A fault detection device of a wheel speed sensor is characterized by comprising an electric connector, a power supply ground wire, a resistor, a light emitting diode, a +9V.DC power supply and a square wave generator; the pin A of the electric connector is communicated with a power supply output end of a +9V.DC power supply, the pin B of the electric connector is communicated with a signal acquisition end of a square wave generator, and the pin C of the electric connector is communicated with a power supply ground wire of the power supply; the output end of the +9V.DC power supply is communicated with the power supply input end of the square wave generator; the power supply is generated by an own power supply of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device; the square wave signal output end of the square wave generator is communicated with the anode of the light emitting diode; the cathode of the light emitting diode is communicated with one end of the resistor; the other end of the resistor is connected with the ground wire of the square wave generator in parallel and then is communicated with the power supply ground wire and the C pin of the electric connector.

3. The wheel speed sensor failure detection device of claim 1, wherein said electrical connector is used as a connector plug of said wheel speed sensor failure detection device, said connector plug mating with a receptacle of said aircraft wheel speed sensor.

4. A method of detecting a wheel speed sensor failure detection arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein step 1, determining if the aircraft wheel is malfunctioning:

an airplane wheel speed sensor is mounted on the airplane wheel;

determining whether the airplane wheel of the airplane is in fault or not according to the state of a light-emitting diode on the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device;

specifically, the airplane is in a shutdown state; inserting the electric connector into a socket of an airplane wheel speed sensor; rotating the airplane wheel at a constant speed, converting a positive rotation wave output by the airplane wheel speed sensor into a square wave signal with the peak-peak value of 7.5V and the same frequency by the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device, and driving a light emitting diode on the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device by using the square wave signal; if the light emitting diode is uniformly flashing, indicating that the airplane wheels of the airplane are normal; on the contrary, if the light-emitting diode does not emit light or emits light irregularly, the airplane wheel is indicated to be in fault;

the fault is caused by the fault of a wheel speed sensor or/and the fault of a rotating speed transmission mechanism of an airplane wheel;

step 2, judging the reason of the airplane wheel fault:

the reason for judging the airplane wheel fault is to respectively judge whether the airplane wheel speed sensor or the airplane wheel is in fault;

determining if the wheel speed sensor is malfunctioning:

when determining whether the airplane wheel speed sensor is in fault, separating the airplane wheel speed sensor from an airplane wheel of the airplane, and plugging the airplane wheel speed sensor into an electric connector of a device for detecting the fault of the airplane wheel speed sensor;

the gear of the airplane wheel speed sensor uniformly rotates, a normal spin wave output by the airplane wheel speed sensor is converted into a square wave signal with the peak-peak value of 7.5V and the same frequency through the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device, and a light emitting diode on the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device is driven; if the light emitting diode of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device is uniformly flashing, the airplane wheel speed sensor is normal; if the light-emitting diode of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device does not emit light or emits light irregularly, indicating that the airplane wheel speed sensor is in fault, and replacing the airplane wheel speed sensor;

step 3, determining whether the airplane wheel is in fault:

mounting a replaced wheel speed sensor to the aircraft wheel;

inserting an electric connector on the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device into a later airplane wheel speed sensor; the airplane wheel is enabled to rotate at a constant speed; if the light emitting diode of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device is uniformly flashing, the airplane wheel has no fault; if the light-emitting diode of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device does not emit light or emits light irregularly, the airplane wheel fault is indicated;

by this, the detection of the wheel failure is completed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of aircraft brake systems, in particular to a device and a method for detecting faults of a wheel speed sensor.

Background

The existing airplane brake system widely adopts a magnetoelectric airplane wheel speed sensor. The airplane wheel speed sensor is used for detecting the speed of an airplane wheel in real time, and the magnetoelectric airplane wheel speed sensor is divided into two types according to a magnetic field forming mode, wherein one type is an excitation type airplane wheel speed sensor, and the other type is a permanent magnet type airplane wheel speed sensor. The mounting mode is divided into two types, one type is that the sensor is mounted on an airplane wheel brake device and is connected with an airplane wheel through an airplane wheel speed sensor support, and the sensor is called as an external airplane wheel speed sensor for short; the other sensor is arranged in a landing gear shaft and is connected with airplane wheels through a shifting fork of the airplane wheel speed sensor, which is called built-in airplane wheel speed sensor for short.

