Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

The bracket for construction is required to have a strength capable of withstanding the construction work of the wall structure and to maintain the strength of the wall structure after the construction. On the other hand, depending on the type of building structure such as a steel structure (S structure), the position at which the building bracket can be arranged is sometimes limited during the construction of the wall structure, and the position at which a fixing object such as a wale that is fixedly supported by the building bracket can be arranged is sometimes limited. Therefore, the conventional bracket may not be used for construction of a predetermined wall structure depending on the structure thereof.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a construction bracket which is suitable for improving strength and which realizes a high degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement relationship between the construction bracket and the object to be fixed, and a building wall structure and a panel construction method using the construction bracket.

Means for solving the problems

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a construction bracket is provided. The bracket for construction includes a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion. The first fixing portion includes a first surface for abutting against the structure. The second fixing portion includes a base portion, a rib portion, a first side wall portion, and a second side wall portion.

The second fixing portion extends from an end portion of the first fixing portion to a side opposite to the first surface in a manner of intersecting the first fixing portion, and further includes a second surface for abutment. The rib portion protrudes from the base material portion to a side opposite to the second surface, and includes a third surface for abutting against the member at a protruding end of the rib portion. The first side wall portion protrudes from one end portion of the base material portion in the width direction intersecting the extending direction of the second fixing portion to the same side as the rib portion, and includes a first wall portion juxtaposed with the rib portion in the width direction for abutment with the member. The second side wall portion protrudes from the other end portion of the base material portion in the width direction of the base material portion to the same side as the rib portion, and includes a second wall portion juxtaposed with the rib portion in the width direction for abutment with the member.

Such a construction bracket is used in the following manner, for example, in the construction of a wall structure.

First, a first surface of a first fixing portion of a construction bracket is brought into contact with a predetermined wall surface having a building structure, and in this state, the construction bracket is fastened and fixed to the wall surface by a fastening member that penetrates the first fixing portion from the side opposite to the first surface and reaches the wall surface. A plurality of building brackets are attached to a wall surface of a building structure, for example, in a predetermined arrangement.

Next, the object to be fixed (member) is fixed to the construction bracket in a state of being mounted on, for example, two or more construction brackets attached to the wall surface (fixing work to the bracket). The fixing object is a support member for fixing a plate material for wall structure and supporting the plate material, and is, for example, a brace. The wales may be so-called longitudinal wales, or may be transverse wales.

In the bracket fixing work, specifically, the second surface of the base material portion of the second fixing portion of the bracket for construction is brought into contact with the object to be fixed, and in this state, the bracket for construction and the object to be fixed are fastened and fixed by the fastening member which penetrates the base material portion from the side opposite to the second surface and reaches the object to be fixed. Alternatively, the third surface, the first wall portion, and the second wall portion of the rib portion of the second fixing portion of the construction bracket are brought into contact with the fixing object, and in this state, the construction bracket is fastened and fixed to the fixing object by the fastening member that penetrates the rib portion from the side opposite to the third surface and reaches the fixing object.

For example, in the present construction bracket used as described above, the second fixing portion to be fastened to the object to be fixed has the rib portion in the base portion, and in addition thereto, the second fixing portion further includes the first side wall portion and the second side wall portion protruding from the base portion to the same side as the rib portion. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of a bracket for a building, which can be endured in the construction work of a wall structure including so-called unevenness adjustment, and for continuously maintaining the strength of the wall structure after the construction.

As described above, the second fixing portion to be fastened to the fixing object in the present bracket for construction includes the second surface and the third surface opposite to the second surface as the surface for abutting against the member. Such a structure is suitable for realizing a high degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement relationship between the building bracket and the object to be fixed in the construction of the wall structure. That is, the present architectural bracket can be used in a variety of orientations and mounting schemes.

As described above, the construction bracket according to the first aspect of the present invention is suitable for improving the strength thereof and realizing a high degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement relationship between the construction bracket and the object to be fixed. The improvement in strength of the construction bracket is suitable for suppressing deformation of the construction bracket in a building wall structure using the construction bracket, and for stably supporting a fixing object fixed to the construction bracket and other members such as a wall surface construction panel fixed to the fixing object. Further, realization of a high degree of freedom regarding the above arrangement relationship is suitable for use of the present bracket for construction in various wall structures in various building structures such as a reinforced structure (S structure) and a reinforced concrete structure (RC structure).

In the present bracket for a building, the first wall portion of the first side wall portion, the second wall portion of the second side wall portion, and the rib portion located therebetween are arranged in parallel to project from the base material portion to the same side, and the above-described structure facilitates the configuration in which the second fixing portion abuts against the fixing object at three positions when the fixing object is disposed on the third surface side of the second fixing portion and the fixing object is fastened to the second fixing portion. The structure in which the second fixing portion abuts against the object to be fixed at three positions is suitable for stably supporting the object to be fixed, other members such as a wall surface-forming plate member fixed to the object to be fixed, and the like, by the second fixing portion or the construction bracket.

Preferably, the third surface, the first wall portion, and the second wall portion have the same projection height from the base material portion. Such a configuration is suitable for stably supporting the object to be fixed, the wall surface construction panel fixed to the object to be fixed, and other members, such as the object to be fixed, by the second fixing portion or the construction bracket, by abutting the object to be fixed at three positions when the object to be fixed is disposed on the third surface side of the second fixing portion and the object to be fixed is fastened to the second fixing portion.

Preferably, the first fixing portion has: a third side wall portion protruding from one end portion of the first fixing portion in the width direction to the same side as the second fixing portion; and a fourth side wall portion protruding from the other end portion of the first fixing portion in the width direction toward the same side as the second fixing portion. In this case, it is more preferable that the first side wall portion of the second fixing portion is continuous with the third side wall portion of the first fixing portion, and the second side wall portion of the second fixing portion is continuous with the fourth side wall portion of the first fixing portion. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of the bracket for construction.

Preferably, the first side wall portion includes a first high wall portion higher than the first wall portion on a side closer to the first fixing portion than the first wall portion, and the second side wall portion includes a second high wall portion higher than the second wall portion on a side closer to the first fixing portion than the second wall portion. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of the bracket for construction.

Preferably, the base material portion of the second fixing portion has at least one hole for passing the fastening member therethrough. Preferably, the hole includes an elongated hole extending in an extending direction of the second fixing portion. Preferably, the rib has at least one hole for the fastening member to pass through. Preferably, the hole includes an elongated hole extending in an extending direction of the second fixing portion. Preferably, the first fixing portion has at least one hole for the fastening member to pass through. Preferably, the holes include a first hole, and at least one second hole smaller than the first hole, located around the first hole. These structures are suitable for reducing or avoiding the work of providing a hole for passing a fastening member through the bracket for a building in the construction of a wall structure using the bracket for a building, and for simplifying and increasing the efficiency of the construction work.

Preferably, a reference line for alignment is provided on a surface of the first fixing portion on a side opposite to the first surface. Such a structure contributes to positioning of the present building bracket during construction of a wall structure using the present building bracket.

According to a second aspect of the invention, a building wall construction is provided. The building wall structure is provided with: a structure having a wall surface; a plurality of construction brackets disposed on the wall surface; a plurality of support members arranged across at least two construction brackets, respectively; a plurality of first fastening members; a plurality of second fastening members; and a plurality of plates for covering the wall surface.

