The crankshaft is subjected to the combined action of centrifugal force of the rotating mass, gas inertia force of periodic variation and reciprocating inertia force, so that the crankshaft is subjected to the action of bending and twisting load. Therefore, the crankshaft is required to have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the surface of the journal needs to be wear-resistant, work uniformly and balance well. In the existing grinding process of the crankshaft, a connecting rod neck and a main journal of the crankshaft need to be clamped and ground respectively, time and labor are wasted, and the precision is difficult to ensure.
