(2) melting, blending, extruding and granulating the mixture by using a screw extruder.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of oiling and lubricating of a gear box, in particular to HIPS (high impact polystyrene) toughening and extinction master batch and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The PS (polystyrene) material has the advantages of good rigidity, easy molding, easy dyeing, etc., and is widely used in the fields of electronic products, home appliances, office equipment, etc., but the PS material has a general strength, which limits the application range thereof. The PS material can be processed into a finished product through a plastic suction molding process, the plastic suction molding process has the advantages of low equipment and mold cost, high production efficiency, free shape and color matching and the like, but the PS material is easy to crack during extrusion plastic suction molding due to low toughness and crisp property. The extinction performance of the PS material is general, and in some specific application fields, such as the field of lamp decoration, the extinction performance of the material is higher, and the extinction requirement of the material cannot be met by the common PS material.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the HIPS toughening extinction master batch.

The invention discloses a HIPS toughening extinction master batch which comprises the following components:

HIPS: 15-35 parts of

A preparation method of HIPS toughening and matting master batch comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing HIPS, nano talcum powder, white carbon black, SBS dry glue, naphthenic oil and antioxidant, and pouring into a mixer for fully mixing to obtain a mixture for later use;

(2) melting, blending, extruding and granulating the mixture by using a screw extruder.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the screw extruder is a twin-screw extruder.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the rotation speed of the feeder of the screw extruder is 10 to 15r/min, and the rotation speed of the main machine is 400 to 440 r/min.

According to an embodiment of the invention, in the step (2), the temperature of the first zone of the screw extruder is 160-.

The beneficial effect of this application lies in: by adopting HIPS, nano talcum powder and SBS dry glue as main materials, the HIPS master batch has good toughness under the synergistic effect of white carbon black, naphthenic oil and antioxidant, and meanwhile, the master batch has extinction performance due to the addition of the white carbon black, so that the PS plate prepared by adding the HIPS toughening extinction master batch has good mechanical property and also has a matte effect on appearance.

Detailed Description

To further understand the contents, features and effects of the present invention, the following examples are illustrated:

the HIPS toughening extinction master batch in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of HIPS, 20-35 parts of filler, 5-7 parts of reinforcing filler, 20-30 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 8-12 parts of processing modified oil and 0.1-1 part of antioxidant.

Preferably, the filler is nano talcum powder, the reinforcing filler is white carbon black, the thermoplastic elastomer is a styrene thermoplastic elastomer, the processing modified oil is naphthenic oil, and the antioxidant is antioxidant 1076 or antioxidant 1790. Further, the styrene thermoplastic elastomer is SBS dry glue.

A preparation method of HIPS toughening and matting master batch comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing HIPS, a filling agent, a reinforcing filler, a thermoplastic elastomer, processing modified oil and an antioxidant 1076, and pouring into a mixer for fully mixing to obtain a mixture for later use;

(2) melting, blending, extruding and granulating the mixture by using a screw extruder.

Preferably, in the step (2), the screw extruder is a double-screw extruder, the rotating speed of a feeding machine of the screw extruder is 10-15 r/min, the rotating speed of a main machine is 400-440 r/min, and the temperature of the screw extruder is 180-210 ℃.

By adopting HIPS, nano talcum powder and SBS dry glue as main materials, the HIPS master batch has good toughness and simultaneously has extinction performance under the synergistic effect of white carbon black naphthenic oil and antioxidant.

Example 1

Weighing 15.7 parts of HIPS, 35 parts of nano talcum powder, 7 parts of white carbon black, 30 parts of SBS dry glue, 12 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant, pouring the materials into a mixer, and fully mixing to obtain a mixture, melting, blending, extruding and granulating the mixture by using a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a feeding machine of the double-screw extruder is 13r/min, the rotating speed of a main machine is 420r/min, the temperature of a first zone of the screw extruder is 170 ℃, the temperature of a second zone is 190 ℃, the temperature of a third zone is 200 ℃, the temperature of a fourth zone is 200 ℃, the temperature of a fifth zone is 200 ℃, the temperature of a sixth zone is 200 ℃, the temperature of a seventh zone is 210 ℃, the temperature of an eighth zone is 220 ℃ and the temperature of a head is 210 ℃.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in example 1 is blended with PS raw materials in a proportion of 15%, and then a sheet A1 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Example 2

18.7 parts of HIPS, 34 parts of nano talcum powder, 6 parts of white carbon black, 29 parts of SBS dry glue, 12 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant are weighed and poured into a mixer to be fully mixed to obtain a mixture, and other conditions are the same as those in example 1.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in the example 2 is blended with a PS raw material in a ratio of 15%, and then a sheet A2 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Example 3

21.7 parts of HIPS, 32 parts of nano talcum powder, 6 parts of white carbon black, 28 parts of SBS dry glue, 12 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant are weighed and poured into a mixer to be fully mixed to obtain a mixture, and other conditions are the same as those in example 1.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in the example 3 is blended with a PS raw material in a ratio of 15%, and then a sheet A3 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Example 4

24.7 parts of HIPS, 31 parts of nano talcum powder, 6 parts of white carbon black, 27 parts of SBS dry glue, 11 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant are weighed and poured into a mixer to be fully mixed to obtain a mixture, and other conditions are the same as those in example 1.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in the example 4 is blended with a PS raw material in a ratio of 15%, and then a sheet A4 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Example 5

28.7 parts of HIPS, 30 parts of nano talcum powder, 6 parts of white carbon black, 25 parts of SBS dry glue, 10 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant are weighed and poured into a mixer to be fully mixed to obtain a mixture, and other conditions are the same as those in example 1.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in the example 5 is blended with a PS raw material in a ratio of 15%, and then a sheet A5 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Example 6

31.7 parts of HIPS, 29 parts of nano talcum powder, 6 parts of white carbon black, 24 parts of SBS dry glue, 9 parts of naphthenic oil and 10760.3 parts of antioxidant are weighed and poured into a mixer to be fully mixed to obtain a mixture, and other conditions are the same as those in the embodiment 1.

The HIPS toughening and matting master batch obtained in the example 6 is blended with a PS raw material in a ratio of 15%, and then a sheet A6 is prepared by an extrusion molding method.

Comparative example 1

The PS raw material is extruded to prepare a sheet D1.

The tensile strength, gloss and impact strength of the above sheets A1-A6 and D1 were measured, and the results are shown in the following table:

from the experimental results in the table, compared with the sheet material D1 without the HIPS toughening and matting master batch, the elongation at break and the notched izod impact strength of the sheet material A1-A6 added with the HIPS toughening and matting master batch are obviously improved, that is, the toughness and the impact strength of the sheet material added with the HIPS toughening and matting master batch are obviously improved. Compared with the sheet material D1 without the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch, the sheet material A1-A6 added with the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch has obviously reduced glossiness, namely the sheet material added with the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch has better extinction performance. When the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch sheet is applied to the field of lamp decoration, strong reflection and glare phenomena cannot be generated.

To sum up: according to the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch, the HIPS, the nano talcum powder and the SBS dry glue are used as main materials, so that the HIPS master batch has good toughness under the synergistic effect of the white carbon black, the naphthenic oil and the antioxidant, meanwhile, the master batch has extinction performance due to the addition of the white carbon black, a PS plate prepared by the HIPS toughening and extinction master batch is added, good mechanical properties are achieved, and the appearance of the PS plate also has a matte effect.