The construction bracket according to the first aspect of the present invention is the aforementioned construction bracket. In the building wall structure, the building bracket abuts against the wall surface on the first surface of the first fixing portion, and the first fastening member that penetrates the first fixing portion from the side opposite to the first surface and reaches the wall surface fastens the building bracket to the wall surface. The support member has: a first joint portion fixed to the construction bracket; and a second joint portion connected to a side of the first joint portion opposite to the wall surface. Further, the plate material is directly or indirectly attached to the second joint portion in the support member.

The first fixing means or the second fixing means described below is implemented at a fixing position of at least a part of a plurality of fixing positions with respect to a plurality of supporting members of a plurality of construction brackets.

In the first fixing means, the first joint portion of the support member abuts against the second surface of the base member portion of the second fixing portion of the construction bracket, and the construction bracket and the support member are fastened by the second fastening member which penetrates the base member portion from the side opposite to the second surface and reaches the first joint portion. In the second fixing means, the first joint portion of the support member abuts against the third surface, the first wall portion, and the second wall portion of the rib portion of the second fixing portion of the construction bracket, and the construction bracket and the support member are fastened by the second fastening member that penetrates the rib portion from the side opposite to the third surface and reaches the first joint portion.

The building wall structure of the first aspect of the present invention uses the above-described building bracket. Therefore, according to the building wall structure of the present invention, the same technical effects as those described above with respect to the building bracket of the first aspect of the present invention are exhibited in the building bracket included in the building wall structure of the present invention.

In the above-described mounting scheme of the plate material to the support member, the structure of the "plate material is directly mounted to the second joint portion in the support member" specifically means the following structure: the plate member is coupled to the second joint portion so that no other support member is present between the plate member and the support member, and is directly attached to the support member by a fastening member such as a screw, an attachment tool, or the like. According to such a configuration, the plate material does not need to use a support material other than the support material as an element for direct mounting, and the number of components and the work by reducing the number of steps can be reduced.

On the other hand, in the above-described mounting scheme of the plate material to the support member, the structure of "the plate material is indirectly mounted to the second joint portion of the support member" specifically means the following structure: the plate material is coupled to the second joint portion with another support material (second support material, for example, additional support material) interposed between the plate material and the support material (first support material), the second support material is attached to the first support material by a fastening member such as a screw, and the plate material is attached to the second support material by a fastening member such as a screw or an attachment tool. At least one second supporting material is provided. According to such a configuration, by using the second support member other than the first support member, unevenness of the wall surface can be appropriately adjusted, and the plate material can be supported more stably.

In the above second aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the building wall structure further includes an extension member and a third fastening member as described below.

The extension member includes an extension base portion, a first extension side wall portion, and a second extension side wall portion. The extension base material portion includes a fourth surface for abutting against the second surface or the third surface of the base material portion of the bracket for a building, and a fifth surface opposite to the fourth surface for abutting against the member, and extends along the base material portion. The first extended side wall portion protrudes from one end portion of the extended base portion in the width direction intersecting the extending direction of the extended base portion toward a fourth surface side in the thickness direction of the extended base portion. The second extended side wall portion protrudes from the other end portion of the extended base portion in the width direction intersecting the extending direction of the extended base portion to the same side as the first extended side wall portion.

The second fixing portion of the construction bracket is fitted between the first and second extension-side wall portions of the extension member, and the extension member extends longer than the second fixing portion of the construction bracket toward the opposite side of the first fixing portion in the extending direction of the second fixing portion and the extending direction of the extension base material portion.

The first fastening means or the second fastening means described below is adopted at a position fixed to the support member of the construction bracket.

In the first fastening means, the fourth surface of the extension member abuts against the second surface of the base member portion of the second fixing portion of the bracket for construction, the bracket for construction and the extension member are fastened by the third fastening member which penetrates the base member portion from the side opposite to the second surface and reaches the extension base member portion, the first joining portion of the support member abuts against the fifth surface of the extension member, and the extension member and the support member are fastened by the second fastening member which penetrates the extension member from the fourth surface side and reaches the first joining portion.

In the second fastening means, the fourth surface of the extension member abuts against the third surface of the rib portion of the second fixing portion of the bracket for construction, the bracket for construction and the extension member are fastened by the third fastening member that penetrates the rib portion from the side opposite to the third surface and reaches the extension base portion, the first joining portion of the support member abuts against the fifth surface of the extension member, and the extension member and the support member are fastened by the second fastening member that penetrates the extension member from the fourth surface side and reaches the first joining portion.

The extension member having the above-described structure is suitable for adjusting unevenness of the support member. The above-described construction bracket and the extension member, which function together with the connection between the building structure and the support member, are suitable for increasing the strength in the building wall structure and for achieving a high degree of freedom in the arrangement relationship with the support member.

Preferably, the elongated base portion has at least one long hole for a fastening member through extending in an extending direction of the elongated base portion, and at least one hole for a fastening member through located at a position separated from the long hole in the width direction. Such a structure is preferable for reducing or avoiding the work of providing the fastening member through-hole in the extension member during the construction of the building wall structure, thereby simplifying and increasing the efficiency of the construction work.

Preferably, the building wall structure further includes a plurality of additional support members disposed across the at least two support members, the additional support members are attached to the second joint portions of the at least two support members, and the panel material is attached to the additional support members. In such a configuration, a plurality of additional support members are disposed at a pitch different from the arrangement pitch of the construction brackets (for example, a pitch smaller than the above pitch), and in addition, it is preferable to attach the plate material to the additional support members, thereby supporting the plate material more stably.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plate material installation method for installing a plate material to a structure having a wall surface. The plate construction method includes a first step, a second step, and a third step.

In the first step, a plurality of construction brackets are attached to a wall surface. The construction bracket according to the first aspect of the present invention is the aforementioned construction bracket. In the first step, the first surface of the first fixing portion of the construction bracket is brought into contact with the wall surface, and the construction bracket is fastened to the wall surface by the first fastening member which penetrates the first fixing portion from the side opposite to the first surface and reaches the wall surface.

In the second step, the support member is fixed to at least two construction brackets attached to the wall surface. The support member has: a first joint portion fixed to the construction bracket; and a second joint portion connected to a side of the first joint portion opposite to the wall surface.

In the second step, specifically, the first joint portion of the support member is brought into contact with the second surface of the base member portion in the second fixing portion of the construction bracket, and the construction bracket is fastened to the support member by the second fastening member which penetrates the base member portion from the side opposite to the second surface and reaches the first joint portion. Alternatively, in the second step, the first joining portion of the support member is brought into contact with the third surface, the first wall portion, and the second wall portion of the rib portion in the second fixing portion of the construction bracket, and the construction bracket is fastened to the support member by the second fastening member which penetrates the rib portion from the side opposite to the third surface and reaches the first joining portion.

In the third step, the plate material is directly or indirectly attached to the support member.

In the present panel construction method, the above-described construction bracket according to the first aspect of the present invention is used. Therefore, according to the present plate material constructing method, the same technical effects as those described above with respect to the bracket for a building of the first aspect of the present invention are obtained in the bracket for a building used in the plate material constructing method.

