On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the socket dust cap 23 includes a sealing cover 25 and a protection connecting ring 26, the upper end of the protection connecting ring 26 is screwed into the sealing cover 25, a micro heat dissipation fan 27 is fixedly mounted inside the sealing cover 25, the rear square disc housing 17 is slidably clamped inside the square disc rubber mat 21 by a rotating snap ring 29, a reset plate 30 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the rear square disc housing 17, an auxiliary baffle 28 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the square disc rubber mat 21, a reset spring 31 is fixedly mounted between the auxiliary baffle 28 and the reset plate 30, the auxiliary baffle 28 and the reset plate 30 are both arranged in a hexagonal prism shape, six reset springs 31 are provided, and metal wires are uniformly fixed and embedded inside the square disc rubber mat 21.

In the implementation of the embodiment, the socket can be subjected to real-time heat dissipation and temperature reduction treatment through the micro heat dissipation fan 27 arranged inside the sealing cover 25, when the plug is connected with the rear square disc shell 17, the rear square disc shell 17 can rotate on the square disc rubber mat 21 automatically through rotating the snap ring 29, so that the clamping position and angle between the plug and the socket can be adjusted, the plug and the socket can be clamped quickly and conveniently, and after the plug and the socket are connected, the rear square disc shell 17 can be reset through rotating the snap ring 29 again through rotating the inner part of the square disc rubber mat 21 through the elastic force of the spring 31, so that the next plug can be conveniently plugged.

The working principle is as follows: riveting a staple 11 on a connecting nut 2, then installing an insulating washer 13 into the connecting nut 2, installing a spline shell 1, sequentially installing a locking washer 12, a corrugated spring 7, a three-key retainer ring 9, a retainer ring 8 and a retainer ring 14, installing a short circular insulator 3 in the spline shell 1, sleeving a sheath 5 into a jack 4 from the direction of a welding cup to sleeve the bottom, inserting the end of the welding cup of the jack 4 into the front end of the short circular insulator 3, pushing the jack 4 to the step of the sheath 5 to be flatly attached to the short circular insulator 3, exposing the rear end of the short circular insulator 3 out of the welding cup of the jack 4 at the moment, enabling the welding cup to face away from the axis of the insulator, and ensuring no gap and play among the sheath 5, the jack 4 and the insulator; gluing the glue coated area of the short round insulator 3 with the jack 4 assembled, placing the short round insulator into the spline shell 1, aligning the main key directions, performing AB glue encapsulation after the short round insulator reaches the position, and placing the short round insulator into a numbering plate after the short round insulator is encapsulated, so that the numbering plate is glued into a corresponding groove of the spline shell 1; after the glue is dried, the plug dust cap 15 and the first dust cap 16 are arranged to protect the jack, firstly, a welding cup pin 19 is inserted from the rear part of the high circular insulator 18, the pin is pushed to the end surface of the rear part of the high circular insulator 18 to be attached to the front step of the welding cup, namely, the pin is in place, and the opening of the welding cup is back to the axial direction of the high circular insulator 18; the U-shaped rubber ring 20 is arranged in a groove of a rear square disc shell 17, and lubricating grease is coated before the U-shaped rubber ring is arranged; gluing the glue coating grooves on the side surfaces of the high circular insulators 18 after the pins are installed, installing the high circular insulators into an after-installation square disc shell 17, then encapsulating AB glue, installing a numbering plate after encapsulation, and gluing the numbering plate into a corresponding groove of the after-installation square disc shell 17; the socket dust cap 23 is arranged after the glue is dried, the second dust cap 24 protects the contact pin, so that the assembly of the plug and the socket is completed, the assembled plug and the assembled socket can be connected quickly and stably, the socket can be subjected to real-time heat dissipation and cooling treatment through the micro heat dissipation fan 27 arranged inside the sealing cover 25, when the plug is connected with the rear square disc shell 17, the rear square disc shell 17 can automatically rotate on the square disc rubber pad 21 through rotating the clamping ring 29, so that the clamping position and angle between the plug and the socket are adjusted, the plug and the socket can be clamped quickly and conveniently, the rear square disc shell 17 can be reset through rotating the clamping ring 29 again inside the square disc rubber pad 21 through the elasticity of the elastic force 31 after the connection between the plug and the socket, and the next plug connection is facilitated.
