A) proportioning the raw materials of the spar, the bamboo and wood fibers and the film by using a proportioning machine;

B) carrying out primary crushing operation on the spar and bamboo raw materials by adopting a blanking machine to obtain the spar material and the bamboo material;

C) crushing the spar material, the bamboo material and the film coating material by using a crusher to obtain spar particles, bamboo sawdust and the crushed film coating material;

D) grinding the spar particles and the bamboo chips by using a pulverizer to obtain spar powder and bamboo fibers;

E) mixing the crystal powder and the bamboo fiber by a powder mixer;

F) deeply mixing the crystal powder and the bamboo and wood fibers by using a high mixer to form a material main body of the integrated wallboard;

G) shaping the shape of the material main body by adopting a shaping table, and adding an aluminum foil sandwiched foaming layer material into the material main body;

H) performing basic operation of the film coating material by using an extruder to obtain film coating particles;

I) heating the stirring end of the stirrer at high temperature by using an auxiliary machine to melt the film coating particles into a colloid state so as to obtain a film coating material;
