1. A bat and small bird repellent, characterized in that the repellent comprises at least the following components: organic carriers and insect and bird repellent substances;

the organic carrier comprises a volatile organic carrier and an insect-repellent organic carrier;

wherein the volatile organic carrier comprises turpentine and methyl anthranilate;

the insect repellent organic vehicle comprises neem oil;

the insect and bird repellent substance is a mixture of spicy substances and camphor oil.

2. The bat and small bird repellent according to claim 1, wherein the amount of each substance in the repellent is, in mass percent:

20-25% of volatile organic carrier, 0.1-2% of pungent substance, 0.1-5% of camphor oil and the balance of insect-repellent organic carrier.

3. The bat and small bird repellent of claim 1, wherein said pungent substance is selected from at least one of capsaicin and capsaicin dihydrogencarbonate;

the volatile organic carrier also comprises aromatic plant essential oil;

the aromatic plant essential oil comprises lavender essential oil;

in the volatile organic carrier, the content of methyl anthranilate is 20-50 wt%, the content of turpentine is 40-70 wt%, and the content of lavender essential oil is 0-40 wt%.

4. The bat and small bird repellent of claim 1, further comprising an adjuvant;

the auxiliary agent comprises an emulsifier or a curing agent;

the emulsifier is at least one selected from sodium stearate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and tween 40;

the curing agent comprises agar;

the dosage of the emulsifier is 0.1-6 wt%;

the amount of the curing agent is 5-10 wt%.

5. The bat and small bird repellent according to claim 1, further comprising a preservative and/or a freezing point depressant;

the preservative is at least one selected from potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, dehydroacetic acid and sodium salt thereof;

the freezing point depressant is a glycol substance;

the amount of the preservative is 0.1-3 wt%;

the dosage of the freezing point depressant is 0.1-1 wt%.

6. A method of preparing a bat and small bird repellent according to any one of claims 1-5, said method comprising at least:

mixing the raw materials containing the organic carrier and the insect and bird repellent substance to obtain the repellent.

7. The method of manufacturing according to claim 6, comprising:

step 1, adding the insect and bird repellent substance into a volatile organic carrier for dissolving to obtain a mixture I;

step 2, adding the mixture I into an insect-repellent organic carrier to obtain a mixture II;

and 3, adding an auxiliary agent into the mixture II to obtain the bat and small bird repellent.

8. The method for preparing according to claim 7, wherein the step 3 comprises:

step 3a, adding an emulsifier into the mixture II, mixing, and adding a preservative or/and a freezing point depressant to obtain the bat and small bird repellent; or

And 3b, adding a preservative or/and a freezing point depressant into the mixture II, and then adding a curing agent for curing to obtain the bat and small bird repellent.

Technical Field

The application relates to a bat and small bird repellent and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of chemical compositions.

Background

Along with the development of airport construction scale, the ecological environment changes, birds gather at the airport, this has brought very big potential safety hazard for the take off and land of aircraft, for example, birds strike the aircraft more and more, cause the air crash accident easily. Meanwhile, after fruits in the orchard are mature, the disaster phenomenon that birds fly into the agricultural and forestry orchard to rob the fruits is more and more serious. In order to protect birds, promote ecological balance, reduce the harm of birds to airplanes and orchards and ensure the safety of airplanes in the flying process, the birds must be driven around airports and in orchards on the premise of not damaging the birds.

Disclosure of Invention

According to one aspect of the application, a bat and small bird repellent and a preparation method thereof are provided, and the repellent can effectively repel the bats and the small birds without causing damage to the birds.

The repellent at least comprises the following components: the repellent at least comprises the following components: organic carriers and insect and bird repellent substances;

the organic carrier comprises a volatile organic carrier and an insect-repellent organic carrier;

wherein the volatile organic carrier comprises turpentine and methyl anthranilate;

the insect repellent organic vehicle comprises neem oil;

the insect and bird repellent substance is a mixture of spicy substances and camphor oil.

Optionally, the repellent comprises the following substances in percentage by mass:

20-25% of volatile organic carrier, 0.1-2% of pungent substance, 0.1-5% of camphor oil and the balance of insect-repellent organic carrier.

