The height adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting motor, a transmission assembly, a first push rod, a first swinging rod and a first connecting assembly; the number of the first oscillating rods is equal to that of the roller rotating shafts, and the first oscillating rods are connected with the roller rotating shafts; the adjacent first swinging rods are hinged through the first connecting component; the adjusting motor is connected with the first push rod through the transmission assembly, one end of the first push rod is hinged to the transmission assembly, the other end of the first push rod is hinged to one of the swing rods, and the height of each conveying roller is synchronously adjusted in a linkage mode through the adjusting motor. The ejection driving device comprises an ejection cylinder, a sliding seat, a linear rail and a second push rod; one end of the second push rod is hinged with the sliding seat, and the other end of the second push rod is hinged with one second swing rod; the sliding seat is connected with the linear rail in a sliding way and is connected with the material ejecting cylinder; when the material pushing device works, the material pushing cylinder drives the sliding seat to move so as to drive the push rod to push and pull each two pairs of oscillating rods, and the material pushing cylinder synchronously drives each material pushing plate to ascend in a linkage mode so as to bear workpieces on the conveying roller.

The centering feeding equipment disclosed by the invention can realize synchronous lifting of each ejector plate by adopting a transmission mode of the second push rod, the second swing rod and the second connecting assembly, not only can simplify the driving and linkage structure of machinery, but also can improve the synchronism of mechanical action to ensure the stability of workpiece bearing, thereby improving the stability of workpiece conveying and feeding/discharging matching.

The centering feeding equipment disclosed by the invention can slide the workpiece close to the ejector plate through the feeding frame, and can realize feeding by manually feeding the workpiece to the ejector plate. Or, the centering feeding equipment can slide the workpiece to the discharging frame through the inclination of the ejector plate, so that the workpiece is discharged.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

Specifically, the transmission assembly comprises a ladder tooth screw rod 5.2, a movable seat 5.5 and a transmission bearing seat 5.6, wherein the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 is connected with an adjusting motor 5.1 and is arranged on the transmission bearing seat 5.6 in a penetrating manner, and the movable seat 5.5 is sleeved on the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 and is hinged with a first push rod 5.3; when the device works, the adjusting motor 5.1 drives the ladder tooth screw rod 5.2 to rotate so as to drive the moving seat 5.5 to move, and the push rod 5.3 pushes and pulls each swinging rod 5.4. And the first connecting component comprises a first connecting head 5.7 and a first connecting rod 5.8, the adjacent first connecting heads 5.7 are connected through the first connecting rods 5.8, and the first connecting heads 5.7 are hinged with the first swinging rods 5.4.

The ejection unit 6 is arranged between the adjacent conveying units 4, and further comprises a swing rod II 6.2, an ejection rotating bearing seat 6.3 and an ejection rotating shaft 6.4, wherein the ejection rotating bearing seat 6.3 is arranged on the rack 1 and connected with the ejection rotating shaft 6.4, the ejection plate 6.1 is arranged on the ejection rotating shaft 6.4, and the swing rod II 6.2 is connected with the ejection rotating shaft 6.4. The ejection mechanism further comprises a second connecting assembly, the adjacent second swinging rods 6.2 are hinged through the second connecting assembly, and the second connecting assembly comprises a second connecting head 6.5 and a second connecting rod 6.6; the adjacent second connecting heads 6.5 are connected through a second connecting rod 6.6, and the second connecting heads 6.5 are hinged with the second swinging rods 6.2.

The ejection driving device 8 comprises an ejection cylinder 8.1, a sliding seat 8.2, a linear rail 8.3 and a second push rod 8.4, wherein one end of the second push rod 8.4 is hinged with the sliding seat 8.2, the other end of the second push rod is hinged with one of the swing rods 6.2, and the sliding seat 8.2 is connected with the linear rail 8.3 in a sliding manner and is connected with the ejection cylinder 8.1; when the synchronous lifting device works, the ejection cylinder 8.1 drives the sliding seat 8.2 to move so as to drive the push rod two 8.4 to push and pull each oscillating rod two 6.2, and the ejection cylinder 8.1 synchronously drives each ejector plate 6.1 to ascend in a linkage mode so as to bear the workpiece 2 on the conveying roller 4.1. The centering feeding equipment adopts a transmission mode of the second push rod 8.4, the second swing rod 6.2 and the second connecting assembly to realize synchronous lifting of each ejector plate 6.1, so that the driving and linkage structure of machinery can be simplified, the synchronism of mechanical action can be improved to ensure the bearing stability of the workpiece 2, and the stability of the matching of conveying and feeding of the workpiece 2 is improved.

The feeding frame 9 of the centering feeding equipment comprises a feeding frame body 9.1 and a plurality of feeding bearing rods 9.2; a plurality of feeding bearing rods 9.2 are arranged on the feeding frame body 9.1 and incline downwards towards the direction of the material ejecting mechanism; the lower end part of the obliquely arranged feeding bearing rod 9.2 is provided with a first stop dog 9.3. The ejector plate 6.1 is of an inclined structure, the inclined direction of the ejector plate is the same as that of the feeding bearing rod 9.2, and a convex part is arranged at the lower end part of the ejector plate 6.1 of the inclined structure. The centering feeding equipment can slide the workpiece 2 to be close to the ejector plate 6.1 through the feeding frame 9, and manually feed the workpiece 2 to the ejector plate 6.1 to realize feeding.

Example two

The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in that: as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the feeding device in this embodiment does not include a material loading frame, and includes a material discharging frame 10 disposed on a side portion of the frame 1, where the material discharging frame 10 includes a material discharging frame body 10.1 and a plurality of material discharging support rods 10.2; a plurality of discharging supporting rods 10.2 are arranged on the discharging frame body 10.1 and incline upwards towards the direction of the material ejecting mechanism; a second stop block 10.3 is arranged at the lower end part of the obliquely arranged discharging bearing rod 10.2. The ejector plate 6.1 is of an inclined structure, the inclined direction of the ejector plate is the same as that of the discharging supporting rod 10.2, and a convex part is arranged at the high end part of the ejector plate 6.1 of the inclined structure.

The conveying mechanism of the embodiment is opposite to the outlet end 3.2 of the workpiece processing mechanism 3, and the height adjusting mechanism is connected with the conveying unit 4 and synchronously adjusts the height of each conveying roller in a linkage manner, so that the conveying rollers and the outlet end 3.2 of the workpiece processing mechanism 3 are in the same horizontal line. The centering feeding equipment of the embodiment can slide the workpiece 2 to the discharging rack 10 through the tilting of the ejector plate 6.1, so that the workpiece 2 is discharged.

Other structures of the present embodiment are consistent with the present embodiment.
