Background

Most of existing shelter air conditioners are in a structural form that an outdoor fan is directly fixed on a panel, and a connecting line of the outdoor fan is connected inside a unit. The invention provides a connecting wire length adjusting device which comprises a wire collecting box and a wire collecting deflector rod, wherein the wire collecting box is internally provided with a containing cavity for containing a connecting wire, and one side of the wire collecting box is provided with a wire collecting opening;

the wire collecting box is further provided with a sliding groove, one end of the sliding groove is gradually far away from the wire collecting opening, and the wire collecting deflector rod extends into the accommodating cavity through the sliding groove and slides along the sliding groove.

Preferably, the wire take-up deflector rod comprises a wire take-up rod positioned in the wire take-up box and a deflector rod extending out of the wire take-up box;

the take-up deflector rod is also provided with a clamping mechanism for clamping the side wall of the take-up box, and the take-up deflector rod can be in a free sliding state or a limited sliding state by adjusting the tightness of the clamping mechanism.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the wire length adjusting device includes a wire take-up box 1 and a wire take-up lever 2. The wire collecting box 1 is in a strip shape integrally and consists of a front shell 11 and a rear cover 12, a cavity for containing the connecting wire is arranged in the wire collecting box, and a wire collecting port 3 is formed in one side in the long direction and serves as an inlet and an outlet of the connecting wire.

In this embodiment, the wire winding box 1 is provided with a sliding chute penetrating through the wire winding box 1 in the width direction, and two ends of the sliding chute are bent downwards to form two short chutes. Since the sliding grooves penetrate through the outer walls of the front and rear sides of the wire rewinding box 1, a first groove 41 is formed on the front case 11, a second groove 42 is formed on the rear cover 12, and the wire rewinding shift lever 2 penetrates through the first groove 41 and the second groove 42 and slides along the first groove 41 and the second groove 42.

The sliding groove is used for controlling the wire taking-up box of the wire taking-up deflector rod 2 to take out wires, and when the wire taking-up deflector rod 2 slides to be close to the wire taking-up port 3, the connecting wire penetrates out of the wire taking-up box 1 to become a part of the free section; when the wire take-up deflector rod 2 slides away from the wire take-up port 3, the connecting wire enters the wire take-up box 1, the free section left outside the wire take-up box 1 is reduced, and the longer the chute is, the corresponding wire take-up length is also increased;

the short groove is used for limiting the movement of the wire take-up deflector rod 2, in order to make clear marks during maintenance operation, the short groove close to the wire take-up port 3 is set as a loading and unloading station 43, and the short groove far away from the wire take-up port 3 is set as a fixed station 44; after the installation is finished, the take-up deflector rod 2 is adjusted to a fixed station 44, so that the phenomenon that the working of moving parts in the equipment is interfered by overlong free sections is avoided; when the wire winding shifting rod 2 is prepared to be disassembled, the wire winding shifting rod 2 is adjusted to the assembling and disassembling station 43, the free section of the connecting wire is lengthened, and the limitation that the connecting wire is too short when the wire winding shifting rod is disassembled is avoided.

In this embodiment, the bending angle device between the chute and the short chute is 90 °, and when the take-up deflector rod 2 is located at the loading and unloading station 43 or the fixing station 44, it falls into the short chute by gravity.

Most spoolers adopt the hinge to receive and release the line at present, and the spout has following advantage than the hinge:

1. simple structure, the durability is strong: the connecting wire length adjusting device is mainly used for air conditioners and other equipment, the equipment is exposed to the sun and rain all the year round, the structure is complex, and mechanical faults are easy to occur; moreover, air conditioner installation is often carried out aloft, and maintenance personnel can stay in a dangerous environment for a longer time if mechanical failure occurs;

2. the wire rewinding box wire rewinding device is simple to operate, and the wire rewinding poking rod 2 is poked to a corresponding gear to complete wire rewinding of the wire rewinding box.

3. Installation space is easily obtained: the height and width requirements of the wire collecting box 1 are not high, the requirements of the long direction are mainly considered to be met, and a proper installation space is easily found at the corner inside the equipment shell.

Generally, the number of the connecting lines is large, and the embodiment shown in fig. 6 is provided with two line-receiving openings 3 for threading the connecting lines in different directions;

the wire take-up port 3 is flat in shape, and connecting wires in the same direction are arranged in rows.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the wire take-up deflector rod 2 comprises a wire take-up rod 21 located in the wire take-up box 1 and a deflector rod 22 extending out of the wire take-up box 1;

the take-up deflector rod 2 is provided with a clamping mechanism for clamping the side wall of the take-up box 1, and the take-up deflector rod 2 can be in a free sliding state or a limited sliding state by adjusting the tightness of the clamping mechanism;

in the embodiment, the clamping mechanism comprises a limiting ring 23 and an adjusting nut 24, the limiting ring 23 is fixedly arranged between the wire take-up rod 21 and the shifting rod 22, and the adjusting nut 24 is in threaded connection with the peripheral side of the shifting rod 22;

one end of the wire take-up rod 21 close to the shift lever 22 slides in the first groove 41, and the other end slides in the second groove 42;

the limiting ring 23 is positioned in the cavity of the wire collecting box 1, the adjusting nut 24 is positioned outside the wire collecting box 1, and when the wire connecting length adjusting device is not needed to be used, the adjusting nut 24 is screwed to prevent the wire collecting deflector rod 2 from sliding accidentally.

In this embodiment, the front housing 11 is directly fixed to a side plate of the housing of the device, and the side plate is provided with a second groove 42.

For convenience of operation, the shift lever 22 is exposed on the surface of the equipment housing, and the maintenance personnel can shift the shift position to the loading and unloading shift position 43 in advance before disassembling the machine.

The invention also provides a refrigeration device, which comprises the connecting line length adjusting device 100 provided by any one of the above embodiments;

in the present embodiment shown in fig. 8-9, the refrigeration equipment is a shelter air conditioner, and the back of the shelter air conditioner is detachably provided with an outdoor fan 200;

the electric cabinet 300 controls the outdoor fan 200 through the connection line 400, the main body part of the connection line 400 is fixed inside the unit through the fixing code 500, and the rest parts are directly connected to the outdoor fan 200 without being fixed. The two parts of the connection line are butted by a waterproof insert 600. The connecting line adjusting device 100 changes the total length of the connecting line outside the device by adjusting the gear, and realizes the length control of the free section of the connecting line.

When the outdoor fan 200 needs to be disassembled, under the power-off state of the unit, the connecting wire adjusting device 100 is adjusted to the assembling and disassembling gear 43, the wire take-up deflector rod 2 moves to one end close to the wire take-up port 3, and the connecting wire 400 extends to the longest state so as to be convenient to assemble and disassemble.

Similarly, when the outdoor fan 200 needs to be installed, the gear of the connecting wire adjusting device 100 is adjusted to the assembling and disassembling gear 43, the gear of the connecting wire adjusting device 100 is adjusted to the fixed gear 44 after installation is completed, the take-up deflector rod 2 moves to the innermost end, and the connecting wire 400 is retracted to the shortest state. The connecting line under the fixed state does not have unnecessary line length, has reduced the risk that overlength connecting line 400 and the inside moving part of unit interfere.
