When the agricultural product quality detection device is used, firstly, agricultural products to be quality detected are placed in the concave on the transparent pallet 12 on the input conveying unit 1, and when the agricultural products to be quality detected are conveyed to the central positions of the plurality of first image acquisition units 21, the input conveying unit 1 stops running; then, the plurality of first image acquisition units 21 acquire side position image features of the agricultural product to be quality-detected and transmit the acquired image features to the control center; the fourth image obtaining unit 27 obtains bottom image characteristics of the agricultural product to be quality detected, and transmits the obtained image characteristics to the control center; the size obtaining unit 23 obtains the size characteristics of the agricultural product to be quality-detected and transmits the obtained size characteristics to the control center; the weighing unit 24 acquires weight characteristics of agricultural products to be quality-detected and transmits the acquired weight characteristics to a control center; the control center processes the image characteristics, the size characteristics and the weight characteristics of the agricultural products to be quality detected through the quality detection model to obtain the detection results of the agricultural products to be quality detected, and the output transmission unit 3 outputs the agricultural products to be quality detected from the plurality of output lines 31 according to the instructions of the control center to complete the quality detection of the agricultural products to be quality detected.