The electronic anti-skid control box of the airplane anti-skid brake system has the functions of detecting the faults of the speed sensor coil, positioning and indicating the working state. Specifically, the method is used for detecting and positioning faults of a wheel speed sensor coil, and reporting corresponding faults of a driver through indication and alarm of fault lamps in a cockpit.

However, the electronic antiskid control box can only detect partial faults of the wheel speed sensor, such as jamming or semi-jamming faults of the wheel speed sensor; the problems of faults of a rotating speed transmission mechanism of an airplane wheel and installation of a speed sensor of the airplane wheel are solved, a small gear of an antiskid transmission device cannot be reliably meshed with a large gear of an airplane wheel assembly, and the speed sensor cannot be driven to rotate, so that no speed signal is output; a shifting fork in the anti-skid transmission device cannot be reliably meshed with a speed sensor gear and cannot drive the speed sensor to rotate, so that no speed signal is output; the speed sensor is blocked and cannot rotate or no speed signal is output due to the fault of the speed sensor; the electric lead open short circuit fault on the airplane brake system machine mounted on the speed sensor causes no fault such as speed signal output, and the fault can not be detected by the electronic anti-skid control box, so that the user misjudges the speed sensor with qualified performance as a fault part and returns the fault part to the factory for repair. The failure rate and the false alarm rate of the speed sensor in an external field are increased, the customer satisfaction is reduced, and the workload of product repair in a factory is increased. In order to solve the problems, a monitoring device capable of completing the online detection of the faults needs to be designed, and a detection device capable of separating the speed sensor from the braking system and independently detecting the speed sensor needs to be designed, so that the false alarm rate and the fault rate of the speed sensor in an external field are reduced.

A wheel speed sensor driving device is disclosed in the utility model patent No. 201320135669.2, and comprises a speed sensor, a coupling, a motor, a steering signal recognition device, a motor start-stop control device, a speed control device and a speed signal output device; wherein: the rotating speed sensor is connected with the motor through the coupler, the steering signal recognition device is installed on the motor and connected with the rotating speed control device, the rotating speed control device is connected with the motor through the motor start-stop control device, and the rotating speed signal output device is installed on the motor and connected with the rotating speed control device. The invention has simple structure and convenient manufacture and installation, and can provide real and accurate rotating speed signals for the dynamic system modeling simulation environment. However, the invention cannot perform performance test and fault judgment of the wheel speed sensor, and cannot solve the problem of high outfield fault rate of the wheel speed sensor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a device and a method for detecting faults of a wheel speed sensor, aiming at overcoming the defect that partial faults of the wheel speed sensor in the prior art cannot be detected.

The invention provides a wheel speed sensor fault detection device which comprises an electric connector, a power supply ground wire, a resistor, a light emitting diode, a +9V.DC power supply and a square wave generator. The pin A of the electric connector is communicated with the power output end of a +9V.DC power supply, the pin B of the electric connector is communicated with the signal acquisition end of the square wave generator, and the pin C of the electric connector is communicated with the power ground wire of the power supply. The output end of the +9V.DC power supply is communicated with the power supply input end of the square wave generator. The power supply is generated by an own power supply of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device. The square wave signal output end of the square wave generator is communicated with the anode of the light emitting diode; the cathode of the light emitting diode is communicated with one end of the resistor; the other end of the resistor is connected with the ground wire of the square wave generator in parallel and then is communicated with the power supply ground wire and the C pin of the electric connector.

And an electrical connector of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device is connected with an electrical connector of an airplane wheel speed sensor, and a +9V.DC power supply of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device is used for supplying power to the airplane wheel speed sensor.

And the electric connector is used as a connecting plug of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device, and the connecting plug is matched with a socket of the airplane wheel speed sensor.

The invention also provides a detection method using the wheel speed sensor fault detection device, which comprises the following specific processes:

step 1, determining whether an airplane wheel is in fault:

and a wheel speed sensor is arranged on the airplane wheel.