Specifically, the amount of volatile organic carrier can be independently selected from 20%, 21%, 22%, 23%, 24%, 25%, or any value between the two.

Specifically, the lower limit of the amount of the pungent substance can be independently selected from 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%; the upper limit of the amount of the pungent substance may be independently selected from 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.7%, 1.9%, 2%.

Specifically, the lower limit of the amount of camphor oil may be independently selected from 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%; the upper limit of the amount of camphor oil may be independently selected from 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 5%.

Optionally, the pungent substance is selected from at least one of capsaicin and capsaicin dihydroxide;

the volatile organic carrier also comprises aromatic plant essential oil;

the aromatic plant essential oil comprises lavender essential oil;

in the volatile organic carrier, the content of methyl anthranilate is 20-50 wt%, the content of turpentine is 40-70 wt%, and the content of lavender essential oil is 0-40 wt%.

Optionally, the repellent further comprises an auxiliary agent;

the auxiliary agent comprises an emulsifier or a curing agent;

the emulsifier is at least one selected from sodium stearate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and tween 40;

the curing agent comprises agar;

the dosage of the emulsifier is 0.1-6 wt%;

the amount of the curing agent is 5-10 wt%.

Specifically, the lower limit of the amount of the emulsifier may be independently selected from 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%; the upper limit of the amount of the emulsifier may be independently selected from 2.5%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%.

Specifically, the amount of the curing agent may be independently selected from 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, or any value between the two.

The main component of the repellent is oil and fat substances, and the oil and fat substances can be dissolved in water by adding the emulsifier, so that the repellent can be conveniently prepared into a water solvent for spraying.

The application repellent can also be added with a curing agent to form solid powder, so that the repellent can be used in different scenes.

Optionally, the repellent further comprises a preservative and/or a freezing point depressant;

the preservative is at least one selected from potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, dehydroacetic acid and sodium salt thereof;

the freezing point depressant is a glycol substance;

the amount of the preservative is 0.1-3 wt%;

the dosage of the freezing point depressant is 0.1-1 wt%.

Specifically, the amount of preservative may be independently selected from 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, or any value between the two.

Preferably, the diol substances are selected from at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butanediol and polyethylene glycol; further preferably, the diol-based substance is propylene glycol.

The preservative can improve the preservative property of the repellent and prolong the storage time, and the repellent can be used for a long time after being prepared once; the freezing point depressant can lower the freezing point of the repellent, and is convenient to use in a lower temperature environment.

The repellent of the present application uses organic carriers to emit insect and bird repellent substances into the air, which when smelled or pecked into the product, interferes with taste and central nerves, makes the birds stun and feel uncomfortable, and thereby fly away from areas where they are foraging and active.

Wherein the camphor oil has strong camphor smell, which can stimulate gastrointestinal mucosa, the stomach can feel warm and comfortable when eating a little, the stomach can feel nausea and vomiting when eating a large amount, the stimulating taste can immediately send out 'enough' signals to cranial nerves, and the appetite is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the medicine has mild local anesthetic effect. Pungent substances (capsaicin and capsaicin dihydrogencarbonate) give a pungent taste.

The carrier has stronger volatilization function, can dissolve the insect and bird repellent substances in the carrier, and reduces the approach of birds or bats and the like by means of the volatilization of the carrier into the air; meanwhile, the carrier also has certain insect expelling and stimulating effects, wherein the turpentine has very light volatility; methyl anthranilate can produce aromatic gases that affect the central system of the bird; the melia azedarach oil has insecticidal effect, can be used as a natural insecticide, is harmless and nontoxic to human, animals and birds, has the insecticidal effect of not directly killing insects, but gradually leading the insects not to eat, grow and reproduce to die, reducing the number of the insects on trees/fruit trees, reducing food of the birds, further leading the birds not to stay on the trees any more, and further achieving the effect of repelling.

According to a further aspect of the present application, there is provided a method of preparing a bat and small bird repellent as described above, the method comprising at least:

mixing the raw materials containing the organic carrier and the insect and bird repellent substance to obtain the repellent.

