In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the inner wall of the housing 1 and the bottom wall of the top cover 2 are both provided with a smooth coating 17. The smooth coating 17 is a teflon coating to reduce frictional resistance to movement of the sealing strip 14 when in contact with the inner wall of the housing 1 and the bottom wall of the top cover 2.

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, at least two cavities are uniformly distributed in the housing 1, each cavity is internally provided with a blade 5, the first cavities 6 are communicated with each other, and the second cavities 7 are communicated with each other.
