Background

The silk fibroin is applied to the polyester fabric, so that the polyester fabric has excellent performances of high moisture retention, high comfort and the like. At present, scholars at home and abroad make a lot of researches on the aspect, periglacial researches on a method for grafting silk protein on polyester fabrics after acyl chlorination, tests on the related performances of moisture absorption and desorption and the like of the fabrics before and after finishing, and lays a foundation for the application of the silk protein on the polyester fabrics. Wuhui English researches the influence of different plasma action time, pressure intensity and reaction power on the hygroscopicity of the fibroin-finished PTT fabric, and finally discovers that the plasma treatment can improve the hygroscopicity of the fibroin-finished PTT fabric. In the silk fibroin coating polyester processing process, the poplar and Baichun are treated by rare earth metal ions, so that the coating rate of regenerated silk fibroin on silk fibroin coating polyester fibers can be improved, the hot water dissolution loss rate and the moisture regain of the silk fibroin coating fibers are reduced, the dyeing property, the dry-wet rubbing fastness and other properties of the silk fibroin coating fibers are improved, and the requirement of true silk surface serviceability of matrix fibers is met. And the glutaraldehyde of M.L.Gulrajani et al people is used as a cross-linking agent to coat the sericin on the polyester fabric, so that the moisture absorption, antistatic property and ultraviolet absorption performance of the finished fabric are obviously improved.

The fibroin finishing agent is prepared by adding fibroin and water-soluble chitosan into deionized water respectively, mixing, and sequentially adding a cationic softener and a polyurethane adhesive, wherein the finishing agent does not have an antistatic function.

At present, a method for preparing a moisturizing antistatic multifunctional finishing auxiliary by compounding a fibroin antistatic agent and silicone oil does not exist, so that the polyester fabric cannot be effectively ensured to have good moisture regain after finishing, and still have good antistatic performance after being washed for 5-10 times.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a method for preparing a multifunctional fibroin finishing agent which ensures that polyester fabrics have good moisture regain after finishing and still have good antistatic performance after being washed for 5-10 times and an application of the multifunctional fibroin finishing agent on the polyester fabrics.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: the preparation method of the multifunctional fibroin finishing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) adding silk fibroin powder into water, heating to 50-60 ℃, dissolving, and preparing a silk fibroin aqueous solution with the mass percentage of 20-25%;

2) preparing a multifunctional finishing agent: the silk fibroin water solution is filtered, then stirred at the rotating speed of 300 revolutions per minute, and added with an antistatic agent and hydrophilic silicone oil to prepare the multifunctional finishing agent, wherein the weight parts of the silk fibroin water solution are 50-80 parts, the weight parts of the hydrophilic silicone oil are 3-10 parts, and the weight parts of the antistatic agent are 10-20 parts.

2) padding the polyester fabric with finishing liquor, wherein the liquor carrying rate is 60-90%;

3) baking on a setting machine at the temperature of 140-150 ℃ for 90-120 s.

Preferably, the crosslinking agent of the present invention is a polyol polyamine-based crosslinking agent.

Preferably, the crosslinker of the invention is a Tunna crosslinker AB or a Herster crosslinker 6100.

Preferably, the ratio of the cross-linking agent to the multifunctional finishing agent is 1: 4-5.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects: the preparation method is simple to operate, the natural fibroin mixed antistatic agent and the silicone oil are prepared into the multifunctional finishing agent, and the compound crosslinking agent is used for silk-like finishing on the terylene, so that the moisture content of the terylene is improved, the terylene has better moisture absorption and moisture retention performance, and has durable antistatic performance.

The process is simple, the proper fibroin is selected, the antistatic agent and the silicone oil are compounded to prepare the moisturizing antistatic multifunctional finishing auxiliary, the silk-like finishing is carried out on the terylene by adopting a rolling and baking method, the finished terylene fabric has good moisture regain, the terylene fabric still has good antistatic performance after being washed for 5-10 times, and meanwhile, the terylene fabric is smooth and quick to dry and has the skin-care and health-care functions.

The multifunctional finishing agent contains rich amino acid, can improve the moisture absorption and retention performance of the polyester fabric, and in addition, the antistatic agent also has good moisture retention capacity, can be used for promoting the moisture retention performance of the fabric in cooperation with the fibroin, and the hydrophilic silicone oil has hydrophilic ether bonds, so that on one hand, the fabric is endowed with smooth hand feeling, and meanwhile, the moisture absorption and retention performance of the fabric is prevented from being influenced by the water repellency of the conventional silicone oil.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as being limited thereto.

Example 1.

Fabric: terylene plain weave 80g/m2

The preparation method of the multifunctional fibroin finishing agent and the application of the multifunctional fibroin finishing agent in the embodiment to polyester fabrics comprise the following steps:

5) Baking on a setting machine at the temperature of 140 ℃ for 120 s.
