Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary components of a computer flat knitting machine, in particular to a weft insertion yarn guide system of the computer flat knitting machine.

Background

The computerized flat knitting machine is provided with a plurality of yarn guiding and feeding devices, when in knitting, yarns are required to be directly led out from a yarn disc to a yarn pre-tension adjusting device to adjust tension, the yarns are led out from the yarn pre-tension adjusting device and then enter a yarn clamping device through a yarn feeder, the yarns are led into a yarn guiding device after being led out from the yarn clamping device, and the yarns are led into a yarn nozzle to wait for machine knitting through a spring and a yarn guiding porcelain ring in the yarn guiding device.

The yarn guide device is not comprehensive, but the yarn guide paths of the existing yarn guide devices on the market tend to be the same. Weft insertion yarn also needs to pass through above-mentioned feed carrier when weaving among the traditional mode, need pass through a plurality of bending points, has increased weft insertion yarn and has increased the friction of its weft insertion yarn and each contact point, produces the condition that weft insertion yarn is neglected to be tight easily at the leading-in-process, can't accomplish stable leading yarn to influence cloth cover effect. The larger the friction force is, the probability of breakage of the weft inserted yarns is increased, and when the friction force is large enough, the force required for moving the yarn nozzle is correspondingly increased, so that the rising and falling of pins in the machine head of the computer flat knitting machine are influenced, and the whole knitting system is influenced. In general, the number of weft inserted yarns is much larger than the number of main yarns to be woven, and parameters of a plurality of accessories (a yarn guide porcelain ring, a yarn mouth caliber, a yarn clamping hole and the like in a yarn guide device) in one machine are constant, so that the weft inserted yarns cannot be introduced when the main yarns are woven.

Machines in the current industry are also equipped with weft-inserted yarn mouths, which simply increase the width of the mouth compared to conventional yarn mouths. In the action that the weft inserted yarns are inserted into the fabric from the yarn nozzle opening, the weft inserted yarns pass through a larger bending angle, the weft inserted yarns with large bending modulus can cause larger damage to the weft inserted yarns after passing through the yarn nozzle opening, and the quality of the fabric cannot be achieved.