The first fixing portion 10 of the bracket X has a shape extending in the other direction (the second direction D2) from one end portion in the first direction D1 of the second fixing portion 20 extending in one direction (the first direction D1). The first direction D1 and the second direction D2 are orthogonal in the present embodiment, but may intersect with each other. In the present embodiment, the first fixing section 10 and the second fixing section 20 of the bracket X may have a width in a direction (width direction W) orthogonal to the first direction D1 and orthogonal to the second direction D2 (the width direction W may intersect the first direction D1 and the second direction D2). The dimension of the first fixing portion 10 in the second direction D2 is, for example, 30 to 70 mm. The dimension of the second fixing portion 20 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 70 to 140 mm. The width (dimension in the width direction W) of the bracket X or the first fixing section 10 and the second fixing section 20 is, for example, 30 to 70 mm.

The first fixing portion 10 includes a surface 11 (first surface) for abutting against the structure on the side opposite to the second fixing portion 20. A reference line L for alignment (a reference line extending in the second direction D2 and a reference line extending in the width direction W) is provided on the surface 12 of the first fixing section 10 on the side opposite to the surface 11. In the present embodiment, for example, the reference line L is engraved on the surface 12. Instead of such a configuration, the reference line L may be printed on the surface 12.

The first fixing portion 10 has a third side wall portion 13 and a fourth side wall portion 14. The third side wall portion 13 protrudes from one end portion of the first fixing portion 10 in the width direction W toward the second fixing portion 20 side. The fourth side wall portion 14 protrudes from the other end portion of the first securing portion 10 in the width direction W toward the second securing portion 20. In the first fixing portion 10, the third side wall portion 13 and the fourth side wall portion 14 are projected from the surface 12 by 6 to 15mm, respectively.

In the present embodiment, the first fixing portion 10 has holes H1 to H5 for passing fastening members therethrough. The holes H4-H5 are smaller than the hole H1. The hole H1 is a long hole extending in the second direction D2. The dimension of the hole H1 in the second direction D2 is, for example, 15 to 45mm, and the dimension of the hole H1 in the width direction W is, for example, 7 to 18 mm.

The hole H2 is an elongated hole extending in the second direction D2, and is separated from the hole H1 in the width direction W. The dimension of the hole H2 in the second direction D2 is, for example, 7 to 17mm, and the dimension of the hole H2 in the width direction W is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The hole H3 is a long hole extending in the second direction D2, and is separated in the width direction W from the hole H1 on the side opposite to the hole H2. The dimension of the hole H3 in the second direction D2 is, for example, 7 to 17mm, and the dimension of the hole H3 in the width direction W is, for example, 3 to 7 mm.

The hole H4 is a circular hole, is formed at a position overlapping with the hole H2 in the width direction W, and is separated from the hole H2 in the second direction D2. The diameter of the hole H4 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The hole H5 is a circular hole, is formed at a position overlapping with the hole H3 in the width direction W, and is separated from the hole H3 in the second direction D2. The diameter of the hole H5 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. These structures are illustrative, and in the width direction W, the hole H4 may be positionally offset from the hole H2, and the hole H5 may be positionally offset from the hole H3. In addition, in the second direction D2, the positions of the holes H4 and H2 may be replaced, and the positions of the holes H5 and H3 may be replaced.

The second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X includes a base portion 21, a rib 22, a first side wall portion 23, and a second side wall portion 24.

The second fixing portion extends from an end portion of the first fixing portion to a side opposite to the first surface so as to intersect the first fixing portion. The base material portion 21 includes a surface 21A (second surface) for abutting against a member and a surface 21B opposite to the surface 21A. The face 21A is located on the opposite side of the first fixing portion 10 extending from the second fixing portion 20 in the second direction D2.

In the present embodiment, the base material portion 21 has a hole H6 for the fastening member to pass through, and four holes H7 aligned in the first direction D1. The hole H6 is a long hole extending in the first direction D1. The dimension of the hole H6 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 15 to 100mm, and the dimension of the hole H6 in the width direction W is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The hole H7 is a circular hole, and is separated from the hole H6 in the width direction W. The diameter of the hole H7 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. In the present embodiment, the number of the holes H7 of the base material portion 21 is four as described above, but may be less than four, or may be more than four. In addition, the positions of the holes H6 and H7 formed so that the rib 22 is located at the center may be reversed from the positions shown in fig. 2, namely, the position of the hole H6 and the position of the hole H7.

The rib 22 protrudes from the base material portion 21 to the side (the side of the surface 21B) opposite to the surface 21A, and includes a surface 22A (a third surface) for abutting against a member at the protruding end thereof. The dimension of the rib 22 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 30 to 140 mm. The dimension of the rib 22 in the width direction W is, for example, 8 to 30 mm. The protruding height of the rib 22 from the base 21 is, for example, 5 to 12 mm.

In the present embodiment, the rib 22 has holes H8, H9 for passing fastening members therethrough. The hole H8 is a long hole extending in the first direction D1. The dimension of the hole H8 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 15 to 100mm, and the dimension of the hole H8 in the width direction W is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The hole H9 is a circular hole, and is separated from the hole H8 in the first direction D1. The diameter of the hole H9 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The number of holes H9 of the rib 22 may be more than the number shown.

The first side wall portion 23 protrudes from one end portion of the base material portion 21 in the width direction W (i.e., a direction orthogonal to the first direction D1 in the extending direction of the second fixing portion 20) to the same side as the rib portion 22. The first side wall portion 23 includes a first wall portion 23a for abutting against a member, which is juxtaposed with the rib portion 22 in the width direction W. In the present embodiment, the first side wall portion 23 includes a first high wall portion 23b higher than the first wall portion 23a on the first fixing portion 10 side of the first wall portion 23a. In the present embodiment, the first side wall portion 23 of the second fixing portion 20 is continuous with the third side wall portion 13 of the first fixing portion 10 at one end side in the width direction W of the bracket X.

The second side wall portion 24 protrudes from the other end portion of the base material portion 21 in the width direction W to the same side as the rib portion 22. The second side wall portion 24 includes a second wall portion 24a for abutting against a member, which is juxtaposed with the rib portion 22 in the width direction W. In the present embodiment, the second side wall portion 24 includes a second high wall portion 24b higher than the second wall portion 24a on the side closer to the first fixing portion 10 than the second wall portion 24a. In the present embodiment, the second side wall portion 24 of the second fixing portion 20 is continuous with the fourth side wall portion 14 of the first fixing portion 10 on the other end side in the width direction W of the bracket X.

The first wall 23a and the second wall 24a of the first side wall 23 and the second side wall 24 have the same height from the base material portion 21 as the above-described height of the rib 22, and are, for example, 5 to 12 mm. The protruding height of the first high wall portion 23b from the base material portion 21 is larger than the protruding height of the first wall portion 23a, and is, for example, 6 to 15 mm. The protruding height of the second high wall portion 24b from the base material portion 21 is larger than the protruding height of the second wall portion 24a, and is, for example, 6 to 15 mm.

The bracket X having the above-described structure can be manufactured by, for example, punching, bending, or pressing a metal plate such as a steel plate. The thickness of the metal plate used for manufacturing the bracket X is, for example, 1 to 5 mm.

As shown in fig. 4, the bracket X may be configured such that the first and second side wall portions 23 and 24 do not include the first and second high wall portions 23b and 24b.

As shown in fig. 4, the bracket X may have holes H10 in addition to the holes H8, H9 in the rib 22. The hole H10 is a circular hole, and is separated from the hole H8 on the opposite side of the hole H9 in the first direction D1. The diameter of the hole H10 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm.

