Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of power system relay protection, in particular to a circuit breaker low-pressure locking reclosing loop of an operation box.

Background

In the internal design of an operation box of a high-voltage circuit breaker, the operation box of part of manufacturers monitors a circuit for low pressure of the circuit breaker, the design of a pressure contact input circuit requires a normally open contact (closed when the pressure is low), an auxiliary contact with low pressure in the ABB hydraulic spring type energy storage mechanism circuit breaker outputs 8 butt joints through a cam mechanism, and the contact for low pressure locking reclosure of the circuit breaker mechanism is fixed as the normally closed contact (closed when the pressure is normal), and the normal pressure contact and the normally closed contact cannot be matched for use. Normally, the low-pressure locking reclosing function can be realized by switching a normally closed contact of a standby relay 5ZJ in an operation box or switching a contact by adding an external intermediate relay 5 ZJ. This solution has drawbacks and disadvantages: an extended relay is added in a loop, so that wiring is complex, and fault risk is increased; the spare relay in part of the operation box is led out without a normally closed contact and cannot be used; the external relay is used, the cabinet is easily influenced by the installation process and the environment in the cabinet, the reliability is low, and the wiring is as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a circuit breaker low-pressure locking reclosing circuit of an operation box, which improves a pressure contact input circuit of the operation box, can realize the low-pressure locking reclosing function without adding an auxiliary relay, and improves the reliability of the circuit.

The invention has the advantages that: the invention relates to a design requirement of an ABB high-voltage circuit breaker mechanism low-pressure-lockout reclosing contact and an operation box low-pressure-lockout reclosing input circuit for a normally open contact which cannot be matched with the use problem.

The invention reasonably arranges the wiring of the existing operation box opening plate, leads are welded to the contact 4n1X3, the contact 4n1X18, the contact 4n1X5 and the contact 4n1X19 at the corresponding positions of the circuit, and the contact 4n1X3, the contact 4n1X18, the contact 4n1X5 and the contact 4n1X19 of the operation box opening plate terminal are led to the terminal row in the cabinet by adopting two-end pressure connecting noses of 1.5mm2r multi-strand soft copper wires.

When the low-pressure-lockout reclosing contact 2ZYJ of the circuit breaker adopts different normally open or normally closed modes, the corresponding contact is in short circuit or disconnected at the terminal block, the low-pressure-lockout reclosing contact 2ZYJ of the circuit breaker is adapted to adopt a normally open or normally closed mode, and the low-pressure-lockout reclosing function is realized.

The invention improves the pressure contact input circuit of the operation box, can switch between normally open and normally closed contacts without adding an auxiliary relay, realizes the function of reclosing with low pressure and locking, and improves the reliability of the circuit.
