The working principle of the invention is as follows: the use of the device is mainly divided into three processes.

Secondly, the sludge is transported, and on the roller type conveyor belt, the sludge press-filtering clamp plate loaded with the sludge can move on the roller type conveyor belt, and is pressed and filtered by the press-filtering roller structure in the moving process, and finally is unloaded at the tail end of the roller type conveyor belt.

The main working principle of the device is that the sludge between the clamp plates is subjected to filter pressing through a filter pressing roller structure to realize solid-liquid separation, the filter pressing roller structure is fixed on a filter pressing roller fixing frame, so the integral vertical displacement degree of the filter pressing roller structure is basically consistent with the motion trend of the integral structure of a roller type transmission belt, when the sludge filter pressing clamp plate passes through the roller type transmission belt, an elastic roller is sleeved on the top surface of the sludge filter pressing clamp plate under the supporting action of an outer supporting roller to ensure that the sludge filter pressing clamp plate is tightly attached to the top surface, and because the hydraulic capacities supplied by each group of hydraulic systems are different, the downward pressure on a corrugated surface is different, because the sludge filter pressing clamp plate moves, the sludge filter pressing clamp plate passes through an obstructed downward pressing point, in the process, an electric control hydraulic pump set supplies hydraulic oil to a liquid supply pump pipe, the liquid supply pump pipe supplies the liquid to the fixed liquid supply end, the communicating of the inside of the reducing filter pressing roll shaft structure of the fixed liquid supply end is distributed to different outer pushing cylinders through the supply effect of the pressure supply cavity shell, the outer pushing rod is pushed outwards in the outer pushing cylinders, the outer supporting roll is driven to move outwards in the pushing process, and the liquid flowing property of the hydraulic oil can also provide certain buffering performance for the filter pressing roll structure, so that the rigid damage of the filter pressing roll structure can not be caused.