The carriage X may have a reference line L at a position different from the position shown in fig. 1 on the surface 12 of the first fixing portion 10. For example, a reference line L extending in the vertical direction in the drawing on the surface 12 of the first fixing section 10 of the bracket X shown in fig. 4 is located on the right side in the drawing than the reference line L extending in the vertical direction in the drawing on the surface 12 of the first fixing section 10 of the bracket X shown in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 5, the bracket X may be provided with two of the above-described ribs 22 extending in the first direction D1 on the second fixing portion 20 (fig. 5 is a sectional view of a position corresponding to the sectional view shown in fig. 3 with respect to the bracket X shown in fig. 1). In this case, the protruding heights of the two ribs 22 from the base portion 21 are the same as the protruding heights of the first wall portion 23a and the second wall portion 24a of the first side wall portion 23 and the second side wall portion 24 from the base portion 21. In such a configuration, the two ribs 22 may be provided with the hole H8 as a long hole and the hole H9 as a circular hole, respectively, or one of the two ribs 22 may be provided with the hole H8 as a long hole and the other with the hole H9 as a circular hole.

As shown in fig. 6, the bracket X may have a rib 22 extending over substantially the entire region of the second fixing portion 20 in the first direction D1. Such a configuration is preferable in terms of improving the strength of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and further improving the strength of the bracket X.

The bracket X described above is attached to a predetermined wall surface 31 having a building structure in a predetermined arrangement as shown in fig. 7, for example, in the construction of the wall structure (fig. 7 exemplarily shows a case where an anchor bolt is used as a fastening member for fastening the bracket X to the wall surface 31 when the building structure is an RC structure, and the same applies to fig. 8 to 13). The wall surface 31 is provided with ink lines 32 having intersections at the bracket attachment positions. The carriage X can be positioned on the wall surface 31 by using the ink line 32 and the reference line L described above in the first fixing section 10. That is, the carriage X is arranged so that the reference line L overlaps the ink line 32 when viewed by the operator facing the wall surface 31, thereby positioning the carriage X.

Fig. 8 to 10 show an example of a work of attaching a support member using the bracket X in the construction of a wall structure. First, as shown in fig. 8, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 of the building structure by the fastening member 41 (first fastening member). Specifically, after the surface 11 of the first fixing portion 10 of the bracket X is brought into contact with the wall surface 31 and the bracket X is positioned, the bracket X or the first fixing portion 10 of the bracket X is fastened and fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening member 41. The fastening member 41 is, for example, an anchor bolt, and the first fixing portion 10 is penetrated from the surface 12 side (the side opposite to the surface 11) to the wall surface 31 in the hole H1 of the first fixing portion 10 (a member other than the anchor bolt may be used as the fastening member 41). In this example of the mounting work, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in an orientation (first orientation) in which the second direction D2 is horizontal and the first fixing portion 10 extends rightward (rightward when viewed by an operator facing the wall surface 31) along the wall surface 31 from the end of the second fixing portion 20.

When the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening member 41, the bracket X may be displaced in the left-right direction, for example, during the fixing operation of fixing the bracket X to the wall surface 31 by the fastening member 41 with the reference line L of the bracket X aligned with the ink line 32 on the wall surface 31. Even in such a case, since the hole H1 through which the fastening member 41 is inserted is a long hole, the bracket X can be fixed to the wall surface 31 after fine adjustment to realign the reference line L with the ink line 32 again. When the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening member 41, fine adjustment for realigning the reference line L with the ink line 32 can be similarly performed even when the hole H2 or the hole H3, which are long holes, is used instead of the hole H1.

Next, as shown in fig. 9, the support member 5 is temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening member 42 (second fastening member). The fastening member 42 is a self-tapping screw. The support member 5 is directly or indirectly attached with, for example, a wale of a wall surface-forming plate material in the construction of the wall structure. As the support member 5, a hollow square member is exemplarily illustrated (the same applies to fig. 8 to 13). The support member 5 is disposed on the surface 21A side of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X in a posture extending in the vertical direction. Further, the support member 5 includes: a first joint portion 5a fixed to the bracket X; and a second joint portion 5b connected to the side of the first joint portion 5a opposite to the wall surface 31.

In the step shown in fig. 9, specifically, the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 is brought into contact with the surface 21A of the base member 21 in the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and in this state, the bracket X and the support member 5 are temporarily fixed by the fastening member 42 penetrating the base member 21 from the surface 21B side (the side opposite to the surface 21A) in the hole H6 of the base member 21 and reaching the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5. In this temporary fixation, the fastening member 42 is screwed into the support member 5 shallowly.

The support member 5 temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in position relative to the bracket X in the first direction D1. Therefore, the unevenness of the support member 5 with respect to the wall surface 31 can be adjusted as necessary via the bracket X.

Next, as shown in fig. 10, the support member 5 is fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 42, 43 (second fastening members). The fastening member 43 is a tapping screw. In this step, specifically, the bracket X is fastened and fixed to the support member 5 by the fastening member 42 screwed in from the above-described temporarily fixed state (i.e., the fastening member 42 penetrating the base member 21 from the surface 21B side to the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 in the hole H6 of the base member 21), and the fastening member 43 penetrating the base member 21 from the surface 21B side to the hole H7 of the base member 21 and screwed into the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5.

In the construction of the wall structure, for example, a predetermined support member can be attached to the wall surface of the building structure using the bracket X in the above-described manner.

Fig. 11 to 13 show other examples of mounting schemes of the support member.

In the example shown in fig. 11, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in an orientation (second orientation) in which the second direction D2 is horizontal and the first fixing portion 10 extends along the wall surface 31 from the end of the second fixing portion 20 to the left (left as viewed by the operator facing the wall surface 31). In the example shown in fig. 11, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 22A (shown in fig. 1, for example) side of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X in a posture extending in the vertical direction. The support member 5 is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 42 and 43 in a state of being in contact with the surface 22A of the rib 22 of the second fixing portion 20. The fastening member 42 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A in the hole H8 of the rib 22 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5. The fastening member 43 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A in the hole H9 of the rib 22 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5.

The mounting scheme shown in fig. 11 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: fixing work by the fastening member 41 (fixing of the first fixing portion 10 to the wall surface 31), temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42 (temporary fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20), unevenness adjustment of the support member 5 thereafter as needed, and fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43 (fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20). In the unevenness adjustment after the temporary fixing of the support member 5, specifically, the position of the support member 5 temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in the first direction D1 with respect to the bracket X.

In the example shown in fig. 12, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in an orientation (third orientation) in which the second direction D2 is vertical and the first fixing portion 10 extends downward from the end of the second fixing portion 20 along the wall surface 31. In the example shown in fig. 12, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 21A side of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X in a posture extending in the horizontal direction. The support member 5 is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 42 and 43 in a state of being in contact with the surface 21A of the base portion 21 in the second fixing portion 20. The fastening member 42 penetrates the base portion 21 from the side of the surface 21B (the side opposite to the surface 21A) in a hole H6 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the base portion 21 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5. The fastening member 43 penetrates the base portion 21 from the surface 21B side to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 in the hole H7 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the base portion 21.

The mounting scheme shown in fig. 12 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: fixing work by the fastening member 41 (fixing of the first fixing portion 10 to the wall surface 31), temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42 (temporary fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20), unevenness adjustment of the support member 5 thereafter as needed, and fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43 (fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20). In the unevenness adjustment after the temporary fixing of the support member 5, specifically, the position of the support member 5 temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in the first direction D1 with respect to the bracket X.

