A cleaning device 17 is arranged on a circulation path of the filter cloth I6 or the filter cloth II 7, the cleaning device 17 is a spray head connected with a water source, the cleaning device 17 continuously cleans the filter cloth when the double-layer filter cloth operates, and the cleaning system stops working when the filter cloth stops operating.

When the double-layer filter cloth operates, one end of the filter pressing plate 4 is provided with a redirection roller 5, the redirection roller 5 is provided with a filter cloth deviation correction device, the deviation correction device comprises a bearing seat 22 and a fixing plate 18 for fixing the bearing seat 22, a transverse strip mounting hole 21 is formed in the fixing plate 18, one end of the fixing plate 18 is fixedly connected with the end part of the filter pressing plate 4, the other end of the fixing plate is connected with the bearing seat 22 through the strip mounting hole 21, and the jacking screw 23 jacks the bearing seat 22 to realize deviation correction of the double-layer filter cloth.

A filter pressing method of a circulating filter pressing system utilizing vertical double-layer filter cloth comprises the steps of paving sludge on bottom filter cloth, driving the bottom filter cloth and upper filter cloth to operate by a driving mechanism, covering the upper filter cloth above the bottom filter cloth containing the sludge and enabling the upper filter cloth to coincide with the bottom filter cloth, wrapping the sludge between the double-layer filter cloth, feeding the double-layer filter cloth into a filter plate group to surround the filter plate group, performing filter pressing operation on the double-layer filter cloth between filter pressing plates in a mode of extruding the filter plate group, separating the double-layer filter cloth from a filter cloth outlet of the filter plate group, and enabling filter-pressed mud cakes to fall off along with redirection of the lower filter cloth and separation of the double-layer filter cloth at a redirection roller below the filter cloth outlet.

The specific process comprises the following steps: utilizing the vertical double-layer filter cloth circulating filter pressing system, uniformly spreading solid sludge on the filter cloth I6 above the carrier roller 13, driving the filter cloth I6 and the filter cloth II 7 to rotate along with the driving roller, pressing the filter cloth II 7 close to the filter cloth I6 carrying the sludge at the position of the pre-pressing device 9, adjusting the distance between the upper squeezing roller 12 and the lower squeezing roller 12 to regulate and control the thickness of the sludge between the double-layer filter cloths, enabling the double-layer filter cloth passing through the pre-pressing device 9 to enter the filter plate group from the filter cloth inlet, continuously distributing materials along with the operation of the double-layer filter cloth, enabling the double-layer filter cloth coated with the materials to continuously enter the filter pressing plates until the double-layer filter cloth with the sludge runs to the gap above the bottommost filter pressing plates in front of the discharge end, stopping the driving roller and finishing the distribution process;

starting a pressing oil cylinder on the rack, supporting a lower pressing plate to drive a plurality of pressing plates to be gradually lifted upwards, closing the pressing plates gradually, lifting the pressing plates to an upper pressing plate together with the lifting of the pressing oil cylinder, and pressing the pressing plates gradually, descending the pressing oil cylinder after keeping for 1-2 minutes, separating the pressing plates which are superposed together one by one along with the descending of the oil cylinder, and finally returning all the pressing plates to the original position;

and when the driving system is started, the sludge opening also starts to distribute the sludge, and when the sludge which is subjected to filter pressing is completely emptied, the double-layer filter cloth stops running, and simultaneously a new round of distribution is completed.

This technical scheme can improve output through increasing the quantity of the filter-pressing board of predetermineeing.