And determining whether the airplane wheel is in fault or not through the state of a light-emitting diode on the wheel speed sensor fault detection device.

Specifically, the airplane is in a shutdown state; and jacking the airplane by using a jack, and plugging the electric connector with a socket of the airplane wheel speed sensor. The airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device converts a positive rotation wave output by the airplane wheel speed sensor into a square wave signal with the peak-peak value of 7.5V and the same frequency, and drives a light emitting diode on the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device by using the square wave signal. If the light emitting diode is uniformly flashing, the condition that the airplane wheel is normal is indicated. On the contrary, if the light-emitting diode does not emit light or emits light irregularly, the airplane wheel is indicated to be in fault.

The failure is caused by a wheel speed sensor failure or/and an aircraft wheel speed drive failure.

Step 2, judging the reason of the airplane wheel fault:

the reason for determining the airplane wheel failure is to make a determination of whether the wheel speed sensor or the airplane wheel is failed, respectively.

Determining if the wheel speed sensor is malfunctioning:

when determining whether the wheel speed sensor is in fault, separating the wheel speed sensor from the airplane wheel, and plugging the wheel speed sensor into an electric connector of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device.

Step 3, determining whether the airplane wheel is in fault:

mounting a replaced wheel speed sensor to the aircraft wheel.

And inserting an electric connector on the wheel speed sensor fault detection device with a later wheel speed sensor. The wheel is made to rotate at a constant speed. If the light emitting diode of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device is uniformly flashing, the airplane wheel has no fault; and if the light-emitting diode of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device does not emit light or emits light irregularly, indicating that the wheel is in fault.

By this point, the present embodiment completes the detection of the wheel failure.

The airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device can completely isolate the airplane wheel speed sensor from a brake system, fault detection of the speed sensor is carried out independently, the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device directly supplies power to the airplane wheel speed sensor, a positive rotating wave with a certain frequency output by the airplane wheel speed sensor is converted into a square wave signal with the same frequency, the square wave signal is used for driving the light emitting diode, and a light-on signal output by the light emitting diode is used for representing a rotating signal of the airplane wheel speed sensor; therefore, the fault detection of the airplane wheel speed sensor and the fault accurate positioning of the airplane wheel speed sensor are realized, the false alarm rate of the speed sensor of an external factory is reduced from 50% to 10%, and the satisfaction degree of a customer is improved.

Detailed Description

The embodiment is a wheel speed sensor fault detection device, which comprises an electric connector 1, a power ground wire 2, a resistor 3, a light emitting diode 4, +9V.DC power supply 5 and a square wave generator 6. The pin A of the electric connector 1 is communicated with a power output end of a +9V.DC power supply 5, the pin B of the electric connector is communicated with a signal acquisition end of a square wave generator 6, and the pin C of the electric connector is communicated with a power ground wire 2 of the power supply. The output terminal of the +9v.dc power supply 5 is connected to the power supply input terminal of the square wave generator 6. The power supply 5 is generated by an own power supply of the wheel speed sensor failure detection device.

The square wave signal output end of the square wave generator 6 is communicated with the anode of the light emitting diode 4; the cathode of the light-emitting diode 4 is communicated with one end of the resistor 3; the other end of the resistor 3 is connected with the ground wire of the square wave generator 6 in parallel and then communicated with the power ground wire 2 and the pin C of the electric connector 1.

And connecting the electric connector 1 of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device with the electric connector of the airplane wheel speed sensor, and supplying power to the airplane wheel speed sensor through the +9V.DC power supply 5 of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device.

The electric connector 1 is used as a connecting plug of the airplane wheel speed sensor fault detection device, and the connecting plug is matched with a socket of the airplane wheel speed sensor.

The embodiment further provides a detection method of the wheel speed sensor fault detection device, and the specific process is as follows:

step 1, determining whether an airplane wheel is in fault:

and a wheel speed sensor is arranged on the airplane wheel.

And determining whether the airplane wheel is in fault or not through the state of a light-emitting diode on the wheel speed sensor fault detection device.

And (3) plugging the electric connector 1 on the wheel speed sensor fault detection device with a later wheel speed sensor. The wheel is made to rotate at a constant speed.