In the example shown in fig. 13, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in an orientation (fourth orientation) in which the second direction D2 is vertical and the first fixing portion 10 extends downward from the end of the second fixing portion 20 along the wall surface 31. In the example shown in fig. 13, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 22A (shown in fig. 1, for example) side of the second fixing section 20 of the bracket X in a posture extending in the horizontal direction. The support member 5 is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 42 and 43 in a state of being in contact with the surface 22A of the rib 22 in the second fixing portion 20. The fastening member 42 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the face 22A in the hole H8 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the rib 22 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5. The fastening member 43 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A in the hole H9 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the rib 22 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5.

The mounting scheme shown in fig. 13 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: fixing work by the fastening member 41 (fixing of the first fixing portion 10 to the wall surface 31), temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42 (temporary fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20), unevenness adjustment of the support member 5 thereafter as needed, and fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43 (fixing of the support member 5 to the second fixing portion 20). In the unevenness adjustment after the temporary fixing of the support member 5, specifically, the position of the support member 5 temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in the first direction D1 with respect to the bracket X.

For example, in the bracket X used as described above, the second fixing portion 20 to be fastened to the object to be fixed (in the above example, the support member 5) includes the rib 22 in the base portion 21, and in addition thereto, the first side wall portion 23 and the second side wall portion 24 protruding from the base portion 21 to the same side as the rib 22 are provided. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of the bracket X for construction which can be endured in the construction work of the wall structure including so-called unevenness adjustment and the like, and for maintaining the strength of the wall structure after the construction.

As described above, the second fixing portion 20 to be fastened to the fixing object in the bracket X includes the surface 21A and the surface 22A opposite thereto as the surfaces to be brought into contact with the member. Such a structure is suitable for realizing a high degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement relationship between the bracket X and the object to be fixed in the construction of the wall structure as described above. That is, the carriage X can be used in a variety of orientations and mounting schemes.

As described above, the bracket X is suitable for enhancing the strength thereof and realizing a high degree of freedom with respect to the arrangement relationship with the object to be fixed during the construction. The improvement in the strength of the bracket X is suitable for suppressing deformation of the bracket X in a building wall structure using the bracket X, and for stably supporting a fixing object fixed by the bracket X, and other members such as a wall-constituting plate fixed by the fixing object.

In the above-described configuration in which the first wall portion 23a of the first side wall portion 23, the second wall portion 24a of the second side wall portion 24, and the rib portion 22 positioned therebetween are arranged in parallel to project from the base portion 21 to the same side, the second fixing portion 20 is easily configured to abut against the object to be fixed at three positions when the object to be fixed is disposed on the surface 22A side of the second fixing portion 20 and fastened to the second fixing portion 20. The structure in which the second fixing portion 20 abuts against the object to be fixed at three positions is suitable for stably supporting the object to be fixed by the second fixing portion 20 or the bracket X, and for fixing to other members such as a wall surface constituting plate member of the object to be fixed.

In the bracket X, as described above, the surface 22A, the first wall portion 23a, and the second wall portion 24a have the same projection height from the base material portion 21. Such a configuration is suitable for stably supporting the object to be fixed by the second fixing section 20 or the bracket X and for other members such as a wall surface-forming plate member fixed to the object to be fixed by abutting the second fixing section 20 against the object to be fixed at three positions when the object to be fixed is disposed on the surface 22A side of the second fixing section 20 and fastened to the second fixing section 20.

In the bracket X, as described above, the first fixing portion 10 includes: a third side wall portion 13 protruding from one end portion of the first fixing portion 10 in the width direction W to the same side as the second fixing portion 20; and a fourth side wall portion 14 protruding from the other end portion of the first fixing portion 10 in the width direction W to the same side as the second fixing portion 20, the first side wall portion 23 of the second fixing portion 20 being connected to the third side wall portion 13 of the first fixing portion 10, and the second side wall portion 24 of the second fixing portion 20 being connected to the fourth side wall portion 14 of the first fixing portion 10. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of the bracket X.

In the bracket X, as described above, the first side wall portion 23 includes the first high wall portion 23b higher than the first wall portion 23a on the side of the first fixing portion 10 with respect to the first wall portion 23a, and the second side wall portion 24 includes the second high wall portion 24b higher than the second wall portion 24a on the side of the first fixing portion 10 with respect to the second wall portion 24a. Such a structure is suitable for improving the strength of the bracket X.

As described above, the bracket X already has holes H1-H9, etc. Such a structure is suitable for reducing or avoiding the work of providing the bracket X with a hole for passing a fastening member therethrough when constructing the wall structure using the bracket X, thereby simplifying the construction work. In addition, the holes H6 and H8, which are long holes provided in the second fixing portion 20 and having a shape extending in the first direction D1, can be used for the above-described unevenness adjustment.

As described above, the reference line L for alignment is provided on the surface 12 of the first fixing section 10 in the bracket X. Such a structure facilitates positioning of the bracket X when the bracket X is used for wall construction.

As shown in fig. 16 to 19, for example, in the construction of the wall structure, the bracket X and the extension member Y can be used together for the mounting of the support member by the bracket X. Fig. 14 is a perspective view of the extension member Y. Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing an XV-XV section of the elongated member Y shown in fig. 14.

The extension member Y includes an extension base 60, a first extension side wall 61, and a second extension side wall 62. The elongated base material portion 60 has a shape extending in one direction (the first direction D1 in the mounted state shown in fig. 16 to 19), and has a width in a direction (the width direction W) orthogonal to the one direction.

The extension base material portion 60 includes: a surface 60A (fourth surface) for abutting against the surface 21A or the surface 22A of the base portion 21 of the bracket X; and a surface 60B (fifth surface) for abutting against a member on the opposite side of the surface 60A. The dimension of the elongate base material portion 60 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 70 to 150 mm. The width (dimension in the width direction W) of the extension base material portion 60 is, for example, 31 to 85 mm.

The first extended side wall portion 61 protrudes from one end portion of the extended base portion 60 in the width direction W toward the surface 60A in the thickness direction of the extended base portion 60. The second extended side wall portion 62 protrudes from the other end portion of the extended base portion 60 in the width direction W toward the surface 60A in the thickness direction of the extended base portion 60. The first and second extended side walls 61 and 62 are 5 to 15mm in height from the surface 60A, respectively.

In the present embodiment, the extension base 60 has a hole H11 for fastening member penetration and eight holes H12 for fastening member penetration juxtaposed in the first direction D1. The hole H11 is a long hole extending in the first direction D1. The dimension of the hole H11 in the first direction D1 is, for example, 50 to 120mm, and the dimension of the hole H11 in the width direction W is, for example, 3 to 7 mm. The hole H12 is a circular hole, and is separated from the hole H11 in the width direction W. The diameter of the hole H12 is, for example, 3 to 7 mm.

The extension member Y having the above-described structure can be manufactured by, for example, drilling, bending, or the like of a metal plate such as a steel plate. The thickness of the metal plate used for manufacturing the extension base 60 is, for example, 1 to 5 mm.

In the example shown in fig. 16, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in the first orientation as in the case described above with reference to fig. 8. The extension member Y is attached to the carriage X by a first scheme described below.

