when the filter screen 13 is used, the filter screen 13 is in a continuous Z shape, when the lubricating cooling liquid sprays the cooling channel 12, the lubricating cooling liquid is recycled in the machine tool, the inside of the lubricating cooling liquid can contain fragments generated by a workpiece, the fragments in the lubricating cooling liquid are filtered through the filter screen 13, and when the filter screen arranged in the circulating pool of the machine tool in the prior art is used for filtering the lubricating cooling liquid, the fragments in the lubricating cooling liquid can block the filter screen, so that the liquid outlet pipe liquid is reduced, and when the fragments in the lubricating cooling liquid are filtered at high precision in the prior art, the high-precision filtering equipment used by the machine tool is used for processing and producing in a workshop, so that the production cost of the workshop is increased and the economic benefit is reduced; this application is through making filter screen 13 when being continuous zigzag, when making the piece fall to filter screen 13 top, the piece shortens at filter screen 13 gliding distance in surface to make the dwell time of piece on filter screen 13 reduce, thereby make the piece reduce the shutoff time to filter screen 13, thereby make the cutter when using, reduced the cost that workshop production was processed when the unobstructed degree of filter screen 13 increases.

The specific working process is as follows:

when a machining cutter is used for machining the surface of a cylindrical rod, the outer circular surface is machined by using an ultrasonic cutter, the cylindrical rod is machined, the surface roughness can be well reduced and the fatigue resistance of the surface is improved by grinding with a turning belt in the ultrasonic machining process and driving a machined part to rotate by using a machine tool spindle, the machined part is contacted with the cutter, the cutter is used for machining the cylindrical rod, the connector 11 of the upper end surface of the cutter is fixedly connected to the cutter, when the spindle in the machine tool rotates, the machined part rotates at high speed, a cutter rest on the machine tool is close to the machined part, the cutter head 1 is contacted with the machined part, the lower end of the cutter head 1 is arranged in an arc shape, the contact surface of the cutter head 1 and the machined part is increased when the arc-shaped surface of the lower end of the cutter head 1 is contacted with the machined part, and the machining efficiency of the machined part is improved to a certain degree, by arranging the cooling channel 12 in the tool bit 1, when the tool bit 1 is used for machining a machined part, the tool is cooled by internal cooling and external cooling in the prior art, and the internal cooling is good in cooling effect when used, but a cooling hole needs to be formed in a machine tool spindle, so that the use range of the machine tool is reduced, and the production cost of the machine tool spindle is increased; when the external cooling is used, the use is convenient and fast, the cost is lower, the use range of the machine tool is wide, but the cooling effect of the external cooling on the tool bit 1 is poor; the tool bit 1 is internally cooled by the lubricating cooling liquid entering the tool bit 1 while spraying the lubricating cooling liquid to the outside of the tool bit 1, so that the advantages of internal cooling and external cooling are integrated, the tool bit 1 is lubricated and cooled, and when the lubricating cooling liquid sprays the cooling channel 12, the lubricating cooling liquid sprays the tool bit 1, the lubricating cooling liquid flows to the lower part of a machine tool, then the lubricating cooling liquid flows into a circulating pool at the rear part of the machine tool, then the lubricating cooling liquid is extracted by a water pump to continuously spray the tool bit 1, the lubricating cooling liquid sprayed circularly contains chips generated during machining of machined parts, a filter screen 13 filters the chips remained in the lubricating cooling liquid during circulating use, the chips are prevented from entering the cooling channel 12 to cause the blockage of the cooling channel 12, and supporting blocks 14 are uniformly welded below the tool bit 1, by uniformly welding the blades 15 in the supporting blocks 14, by welding the supporting blocks 14 and the blades 15, and by finely machining the workpiece by using the tool bit 1, the machining depth of the workpiece by using a tool is shallow, so that the stress intensity of the tool bit 1 is weak, the tool bit 1 can bear the machining intensity, and a gap is formed between the upper end of the blade 15 and the supporting blocks 14, when a machine tool spindle rotates, the workpiece is machined by using the blade 15, chips generated after machining enter the space between the blade 15 and the supporting blocks 14, and then are discharged from the right side of the tool bit 1 through the gap between the blade 15 and the supporting blocks 14, so that the chips are guided by the lower end surface of the tool bit 1, the supporting blocks 14 and the blade 15, the chips are prevented from scattering, the labor intensity is increased during cleaning, and the chips are discharged to a designated position, the chips are prevented from scattering so that the chips flow back into the lubricating liquid, further avoided causing cooling channel 12 to block up, and through set up pendulum piece 16 in cooling channel 12, let in lubricated coolant liquid back in cooling channel 12, when lubricated coolant liquid flows, because the length of pendulum piece 16 is greater than cooling channel 12's length, and pendulum piece 16 middle part does not link firmly with cooling channel 12, pendulum piece 16 middle part is in lax state, pendulum piece 16 strikes when making lubricated coolant liquid flow, thereby make pendulum piece 16 strike and swing by lubricated coolant liquid, when pendulum piece 16 swings, make the piece in the lubricated coolant liquid be difficult to stop in cooling channel 12, thereby cooling channel 12 has been avoided blockking up, thereby the availability factor of tool bit 1 has been improved.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
