Background

At present, in offshore wind power construction, a pile pipe needs to be positioned and guided by an underwater guide frame mechanism. For this reason, the present company has applied for "jacket construction process" in chinese patent 201810255814.8, which can solve the problem of the downward sliding of the underwater guiding frame and the problem of the guiding of the pile pipe. However, two disadvantages are found in practical application: firstly, a pile lifter is introduced after holes are formed in the pipe wall, and the strength of a pile pipe is influenced by the holes formed in the pipe wall; secondly, the tail of the pile pipe can be smoothly turned over after the hook is installed on the turning plate to stabilize the tail of the pile pipe, but in the operation mode, the lifting height of the crane is extremely high due to the fact that the pile lifter is located at the head of the pile pipe in an overlapping mode, so that larger crane equipment is needed, and the improvement of construction efficiency and the reduction of construction cost are not facilitated. In view of the above, a new construction process capable of solving the above problems is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a construction process of an underwater guide frame, which adopts an inner lug form close to the bottom of a pile pipe, so that the operation can be conveniently carried out by means of the seawater depth in the overturning process of the pile pipe, and the construction can be carried out without increasing the height of a crane.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

a construction process of an underwater guide frame comprises the following steps,

step 1, positioning an underwater guide frame on sea mud at a target position;

step 2, connecting a sling of the crane to the lower part of the pile pipe;

step 3, hooking a flat mouth hook driven by a winch on the pipe wall of the bottom opening end of the pile pipe;

in the whole construction process, the crane does not need to be lifted upwards (by means of water depth and a flat mouth hook separated from the turnover plate), so that the construction height of the crane is greatly reduced, and construction can be completed by using small and medium-sized cranes. Meanwhile, the crane is connected with the pile pipe through the inner lifting lug, extra holes do not need to be formed, and the rigidity strength of the pile pipe is improved.

Detailed Description

The invention relates to a construction process of an underwater guide frame, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, positioning an underwater guide frame; the method comprises the following steps:

and 6, repeating the step 4 and the step 5 until all the pile pipes are inserted into the corresponding guide sleeves.

And 7, piling, namely hoisting the vibration hammer to the pipe orifice of the pile pipe by using the crane to pile until all the pile pipes are driven to a preset depth.