In the first aspect, the surface 60A of the extension member Y abuts against the surface 21A (shown in fig. 2, for example) of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X is fitted between the first extension side wall portion 6_1 and the second extension side wall portion 62 of the extension member Y. The extension member Y extends longer than the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X to the opposite side of the first fixing portion 10 in the first direction D1. The extension member Y is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by fastening members 44 and 45 (third fastening members) in a state of being in contact with the surface 21A of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X. The fastening member 44 penetrates the base portion 21 from the surface 21B side to reach the extension member Y in the hole H6 of the base portion 21. The fastening member 45 penetrates the base portion 21 from the surface 21B side to reach the extension member Y in the hole H7 of the base portion 21. The fastening members 44, 45 are self-tapping screws.

In the example shown in fig. 16, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 60B side (the side opposite to the surface 60A) of the extension base 60 of the extension member Y in a posture extending in the vertical direction. The support member 5 is fastened and fixed to the extension member Y by the fastening members 42 and 43 in a state of being in contact with the surface 60B. The fastening member 42 penetrates the extension base 60 of the extension member Y from the surface 60A side through the hole H11 of the extension base 60 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5. The fastening member 43 penetrates the extension base 60 from the surface 60A side in the hole H12 of the extension base 60 to reach the first joining portion 5a of the support 5.

Such a mounting scheme shown in fig. 16 can be realized, for example, via the following operations: the first fixing work by the fastening member 41, the first temporary fixing work by the fastening member 44, and thereafter, as needed, the first unevenness adjustment of the extension member Y, the second fixing work by the fastening members 44, 45, the second temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42, and thereafter, as needed, the second unevenness adjustment of the support member 5, and the third fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43.

In a first fixing operation for the mounting scheme shown in fig. 16, the first fixing portion 10 is fixed to the wall surface 31. In the first temporary fixing work, the extension member Y is temporarily fixed to the bracket X by passing through the hole H6 of the bracket X and screwing the fastening member 44 of the extension member Y shallowly. In the second fixing operation, the extension member Y is fixed to the carriage X. In the second temporary fixing operation, the support member 5 is temporarily fixed to the extension member Y by passing through the hole H11 of the extension member Y and screwing the fastening member 42 of the support member 5 into a shallow position. In the third fixing operation, the support member 5 is fixed to the extension member Y.

In the first unevenness adjustment after the first temporary fixing operation of the extension member Y to the bracket X, specifically, the extension member Y temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in position in the first direction D1 with respect to the bracket X. In the second unevenness adjustment after the second temporary fixing operation of the support member 5 to the extension member Y, specifically, the support member 5 temporarily fixed to the extension member Y can be adjusted in position in the first direction D1 with respect to the extension member Y and the carriage X. By adjusting the fixed position, unevenness of the support member 5 with respect to the wall surface 31 can be adjusted as necessary.

In the example shown in fig. 17, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in the second orientation as in the case described above with reference to fig. 11. The extension member Y is attached to the carriage X by a second embodiment described below.

In the second aspect, the surface 60A of the extension member Y abuts against the surface 22A (shown in fig. 1, for example) and the first and second wall portions 23a and 24a of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X is fitted between the first and second extension-side wall portions 61 and 62 of the extension member Y. The extension member Y extends longer than the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X to the opposite side of the first fixing portion 10 in the first direction D1. The extension member Y is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 44 and 45 in a state of being in contact with the surface 22A of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X. The fastening member 44 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the face 22A in the hole H8 of the rib 22 to reach the extension member Y. The fastening member 45 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the face 22A in a hole H9 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the rib 22 and reaches the extension member Y.

In the example shown in fig. 17, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 60B side (the side opposite to the surface 60A) of the extension base 60 of the extension member Y in a posture extending in the vertical direction.

17 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: a first fixing work (fixing of the first fixing portion 10 to the wall surface 31) by the fastening member 41, a first temporary fixing work by the fastening member 44 and then a first unevenness adjustment of the extension member Y as needed, a second fixing work by the fastening members 44, 45, a second temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42 and then a second unevenness adjustment of the support member 5 as needed, and a third fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43.

In a first fixing operation for the mounting scheme shown in fig. 17, the first fixing portion 10 is fixed to the wall surface 31. In the first temporary fixing work, the extension member Y is temporarily fixed to the bracket X by passing through the hole H8 of the bracket X and screwing the fastening member 44 of the extension member Y shallowly.

In the first unevenness adjustment after the temporary fixing operation of the extension member Y to the bracket X, specifically, the extension member Y temporarily fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X can be adjusted in position in the first direction D1 with respect to the bracket X. In the second unevenness adjustment after the temporary fixing operation of the support member 5 to the extension member Y, specifically, the support member 5 temporarily fixed to the extension member Y can be adjusted in position in the first direction D1 with respect to the extension member Y and the carriage X. By adjusting the fixed position, unevenness of the support member 5 with respect to the wall surface 31 can be adjusted as necessary.

In the example shown in fig. 18, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in the third orientation as in the case described above with reference to fig. 12. The extension member Y is attached to the carriage X in a third embodiment described below.

In the third aspect, the surface 60A of the extension member Y abuts against the surface 21A (shown in fig. 2, for example) of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X is fitted between the first extension side wall portion 61 and the second extension side wall portion 62 of the extension member Y. The extension member Y extends longer than the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X to the opposite side of the first fixing portion 10 in the first direction D1. The extension member Y is fastened and fixed to the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X by the fastening members 44 and 45 in a state of being in contact with the surface 21A of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X. The fastening member 44 penetrates the base portion 21 from the surface 21B side to reach the extension member Y in a hole H6 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the base portion 21. The fastening member 45 penetrates the base portion 21 from the surface 21B side to reach the extension member Y in a hole H7 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the base portion 21.

In the example shown in fig. 18, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 60B side (the side opposite to the surface 60A) of the extension base 60 of the extension member Y in a posture extending in the horizontal direction.

18 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: the first fixing work by the fastening member 41, the first temporary fixing work by the fastening member 44, and thereafter, as needed, the first unevenness adjustment of the extension member Y, the second fixing work by the fastening members 44, 45, the second temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42, and thereafter, as needed, the second unevenness adjustment of the support member 5, and the third fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43.

In a first fixing operation for the mounting scheme shown in fig. 18, the first fixing portion 10 is fixed to the wall surface 31. In the first temporary fixing work, the extension member Y is temporarily fixed to the bracket X by passing through the hole H6 of the bracket X and screwing the fastening member 44 of the extension member Y shallowly. In the second fixing operation, the extension member Y is fixed to the carriage X. In the second temporary fixing operation, the support member 5 is temporarily fixed to the extension member Y by passing through the hole H7 of the extension member Y and screwing the fastening member 42 of the support member 5 into a shallow position. In the third fixing operation, the support member 5 is fixed to the extension member Y.

19, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 in the fourth orientation as in the case described above with reference to fig. 13. The extension member Y is attached to the carriage X by a fourth embodiment described below.

In the fourth aspect, the surface 60A of the extension member Y abuts against the surface 22A (shown in fig. The fastening member 44 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the face 22A in a hole H8 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the rib 22 and reaches the extension member Y. The fastening member 45 penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the face 22A in a hole H9 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the rib 22 and reaches the extension member Y.

In the example shown in fig. 19, the support member 5 is disposed on the surface 60B side (the side opposite to the surface 60A) of the extension base 60 of the extension member Y in a posture extending in the horizontal direction.

19 can be realized, for example, by the following operations: the first fixing work by the fastening member 41, the first temporary fixing work by the fastening member 44, and thereafter, as needed, the first unevenness adjustment of the extension member Y, the second fixing work by the fastening members 44, 45, the second temporary fixing work by the fastening member 42, and thereafter, as needed, the second unevenness adjustment of the support member 5, and the third fixing work by the fastening members 42, 43.

