The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.

Example one

A method for indicating the installation state of a consumption module in a household appliance is mainly applied to the following scenes. When the household appliance box body is installed or the consumption module is replaced, the consumption module needs to be installed at a specified position of the household appliance box body and can trigger the resetting device to record the residual display state information of the consumption module again when the consumption module is installed in place. The consumption module refers to a module which has the functions of deodorizing, sterilizing, purifying air, keeping fresh and the like, improving the environment and having timeliness. The consumption module is fixed in the household electrical appliance box body through a fixing structure, and the fixing structure is a clamping structure, a screw connection structure, a bonding structure and other fixing structures common to technicians in the field. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:

s101: acquiring and analyzing state information of a consumption module in the household appliance; specifically, the installation state information of the consumption module in the household appliance box body is acquired through a sensor arranged in the box body, and the installation state information at least comprises whether the consumption module is located at the correct position in the household appliance or whether the consumption module is installed in place.

Specifically, S101 can be subdivided into two specific embodiments.

As shown in S111 in fig. 2: position state information of the consumable module is acquired. Specifically, the consumable module needs to be installed at a target position in the box body, such as a photoelectric sensor is arranged at a target installation position (a position for correctly installing the consumable module), and a blocking piece is arranged at the position of the consumable module corresponding to the target installation position; when the blocking piece reaches the position of the photoelectric sensor, the main control board acquires the position information of the consumption module; when the separation blade does not reach the position of the photoelectric sensor, the main control board does not acquire the position information of the consumption module. In other embodiments, in order to ensure the accuracy of the installation position of the consumption module, a plurality of position sensors may be disposed at a target position in the box, for example, when the consumption module is a box, four position sensors are disposed at the target position, the four position sensors are uniformly or non-uniformly distributed at the target position in the box, and four blocking pieces are disposed on the consumption module and matched with the consumption module; when the separation blade on the consumption module reaches the position of the photoelectric sensor on the household appliance box body matched with the separation blade, the main control board acquires the position information of the consumption module; when the blocking sheet does not reach the position of the photoelectric sensor on the household appliance box body matched with the blocking sheet, the main control board does not acquire the position information of the consumption module.

In other embodiments, the positional status information of the consumable module may be obtained by a touch switch. The point contact switch is respectively installed on a position to be installed and a consumption module in the household appliance box body, and when the consumption module is installed to the position, the point contact switch is triggered to acquire the position state information of the consumption module.

As shown at S112 in fig. 3: pressure status information of the consumable module is obtained. Specifically, a pressure sensor is arranged in a household appliance box body provided with the consumption module, and the pressure applied to the household appliance box body at the position is obtained through the pressure sensor. In other embodiments, a pressure sensor is disposed on the consuming module, and the pressure applied to the consuming module is obtained through the pressure sensor.

In some embodiments, to ensure that the consumable module is in the correct installation state, the status information of the consumable module is obtained as position information and pressure information. Namely, the consumption module or the box body is provided with a photoelectric sensor and a pressure sensor, and the signal information of the photoelectric sensor and the pressure sensor is obtained to comprehensively judge whether the consumption module is correctly installed.

S102: judging whether the consumption module in the household appliance is in a correct installation state or not according to the state information of the consumption module in the household appliance; specifically, whether the consumable module is in a correct installation state is judged according to the state information of the consumable module acquired by the sensor.

As shown in S121 of fig. 2, the position status information of the consumable module is analyzed to determine whether the consumable module is in a correct installation state. Specifically, when the state information of the consumption module is acquired as the position information, if the consumption module reaches the first specified position, the consumption module is in a correct installation state; and if the consumable module does not reach the designated position, the consumable module is in the wrong installation position. Specifically, if the blocking piece on the consumption module reaches the position of the photoelectric sensor, the consumption module is in the correct installation position; if the blocking piece on the consumption module does not reach the position of the photoelectric sensor, the consumption module is not installed at the correct position. Or when the point contact switch senses that the consumption module is positioned at the position to be installed in the household appliance box body, the consumption module is positioned at the correct installation position; and if the point contact switch does not sense that the consumption module is positioned at the position to be installed in the household appliance box body, the consumption module is not positioned at the correct installation position.

