As an optimized scheme, further, each limiting component comprises a limiting groove 23 and a limiting block 24, the limiting groove 23 is arranged in an inner cavity of the sliding box 17, one end of the limiting block 24 is slidably embedded in the inner cavity of the limiting groove 23, and the other end of the limiting block 24 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the sliding block 21.

It should be noted that, when the slider 21 slides under the effect of the screw thread rotating force of the screw rod 20, the inner cavity of the limiting groove 23 is driven to slide by the limiting block 24, and the inner cavity of the limiting groove 23 is embedded in the limiting block 24, so that the slider 21 can be prevented from rotating along with the screw rod 20, and the stability of the device in use is improved.

step three: starting a second motor, enabling the second motor to drive the screw to rotate, and enabling the sliding block to drive the moving rod and the material brush to slide along the second slide way under the limiting action of the limiting groove and the limiting block under the action of the screw thread rotating force on the outer wall of the screw so as to coat seasoning on the meat product through the material brush;

step four: start first motor, make first motor drive the cam and rotate to the outer wall circumference that makes the cam promotes vibrations piece, vibrations board, connecting rod and vibrations case and carries out quick vibrations, so that vibrations incasement condiment more closely attached to on each piece meat.

When in use, firstly, meat to be cured is put into the inner cavity of the vibration box 4 through the top end of the stirring box 2 to complete the addition of the meat product, a proper amount of seasoning is added into the hopper 5, meanwhile, the third motor 25 is started to enable the third motor 25 to drive the turntable 26 and the rotating rod 30 to rotate, as the rotating rod 30 is eccentrically arranged at the bottom end of the turntable 26, the rotating rod 30 slides in the inner cavity of the chute 29 when rotating, the moving plate 28 is driven to drive the fixed rod 32 and the hopper 5 containing the seasoning to slide back and forth in the left and right directions under the limiting action of the two guide rods 27, so that the seasoning in the hopper 5 is evenly put into the meat product in the inner cavity of the vibration box 4, the stirring time of the meat product can be shortened, the seasoning can be rapidly and evenly attached to the meat product, the purpose of shortening the processing time is realized, and after the seasoning addition is finished, the second motor 18 is started, the second motor 18 drives the screw rod 20 to rotate, under the action of the rotating force of the screw threads on the outer wall of the screw rod 20, the sliding block 21 can drive the moving rod 22 and the material brush 6 to slide along the second slide way 19 under the limiting action of the limiting groove 23 and the limiting block 24, so that meat products can be in contact with each other under the action of the material brush 6, seasonings are in close contact with each piece of meat, the aim of enabling the seasonings to be uniformly attached to each piece of meat is fulfilled, the first motor 9 is started, the first motor 9 drives the cam 14 to rotate, the outer wall circumference of the cam 14 pushes the vibrating block 13, the vibrating plate 12, the connecting rod 11 and the vibrating box 4 to perform rapid vibration, the output end of the telescopic rod 15 extends out, the spring 16 generates elastic deformation and generates corresponding pulling force, and the vibrating box 4 can perform rapid vibration along a straight line all the time through the arrangement of the telescopic rod 15, the stability of the device when using is improved, can make condiment closely adhere to each piece of meat more in 4 vibrations of vibrations case, still can make unnecessary condiment drop to the inner chamber of collecting box 7 through screen cloth 8, thereby convenient collection to unnecessary condiment, reduce the waste of condiment, shorten the production time, the device compact structure, and reasonable design can realize pickling the preserved pork automatically through the device, practice thrift a large amount of time and manual work, and the reduction in production cost, and is easy to operate, and convenient to use.