In a first fixing operation for such an attachment scheme shown in fig. 19, the first fixing portion 10 is fixed to the wall surface 31. In the first temporary fixing work, the extension member Y is temporarily fixed to the bracket X by passing through the hole H8 of the bracket X and screwing the fastening member 44 of the extension member Y shallowly.

In the mounting of the above-described fixing object (in the above-described example, the support member 5) using the bracket X and the extension member Y together, it is preferable to perform unevenness adjustment of the fixing object. Further, the bracket X and the extension member Y, which jointly function to connect the building structure and the object to be fixed, are suitable for increasing the strength in the building wall structure and for achieving a high degree of freedom in the arrangement relationship with the object to be fixed.

As described above, the extension member Y or the extension base material portion 60 thereof has the holes H11, H12. Such a structure is preferable to reduce or avoid the work of providing the fastening member insertion hole in the extension member Y during the construction of the wall structure, thereby simplifying and increasing the efficiency of the construction work.

Fig. 20 to 22 show a building wall structure Z1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 20 is a perspective view (partially cut-away perspective view) of the building wall structure Z1. Fig. 21 is a partial sectional view of the bracket X and its vicinity of the building wall structure Z1 as viewed from the right side. Fig. 22 is a partial sectional view of the bracket X and its vicinity of the building wall structure Z1 as viewed from above. In fig. 20, the vertically upper direction is represented as upper, and the vertically lower direction is represented as lower. In the direction from the outdoor side toward the indoor side in fig. 20, the horizontal left direction is indicated as the left side, and the horizontal right direction is indicated as the right side. In addition to fig. 20, in the drawings showing the up-down direction, the left-right direction, and the indoor-outdoor direction, these directions are shown corresponding to fig. 20.

The building wall structure Z1 is a structure in which a plurality of exterior wall panels 2 are attached to a structure 1 (building structure) constituting a building such as a house, facility, warehouse, or the like. The structure 1 may constitute a newly built building or an existing building to which a renovation work for exterior finishing is performed. In the present embodiment, the exterior wall panel 2 is a plate material which has high strength and rigidity and constitutes an exterior wall of a building. The exterior panel 2 may be used in a newly built building or may be a retrofit member for covering a wall surface of an existing building to improve the appearance. The exterior wall panel 2 is an example of the plate material of the present invention. The sheet material of the present invention is not limited to the exterior panel, and may be, for example, a decorative sheet for exterior decoration of a building, an indoor structure sheet, an interior sheet, or the like.

In the present embodiment, the structure 1 is a building structure of a steel bar structure (S structure), and includes a surface material 3 having a wall surface 31 on an outdoor surface layer thereof. The face material 3 is, for example, a reinforced gypsum board. As the face material 3, a calcium silicate sheet may be used. A steel material 4 is disposed on the indoor side of the surface member 3. Examples of the steel material 4 include C-shaped steel and square steel pipe. In the present embodiment, a case where the steel material 4 is C-shaped steel is exemplarily illustrated. On the other hand, a plurality of brackets X and a plurality of support members 5 are disposed on the outdoor side of the surface member 3.

In the present embodiment, the waterproof paper 6 and the heat insulating material 7 are provided between the surface material 3 and the supporting material 5. Waterproof paper 6 is laid on the surface of the surface material 3. The waterproof paper 6 may be omitted depending on the construction conditions of the structure 1 and the like. Examples of the heat insulator 7 include a fiber heat insulator and a foamed plastic heat insulator. Examples of the constituent material of the fiber-based heat insulating material include asbestos and glass wool. Examples of the constituent material of the foamed plastic heat insulating material include foamed polyurethane, foamed phenol, and foamed polystyrene. The heat insulator 7 is disposed so as to partially expose the bracket X after removing a portion interfering with the bracket X. The heat insulating material 7 may be omitted depending on the construction conditions of the structure 1.

The heat insulator 7' may be disposed on the indoor side of the surface member 3. In the present embodiment, the case where the heat insulator 7 'is disposed on the indoor side of the surface member 3 (for example, between the steel members 4) is illustrated (the heat insulator 7' may be omitted depending on the state of construction of the structure 1). Examples of the heat insulator 7' include the fiber-based heat insulator and the foamed plastic-based heat insulator described above.

The plurality of brackets X are disposed on the wall surface 31 in a state of being separated from each other at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and the lateral direction. As shown in fig. 22, the bracket X is disposed at a position facing the steel member 4 via the surface material 3. In the present embodiment, each bracket X is attached to the surface material 3, the wall surface 31, and the steel material 4 by fastening members 46 and 47 (both first fastening members). The fastening members 46, 47 are, for example, self-tapping screws. Specifically, the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the surface 11 of the first fixing portion 10 contacting the wall surface 31, the fastening member 46 penetrating the first fixing portion 10 from the surface 12 side (the side opposite to the surface 11) in the hole H2 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the first fixing portion 10 and reaching the wall surface 31, and the fastening member 47 penetrating the first fixing portion 10 from the surface 12 side in the hole H5 (shown in fig. 1, for example) of the first fixing portion 10 and reaching the wall surface 31.

The plurality of support members 5 are disposed apart from each other at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction and extend in the up-down direction along the wall surface 31. Each support member 5 is disposed across at least two brackets X. In the present embodiment, the support 5 is a steel wale (vertical wale) having a hollow square bar form. Instead of such a structure, a wooden member may be used as the support member 5. The support member 5 has a first joint portion 5a fixed to the bracket X, and a second joint portion 5b connected to the side of the first joint portion 5a opposite to the wall surface 31.

As shown in fig. 21 and 22, in the present embodiment, the bracket X and the support member 5 are attached to the wall surface 31 in the following manner: the same as the case described above with reference to fig. 11 is applied except that the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening members 46 and 47 instead of the fastening member 41. That is, in the present embodiment, the first joint portion 5a of the support member 5 is in contact with the surface 22A of the rib 22, the first wall portion 23a, and the second wall portion 24a in the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the bracket X and the support member 5 are fixed by the fastening members 42 and 43 that penetrate the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A and reach the first joint portion 5a.

In the mounting scheme shown in fig. 22, the bracket X is fixed to the surface material 3 or the wall surface 31 and the steel material 4, the bracket X, and the support member 5 are arranged in a straight line in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface 31. Such a structure is suitable for stably supporting the exterior wall panel 2 in the building wall structure Z1, as compared with the installation solution shown in fig. 10, for example.

In addition, in the mounting of the support member 5 by the bracket X in the building wall structure Z1, the bracket X and the extension member Y can be used as described above with reference to fig. 17.

The bracket X and the support member 5 may be attached to the wall surface 31 in the same manner as in the case described above with reference to fig. 10 except that the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening members 46 and 47 instead of the fastening member 41 at least a part of the plurality of fixing positions of the plurality of support members 5 to the plurality of brackets X. That is, in the present embodiment, the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 may abut against the surface 21A of the base material portion 21 in the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the bracket X and the support member 5 may be fastened and fixed by the fastening members 42 and 43 that penetrate the base material portion 21 from the side opposite to the surface 21A and reach the first joining portion 5a. In this case, in the mounting of the support member 5 by the bracket X, the bracket X and the extension member Y may be used together as in the case described above with reference to fig. 16.

