressure cylinder 34 drives the paper pressing rod 35 to move towards the base paper placing frame 31 to perform constant pressure on the base paper in the base paper placing frame 31, so that the stability of the base paper placed in the base paper placing frame during base paper conveying is improved.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the glue applying mechanism 4 includes a glue applying roller set 41 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, a glue outlet pipe 42 disposed above the glue applying roller set, a conveying roller set 43 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and a glue returning groove 44 disposed below the glue applying roller set 41. The glue solution is conveyed to the position between the upper glue roller pair group 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and then the base paper is conveyed through the conveying roller pair group 43, so that the purpose of automatic gluing is achieved.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the pressing mechanism 5 includes a plurality of pressing roller pairs 51 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and the plurality of pressing roller pairs 51 are disposed at intervals along the conveying direction of the base paper conveying mechanism 3. In order to improve the transition stability between the mechanisms during the conveying of the base paper and the facial paper, gap bridge plate groups 52 are arranged between the base paper conveying mechanism 3 and the gluing mechanism 4, and between the gluing mechanism 4 and the pressing mechanism 5.

The implementation principle is as follows: firstly, the surface paper and the bottom paper are respectively placed at the surface paper conveying mechanism 2 and the bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, and the glue solution is connected at the gluing mechanism 4, so that the initial state preparation process is completed.

Secondly, according to the sizes of the facial tissue and the bottom tissue, the conveying belt assemblies 222 are positioned on the adjusting cross rods 224 to slide by adjusting the distance between the conveying belt assemblies 222 in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 2, and are fixed by the fixing pieces 225 so as to be matched with the size of the facial tissue for normal conveying; by adjusting the inclination angle between the conveying belt assembly 222 and the deviation correcting bracket 2212 in the facial paper deviation correcting belt assembly 221, the deviation correcting effect during facial paper conveying is realized, and the coincidence between the facial paper conveying and the bottom paper pressing is improved; the facial tissue is conveyed to the facial tissue horizontal conveying device 22 through the facial tissue automatic feeding device 21, conveyed and corrected by the facial tissue correcting belt assembly 221, and finally conveyed to the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 for pressing. Meanwhile, the bottom paper is taken out from the bottom paper placing frame 31 through the bottom paper conveying belt 32 in the bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, and is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 4 through the bottom paper conveying pair roller group 33; the gluing mechanism 4 conveys the glue solution to the position between the gluing roller pair group 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and then conveys the base paper through the gluing roller pair group 41, so that the purpose of automatic gluing and conveying is realized.

Finally, the photoelectric sensor 29 at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 is used for detecting the facial tissue conveying speed in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 3, and the servo motor 27 is used for controlling the rotation of the pressing wheel 28, so that the facial tissue conveying speed is controlled, and the aim of synchronously converging the facial tissue and the facial tissue at the laminating mechanism 5 is fulfilled; the final pressing mechanism 5 performs pressing conveying on the face paper and the glued base paper through a plurality of groups of pressing pair roller sets 51 which are rotatably arranged on the rack 1, so as to realize a paper mounting process; through setting up facial tissue conveying mechanism 2, base stock conveying mechanism 3, rubberizing mechanism 4 and pressing mechanism 5, it is strong, efficient in effect to have the adaptation degree, effectively reduction in production cost, and conveniently rectify a deviation to the paper and prevent that it from appearing the skew phenomenon to improve the effect of mounting paper production quality.
