s8, polishing the pretreated hulled rice for one time, and spraying jasmine flower dew to the hulled rice during the polishing for one time to obtain jasmine flower fragrant rice, wherein the spraying amount of the jasmine flower dew is 20kg of jasmine flower dew per 1.5t of hulled rice; the temperature of the hulled rice is 32 ℃; the temperature of the jasmine flower dew is 5 ℃; the rice flow is 3t of hulled rice/h; the polishing pressure is 4.7 Pa; the linear polishing speed is 2 t/h.

Also comprises a storage step of the jasmine flower distillate, which is the same as the storage step of the jasmine flower distillate in the embodiment 1.

Example 4

The processing method of jasmine scented rice described in this example is the same as example 1 except that the spraying amount of jasmine dew is 1kg jasmine dew/1.5 t dehulled rice.

Example 5

The processing method of jasmine scented rice described in this example is the same as example 1 except that the spraying amount of jasmine dew is 100kg jasmine dew/1.5 t dehulled rice.

Example 6

The processing method of jasmine scented rice described in this embodiment is the same as embodiment 1 except that the rice hulled is at a temperature of 20 ℃ when spraying jasmine dew; the temperature of the jasmine flower dew is 10 ℃;

example 7

The processing method of jasmine scented rice described in this embodiment is the same as embodiment 1 except that the rice hulled is at a temperature of 40 ℃ when spraying jasmine dew; the temperature of the jasmine flower dew is 10 ℃;

The processing method of jasmine scented rice described in this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1 in the rest steps, except that the rice flow rate is 4t of hulled rice/h in one polishing; the polishing pressure is 2 Pa; the linear polishing speed is 1 t/h.

Example 10

As shown in fig. 1, the processing apparatus for jasmine scented rice described in this embodiment includes:

the rice pretreatment equipment is used for pretreating rice, and comprises a vibrating screen 1, a stone remover 2, a magnetic separator 3, a dryer 4, a rice huller 5, a separating screen 6 and a color selector 7 which are connected in sequence;

and the primary polishing machine 8 is connected with the rice pretreatment equipment, is arranged behind the rice pretreatment equipment, and is specifically arranged behind the color selector 7, wherein the primary polishing machine 8 comprises a water spraying mechanism 81, and the water spraying mechanism is used for spraying jasmine flower dew to the hulled rice in the primary polishing machine.

The breakage rate, the nutrient content, and the appearance of the jasmine scented rice obtained in each example are shown in table 1 below. As can be seen from Table 1, the jasmine scented rice of the present invention has low breakage rate, high amylose content and rich organic matter content as a whole. In contrast, examples 1-3 are preferred examples, with example 1 being the most preferred embodiment. Compared with the embodiment 1-3, the jasmine flower dew is sprayed too little, so that the rice temperature can not be effectively reduced and the breakage can not be effectively reduced in the polishing process, and the jasmine flower dew is not easy to attach to the surface of rice, so that the nutritional value of fragrant rice is influenced; example 5 compared with 1-3, because the jasmine dew is sprayed in too much amount, abnormal flowing of rice grains is caused in the polishing process, and the increase of breakage is aggravated; compared with examples 1-3, examples 6 and 7 have the advantages that due to the fact that the selection of the rice hulling temperature and the jasmine flower dew temperature is poor during one-time polishing, the rice breakage rate is high during polishing, and the nutritional value of jasmine flower fragrant rice is reduced; in examples 8 and 9, compared with examples 1 to 3, the rice breaking rate is higher and the nutritional value of jasmine scented rice is reduced in the polishing process due to the fact that the selection of the rice flow, the polishing pressure and the polishing linear speed is poor in the primary polishing.
