S3, firstly, cutting the wire piece 1 into a fixed size length by a head cutting machine; then, a head trimming machine grinds the end notch; secondly, the carrier telescopic clamping hand 31 clamps the wiring parts at two ends of the electric wire 1, and the enameling machine 9 carries out secondary enameling on the electric wire 1; thirdly, the dryer 10 dries the enamelled paint;

s8, fixing the connector lug by matching the connector lug lower ejector rod 42 with the connector lug pressing block 45, and trimming the drilled hole of the connector lug hole trimming machine 46;

s9, first, the assembly line clamping hand 34 receives the electric wire 1 sent by the carrier device 6; then, the intermediate manipulator 47 grips the connector lug onto the assembly head gripping hand 36; secondly, the assembling head clamping hand 36 clamps the electric wire piece 1, and the assembling moving frame 38 pushes the assembling head to the end part of the electric wire piece 1; thirdly, the wire piece 1 is connected with the connector lug in an occlusion way by an assembling occlusion hand 35; thereafter, the intermediate robot 47 grips the assembled electric wire member 1 and outputs it to the finished product output station 13.

As two schemes of the outer package of the cable, between S3 and S5, S4 is performed, and the outer package machine 11 wraps the outer of the electric wire terminal 1 with an insulating layer and heat-seals the sealing port;

or at S9, S10 is performed, and at the product carry-out station 13, the exterior of the electric wire members 1 is wrapped with an insulating layer by an overwrapping machine and heat-sealed.

The assembly line centre gripping hand 34 realizes the centre gripping cable, and the equipment is occluded hand 35 and has realized the erection joint of cable and connector lug, and the centre gripping of assembly head centre gripping hand 36, the equipment top 37 realizes the butt joint, and middle manipulator 47 has realized the unloading and the transportation of going up of work piece.
