Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automobile intercooler manufacturing, in particular to an automobile intercooler air chamber.

Background

The intercooler is used as an important component of the supercharging system, and has the functions of reducing the temperature of the supercharged high-temperature air so as to reduce the heat load of the engine, improve the air inflow and further increase the power of the engine.

The structure of an automobile intercooler air chamber in the prior art is shown in figure 1, and the defects are as follows:

1. the structure of the existing air chamber cover plate A, the end cover B and the air chamber base body C is not easy to assemble;

2. the repair rate of the product is high;

3. the repair welding rate caused by improper assembly is increased;

4. easy leakage;

5. the average one-time welding qualification rate of the existing product is 95.8 percent, and the repair welding rate is 4.8 percent.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the automobile intercooler air chamber which is high in welding qualification rate, difficult to leak and high in production efficiency.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

an automobile intercooler air chamber comprises a cover plate structure and an air chamber base body; and two ends of the cover plate structure are respectively fixedly connected with the air chamber base body.

Preferably, the cover plate structure comprises a gas chamber cover plate and an end cover; the air chamber cover plate is arranged at the front end of the air chamber matrix; and two ends of the end cover are respectively fixedly connected with the air chamber base body.

More preferably, the gas chamber cover plate and the end cover are of an integrated structure.

More preferably, the cover plate structure is provided with a flange at the joint of the air chamber cover plate and the end cover.

More preferably, the flange is an n-shaped flange.

More preferably, the air chamber base body is provided with a snap structure for positioning and fixing the end cover.

More preferably, the end cover is fixedly connected with the air chamber base body through a buckling structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, the welding qualification rate is high: the assembling and connecting surface of the air chamber end cover and the air chamber cover plate of the air chamber of the automobile intercooler is changed into an integral flanging structure, the aim is that the flat flanging can ensure that the brazing area is increased, and the gap of a brazing surface is reduced, so that the brazing qualification rate is ensured, and the one-time brazing qualification rate is up to 99.7%.

Secondly, leakage is not easy to occur: the air chamber cover plate of the air chamber of the automobile intercooler is changed into a structure with a flanging chamber, and the assembly connecting surface of the air chamber cover plate and the main sheet is on the same plane, so that the air chamber is stably matched with the main sheet and is not easy to fall off the main sheet, and the air chamber is not easy to leak after being welded with the main sheet.

Thirdly, the production efficiency is high: the automobile intercooler air chamber is convenient to assemble, and the production rate is as high as 30 to 35 air chambers per 1 hour per person.

The gas chamber cover plate 101 and the end cover 102 are designed in an integrated structure, a flange 103 is arranged at the joint of the gas chamber cover plate 101 and the end cover 102, and the embodiment adopts an n-shaped flange. Through setting up turn-ups 103, simplified the assembly process greatly, the assembly part is also difficult for droing to guarantee that the difficult leakage that leaks behind air chamber base member 2 and the welding of air chamber apron 101, increase the qualification rate of brazing.

The gas chamber base body 2 is provided with a buckling structure 3 for positioning and fixing the end cover 102, the end cover 102 is fixed on the gas chamber base body 2 through the buckling structure 3, and then the gas chamber cover plate 101 is connected with the gas chamber base body 2 in a welding mode through brazing.

The car intercooler is present common full aluminium intercooler in this embodiment.

The production practice proves that:

1. the assembling and connecting surface of the end cover and the air chamber cover plate is changed into an integral flanging structure, the one-time brazing qualification rate is increased from 95.8 percent to 99.7 percent, the product quality is greatly improved, and the cost is reduced;

2. after the air chamber cover plate is changed into an integral structure, the pressure pulse test is closed once.

The economic benefits before and after improvement are compared as follows:

the yield is assumed to be 20000 tables per year, and each table is 200 yuan.

Before the improvement: the primary brazing qualification rate is 89%, and the production rate is 17-20 pieces/1 hour/person;

after the improvement: the primary brazing qualification rate is 98.2 percent, and the production rate is 30 to 35 pieces/1 hour/person.