As shown at S122 in fig. 3: and analyzing the pressure state information of the consumption module to judge whether the consumption module is in a correct installation state. Specifically, when the position state information of the consumption module is acquired as pressure information, if the pressure applied to the consumption module reaches a specified value, the consumption module is in a correct installation state; and if the pressure applied to the consumption module does not reach the specified value, the consumption module is not installed in place. The specified value is the pressure to which the consumption module is subjected when the consumption module is mounted to the correct position in the box body. Specifically, when the pressure sensor is arranged on the consumption module and the value of the pressure sensor on the consumption module is the specified value, the consumption module is correctly installed on the household appliance box body; if the value of the pressure sensor on the consumption module is not the designated value, the consumption module is not installed in place.

It is to be understood that mounting to the correct position means that the consumable module is in the correct position in the housing to mount the consumable module; the non-proper mounting means that the consumer module is not fastened to the appliance housing, although it is already in the correct mounting position.

In some embodiments, in order to ensure the correctness of the installation state of the consumable module, the state information of the consumable module is acquired as position information and pressure information. Namely, whether the consumption module is installed at the correct position in the household appliance box body is comprehensively judged through the photoelectric sensor and the pressure sensor on the consumption module or the box body and through the acquired signals of the photoelectric sensor and the pressure sensor. That is, when the blocking sheet reaches the position of the photoelectric sensor, the main control board receives the signal of the photoelectric sensor, and at this time, if the value on the pressure sensor is not the designated value, it indicates that the consumption module is not installed in place although being in the correct installation position. If the pressure sensor shows that the pressure reaches the designated value, but the main control board does not acquire the position signal sent by the photoelectric sensor, it indicates that the installation position of the consumption module needs to be adjusted. If the main control board acquires the signal of the photoelectric sensor and the pressure sensor reaches the designated value, the consumption module is correctly installed. If the main control board does not acquire the photoelectric sensor signal and the pressure sensor does not reach the designated numerical value, the consumption module is incorrectly installed.

S103: configuring a first light emitting mode or a second light emitting mode of the light emitting assembly according to a judgment result of whether the consumption module in the household appliance is in a correct installation state; specifically, the lighting pattern of the lighting assembly is configured according to whether the consumable module is correctly mounted.

In some embodiments, the light emitting assembly is configured to assume a first light emitting mode when the consumable module is in a correct installed state; configuring the light emitting assembly to exhibit a second light emitting mode when the consumable module is in a wrong installation state (incorrect installation position or not in place); the first light emitting mode and the second light emitting mode have at least one of different flicker frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed and flicker time length. In some embodiments, the light emitting assembly is configured to present a first color of light, such as green, when the consumable module is in the correct mounting position; the light emitting assembly is configured to present a second color of light, such as red, when the consumable module is in the wrong mounting position. It should be understood that, since the light emitting mode of the light emitting assembly includes the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed, flashing time length, etc. of the light emitting assembly, the first light emitting mode and the second light emitting mode can be distinguished by changing the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed, flashing time length of the light emitting assembly or combining the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed, flashing time length of the light emitting assembly.

In other embodiments, the light-emitting component is a breathing lamp, and the light-emitting mode of the breathing lamp comprises at least one of the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed and flashing time length of the breathing lamp, and any one or combination of the above can be selected to distinguish the light-emitting mode of the breathing lamp. In some embodiments, if the consumable module is in the correct installed state, the breathing lamp is configured to be gradually raised from the extinguished state until the brightest is reached; if the consumption module is in a wrong installation state, the breathing lamp is configured to flicker all the time. Specifically, if the consumption module is installed incorrectly, the breathing lamp flickers all the time, and if the consumption module is installed correctly, the breathing lamp gradually rises from an off state until the breathing lamp reaches the brightest state, and the breathing lamp keeps the brightest state all the time. And the breathing lamp is turned off until the household appliance door body is closed.

And S104, controlling the light-emitting assembly to execute the first light-emitting mode or the second light-emitting mode according to the configuration result so as to indicate the installation state of the consumption module in the household appliance. And controlling the light emitting assembly to execute a corresponding light emitting mode according to the configuration result of the S103 so as to indicate the installation state of the consumption module in the household appliance.

In some embodiments, when the consumption module in the household appliance is in the correct installation state, in addition to the breathing lamp executing the preset lighting mode, for example, the breathing lamp is kept on for a long time after flashing, the remaining lighting mode of the breathing lamp can be configured to indicate the remaining amount of the consumption module in the household appliance. Namely, when the consumption module is installed correctly, the main control panel is directly triggered to acquire and analyze the residual quantity state information of the consumption module, and the light-emitting mode of the corresponding breathing lamp is configured according to the residual quantity state information so as to directly indicate the residual quantity.