Optionally, the method comprises:

step 1, adding the insect and bird repellent substance into a volatile organic carrier for dissolving to obtain a mixture I;

step 2, adding the mixture I into an insect-repellent organic carrier to obtain a mixture II;

and 3, adding an auxiliary agent into the mixture II to obtain the bat and small bird repellent.

Optionally, the step 3 includes:

step 3a, adding an emulsifier into the mixture II, mixing, and adding a preservative or/and a freezing point depressant to obtain the bat and small bird repellent; or

And 3b, adding a preservative or/and a freezing point depressant into the mixture II, and then adding a curing agent for curing to obtain the bat and small bird repellent.

The beneficial effects that this application can produce include:

according to the bat and small bird repellent provided by the application, pungent substances and camphor oil are adopted as pest and bird repellent substances, and the bat and the birds are stimulated by taste, smell and the like; the volatile organic carrier is added to enable the insect and bird repelling substance to be dissolved in the volatile organic carrier, and the volatile organic carrier and the carrier are volatilized into the air together, and meanwhile, insects on the trees are killed, so that the food supply of the bat and the small birds is reduced, and the bat and the small birds are repelled.

Detailed Description

The present application will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the present application is not limited to these examples.

Unless otherwise specified, the raw materials in the examples of the present application were all purchased from commercial sources,

example 1

Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of methyl anthranilate, 10% of turpentine, 1% of capsaicin, 2% of camphor oil, 3% of emulsifier sodium stearate, 2% of preservative potassium sorbate, 0.5% of freezing point depressant propylene glycol and the balance of chinaberry oil, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.

Adding capsaicin and oleum Camphora into the mixture of methyl anthranilate and turpentine, stirring for dissolving, adding into Melia azedarach oil, and mixing;

and adding an emulsifier into the mixture, uniformly mixing, and adding a preservative and a freezing point depressant to obtain the repellent.

Example 2

Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% of methyl anthranilate, 10% of turpentine, 5% of lavender essential oil, 1% of capsaicin, 2% of camphor oil, 3% of emulsifier sodium stearate, 2% of preservative potassium sorbate, 0.5% of freezing point depressant propylene glycol and the balance of chinaberry oil, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.

Adding capsaicin and oleum Camphora into the mixture of methyl anthranilate, oleum Lavandula Angustifolia and oleum Terebinthinae, stirring for dissolving, adding into Melia azedarach oil, and mixing;

and adding an emulsifier into the mixture, uniformly mixing, and adding a preservative and a freezing point depressant to obtain the repellent.

Example 3

Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% of methyl anthranilate, 13% of turpentine, 7% of lavender essential oil, 0.5% of capsaicin, 1% of camphor oil, 6% of sodium dodecyl sulfate as an emulsifier, 3% of potassium sorbate as a preservative, 1% of propylene glycol as a freezing point depressant and the balance of melia azedarach oil, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.

Adding capsaicin and oleum Camphora into the mixture of methyl anthranilate, oleum Lavandula Angustifolia and oleum Terebinthinae, stirring for dissolving, adding into Melia azedarach oil, and mixing;

and adding an emulsifier into the mixture, uniformly mixing, and adding a preservative and a freezing point depressant to obtain the repellent.

Example 4

Weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the oil-free oil comprises 6% of methyl anthranilate, 12% of turpentine oil, 4% of lavender essential oil, 2% of capsaicin, 4% of camphor oil, 1% of preservative potassium sorbate, 0.2% of freezing point depressant propylene glycol, 6.7% of curing agent agar and the balance of chinaberry oil, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.

Adding capsaicin and oleum Camphora into the mixture of methyl anthranilate, oleum Lavandula Angustifolia and oleum Terebinthinae, stirring for dissolving, adding into Melia azedarach oil, and mixing;

and adding the preservative and the freezing point depressant into the mixture, uniformly mixing, adding the curing agent, curing at room temperature for 24 hours, and grinding into powder to obtain the repellent.

The repellents obtained in examples 1-3 were diluted 100 times with water and sprayed on trees around airports, and after 7 days, substantially no birds landed on the trees. Meanwhile, compared with the embodiment 1, after the repellents obtained in the embodiments 2 and 3 are sprayed, basically no birds fall on the trees after 5 days.

Although the present application has been described with reference to a few embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application as defined by the appended claims.
