Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an arthroscope auxiliary sleeve.

Background

An arthroscope is a rod-like optical instrument with a diameter of about 5MM for observing the internal structure of a joint, and is an endoscope for diagnosing and treating joint diseases. The arthroscope is provided with a lens at the end part of a thin tube, the thin tube is inserted into the joint, and the structure in the joint is displayed on a monitor. Thus, the internal structure of the joint can be directly observed. Arthroscopes have been widely used not only for the diagnosis of diseases but also for the treatment of joint diseases.

In arthroscopic surgery, when instruments with large wounds such as a planer and a grinding drill are used, the instruments repeatedly enter and exit the channel, so that a plurality of joint capsules are easy to be crevasse, and the possibility of damaging important tissues of nerve and blood vessels is increased. Particularly, in the shoulder arthroscopy operation, because shoulder muscles are thick, the anatomical levels through which the self-body surface enters the joint cavity are more, and slight direction change can mistakenly enter other levels, so that the tool cannot be placed in the working position. Thus, it is generally necessary to create a working channel percutaneously with a cannula so that other arthroscopic surgical tools can enter the joint cavity through the channel.

The cannula serves to establish access and protection during arthroscopic surgery. Repeated tool access can exacerbate damage to the local anatomy if not protected by the cannula. In addition, the liquid poured in the operation can infiltrate into the anatomical layer through the incision, and the use of the sleeve can reduce the infiltration of the liquid and relieve the limb swelling in a certain range.

The outer wall of the existing sleeve is provided with threads, so that the sleeve can be rotated into a joint part to establish a working channel, but the use mode enables the friction between the sleeve and a local anatomical structure to be large, the local anatomical structure is easy to have a large number of scratches, and the damage of the local anatomical structure can be aggravated.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the arthroscope auxiliary cannula can reduce the puncture times in the operation and reduce the leakage of perfusion liquid in the operation.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when a working channel needs to be constructed, the sliding sleeve slides to the top relative to the sliding seat, the sliding seat is plugged into the opening part of the joint, the sliding sleeve is pushed downwards along the axis direction of the sliding seat, and the protective diaphragm is attached to the inner wall of the local anatomical structure from top to bottom under the driving of the shaft sleeve; and after the operation is finished, the sliding sleeve is drawn out from the sliding seat, the protective membrane is separated from the inner wall of the local anatomical structure under the driving of the sliding sleeve, and finally the sliding seat is taken down. In the arthroscope auxiliary sleeve, the top of the sliding sleeve is detachably provided with a sealing sleeve, the sealing sleeve is provided with a sealing groove, the sealing groove is provided with a first internal thread, the top of the sliding sleeve is provided with a first external thread, and the sealing sleeve is in threaded connection with the sliding sleeve.