The exterior wall panel 2 is, for example, a substantially rectangular plate material that is long in the left-right direction. Examples of the material constituting the outer panel 2 include a ceramic material containing cement. In addition, the outer wall panel 2 may be a metal-based panel, a wood-based panel, or a resin-based panel. The exterior wall panel 2 may have an exterior surface to which an appearance design such as a brick pattern is applied, for example.

For example, as shown in fig. 21, each edge end portion in the vertical direction of the exterior wall panel 2 in the building wall structure Z1 has an upper solid structure 2a and a lower solid structure 2b for half-lap joining the exterior wall panels 2 adjacent in the vertical direction. Further, the respective edge ends of the exterior wall panels 2 in the left-right direction have an upper solid structure or a lower solid structure for half-lap joining the exterior wall panels 2 adjacent in the left-right direction, and the exterior wall panels 2 can be half-lap joined in the left-right direction. Alternatively, the edge portions of the outer wall members 2 adjacent in the lateral direction may not have the upper solid structure or the lower solid structure, but may be joined via a so-called cap joint or a seal.

The outer wall plate 2 may be attached to the second joint portion 5b of the support member 5 by a fastening method such as tapping screws, or may be attached to the second joint portion 5b of the support member 5 by a predetermined attachment tool attached to the second joint portion 5b. In fig. 20 to 22, an installation tool 48 for this installation is exemplarily illustrated.

In the building wall structure Z1 having the above structure, the bracket X described above is used. Therefore, according to the building wall structure Z1, the same technical effects as those described above with respect to the bracket X are obtained in the bracket X included in the building wall structure Z1.

Fig. 23 to 25 show a building wall structure Z2 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 23 is a perspective view (partially cut-away perspective view) of the building wall structure Z2. Fig. 24 is a partial sectional view of the bracket X and its vicinity of the building wall structure Z1 as viewed from the right side. Fig. 25 is a partial sectional view of the bracket X and its vicinity of the building wall structure Z1 as viewed from above. The building wall structure Z2 is different from the building wall structure Z1 described above in that the mounting orientation of the bracket X to the wall surface 31, the mounting with the support member 5 fixed to the bracket X as a lateral support member, and the provision of an additional support member 8 as a longitudinal support member are different.

The plurality of brackets X are disposed on the wall surface 31 in a state of being separated from each other at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and the lateral direction. As shown in fig. 25, the bracket X is disposed at a position facing the steel member 4 via the surface material 3.

The plurality of supporting members 5 of the present embodiment are disposed at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and extend in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) along the wall surface 31. Each support member 5 is disposed across at least two brackets X. In the present embodiment, the support member 5 is a steel wale (lateral wale) having a hollow square bar form. Instead of such a structure, a wooden member may be used as the support member 5, or a member having an L-shaped cross section may be used. The support member 5 has a first joint portion 5a fixed to the bracket X, and a second joint portion 5b connected to the side of the first joint portion 5a opposite to the wall surface 31.

As shown in fig. 24 and 25, in the present embodiment, the bracket X and the support member 5 are attached to the wall surface 31 in the same manner as in the case described above with reference to fig. 13 except that the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening members 46 and 47 instead of the fastening member 41. That is, in the present embodiment, the first joint portion 5a of the support member 5 is in contact with the surface 22A of the rib 22 of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, the first wall portion 23a, and the second wall portion 24a, and the bracket X and the support member 5 are fastened by the fastening members 42 and 43 that penetrate the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A and reach the first joint portion 5a. In addition, in the mounting of the support member 5 by the bracket X, the bracket X and the extension member Y can be used together, as in the case described above with reference to fig. 18, for example.

The bracket X and the support member 5 may be attached to the wall surface 31 in the same manner as in the case described above with reference to fig. 12 except that the bracket X is fixed to the wall surface 31 by the fastening members 46 and 47 instead of the fastening member 41 at least a part of the plurality of fixing positions of the plurality of support members 5 to the plurality of brackets X. That is, in the present embodiment, the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 may abut against the surface 21A of the base portion 21 of the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the bracket X and the support member 5 may be fastened by the fastening members 42 and 43 that penetrate the base portion 21 from the side opposite to the surface 21A and reach the first joining portion 5a. In this case, in the mounting of the support member 5 by the bracket X, the bracket X and the extension member Y may be used together, as in the case described above with reference to fig. 19, for example.

The plurality of additional supporting members 8 are disposed apart from each other at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) and extend in the vertical direction along the wall surface 31. Each additional support member 8 is disposed across at least two support members 5, and is fastened to the support members 5 by, for example, a predetermined screw. In the present embodiment, the additional support member 8 is a long plate material having a hat shape in cross section.

In the present embodiment, the outer wall panel 2 can be attached to the additional support member 8 by fastening with a tapping screw. An installation tool 48 for this installation is exemplarily illustrated in fig. 23 to 25.

In the building wall structure Z2 having the above structure, the bracket X described above is used. Therefore, according to the building wall structure Z2, the same technical effects as those described above with respect to the bracket X are exhibited in the bracket X included in the building wall structure Z2.

As described above, the building wall structure Z2 further includes the plurality of additional support members 8 disposed across at least two support members 5, the additional support members 8 are attached to the second joint portions 5b of at least two support members 5, and the exterior panel 2 (panel material) is attached to the additional support members 8. In such a configuration, it is preferable to mount the outer wall plate 2 on the additional support member 8 in addition to disposing the additional support members 8 at a pitch (for example, a pitch smaller than the pitch) different from the arrangement pitch (the pitch in the left-right direction in the present embodiment) of the brackets X, and to support the outer wall plate 2 more stably.

The methods for constructing the building wall structures Z1 and Z2 described above collectively include the following first step, second step, and third step.

In the first step, the plurality of brackets X are attached to the wall surface 31. In the first step, the surface 11 of the first fixing portion 10 of the bracket X is brought into contact with the wall surface 31, and the bracket X is fastened to the wall surface 31 by a predetermined fastening member (first fastening member) that penetrates the first fixing portion 10 from the side opposite to the surface 11 and reaches the wall surface 31.

In the second step, the support member 5 is fixed to at least two brackets X attached to the wall surface 31. The support member 5 includes a first joint portion 5a fixed to the bracket X, and a second joint portion 5b connected to the side of the first joint portion 5a opposite to the wall surface 31.

In the second step, specifically, the first joining portion 5a of the support member 5 is brought into contact with the surface 12 of the base member portion in the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the bracket X is fastened to the support member 5 by a predetermined fastening member (second fastening member) that penetrates the base member portion from the side opposite to the surface 12 and reaches the first joining portion 5a. Alternatively, in the second step, the first joint portion 5a of the support member 5 is brought into contact with the surface 22A of the rib 22, the first wall portion 23a, and the second wall portion 24a in the second fixing portion 20 of the bracket X, and the bracket X and the support member 5 are fastened by a predetermined fastening member (second fastening member) that penetrates the rib 22 from the side opposite to the surface 22A and reaches the first joint portion 5a.

In the third step, the outer wall plate 2 is directly or indirectly attached to the support member 5.

In such a construction method, the bracket X described above is used. Therefore, according to the present construction method, the same technical effects as those described above with respect to the bracket X are obtained.

The structure 1 may be a reinforced concrete structure (RC structure) instead of the S structure. When the structure 1 has an RC structure, the wall surface 31 of the building structure is made of mortar, and the bracket X is fastened to the wall surface 31 using an anchor bolt as a fastening member.
