the sliding seat (3) is connected to the rack (1) in a sliding manner and is provided with a feeding station aligned with the feeding conveying line (100) and a discharging station aligned with the discharging conveying line (200) in the sliding process;

the sliding driving mechanism (4) is connected with the sliding seat (3) and is suitable for acting to drive the sliding seat (3) to slide between the feeding station and the discharging station;

the conveying mechanism is connected to the sliding seat (3) and is suitable for acting to receive the labeling objects (2) sent by the feeding conveying line (100) when the sliding seat (3) is positioned at the feeding station and acting to convey the labeling objects (2) to the discharging conveying line (200) when the sliding seat (3) is positioned at the discharging station.

3. Labeling apparatus according to claim 2,

the sliding driving mechanism (4) comprises a driving cylinder;

any one of a cylinder body and a piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the rack (1);

and the rest one of the cylinder body and the piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the sliding seat (3).

4. Labeling apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said transport mechanism comprises:

a main transport roller rotatably connected to the sliding seat (3);

the slave conveying roller is rotationally connected to the sliding seat (3);

a conveyor belt (5) connected to the master and slave conveyor rollers;

a transport motor connected to the main transport roller and adapted to drive the main transport roller to rotate;

a left guide bar (6) and a right guide bar (7) connected to the sliding seat (3) and adapted to guide the movement of the label (2) on the conveyor belt (5);

a blocking rod (8) connected to the sliding seat (3) and suitable for blocking the label (2) on the conveyor belt (5) to prevent the label (2) from falling off the conveyor belt (5).

5. Labeling plant according to claim 1, characterized in that said in-feed conveyor line (100) and said out-feed conveyor line (200) comprise, respectively, a drive roller, a driven roller, a conveyor belt (9) and a drive motor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the driving roller and the driven roller are respectively and rotatably connected to the rack (1);

the conveying belt (9) is connected to the driving roller and the driven roller;

the driving motor is connected with the driving roller and is suitable for acting to drive the driving roller to rotate.

6. Labeling plant according to claim 5, characterized in that said in-feed conveyor line (100) and said out-feed conveyor line (200) further comprise two guide bars (10) adapted to guide the movement of the labels (2) on said conveyor belt (9), respectively;

the labeling objects (2) on the conveying belt (9) pass through between the two corresponding guide strips (10).

7. Labelling apparatus according to claim 6, characterised in that it further comprises a limiting device adapted to define the position of the label (2) in said labeling position, said limiting device comprising:

the first limiting cylinder (11) is connected to the rack (1), a piston of the first limiting cylinder (11) catches up with a limiting block, and the first limiting cylinder (11) is suitable for extending out to drive the limiting block to move to the front end part of the labeling object (2) in the labeling position;

the second limiting air cylinder (12) is connected to the rack (1), a piston rod of the second limiting air cylinder (12) is connected with a top block, and the second limiting air cylinder (12) is suitable for extending out to drive the top block to move to enable a labeling object (2) in the labeling position to be tightly abutted to one of the guide strips (10).

8. Labelling apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the labelling robot (400) comprises a horizontal articulated robot (13) connected to the frame (1) and a suction cup (14) connected to the horizontal articulated robot (13);

and/or the label supply device (500) is a label printer (15), and a label stripping mechanism (16) is arranged in the label printer (15).

9. Labeling apparatus according to claim 1,

the feeding conveying line (100) and the discharging conveying line (200) are arranged in parallel;

the conveying direction of the feeding conveying line (100) is opposite to the conveying direction of the discharging conveying line (200);

the conveying tail end of the discharging conveying line (200) is provided with a blocking rod (17) which is suitable for blocking the labeling objects (2) on the discharging conveying line (200) to prevent the labeling objects (2) from falling off from the discharging conveying line (200).

10. A method of operating a labeling apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:

s1: placing a labeling object (2) to be labeled on the feeding conveying line (100);

s2: the feeding conveying line (100) conveys the labeling objects (2) to be labeled to the labeling position;

s3: the labeling manipulator (400) sucks the label supplied by the label supply device (500) and attaches the sucked label to the labeling object (2) in the labeling position;

s4: the feeding conveying line (100) conveys the labeled labeler (2) to the conveying device (300);

s5: the conveying device (300) receives the labeling objects (2) sent by the feeding conveying line (100) and conveys the received labeling objects (2) to the discharging conveying line (200);

s6: the discharging conveying line (200) receives the labeling objects (2) sent by the conveying device (300) and conveys the labeling objects (2) to a discharging position;

s7: removing the label (2) in the lowered position.

The feeding conveying line and the discharging conveying line are arranged in parallel;

the conveying direction of the feeding conveying line is opposite to that of the discharging conveying line;

the conveying tail end of the discharging conveying line is provided with a blocking rod which is suitable for blocking the labeling objects on the discharging conveying line so as to prevent the labeling objects from falling off from the discharging conveying line.

The invention also provides a working method of the labeling equipment, which comprises the following steps:

s1: placing a labeling object to be labeled on the feeding conveying line;

s2: the feeding conveying line conveys the labeling objects to be labeled to the labeling position;

s3: the labeling manipulator sucks the label provided by the label supply device and pastes the sucked label on a labeling object in the labeling position;

s4: the feeding conveying line conveys the labeled objects to the conveying device;

s5: the conveying device receives the labeling objects conveyed by the feeding conveying line and conveys the received labeling objects to the discharging conveying line;

s6: the discharging conveying line receives the labeling objects sent by the conveying device and conveys the labeling objects to a discharging position;

s7: and taking down the labeling object in the blanking position.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a labeling apparatus includes a frame 1, a feeding conveyor line 100, a discharging conveyor line 200, a carrying device 300, a labeling manipulator 400, and at least one label supplying device 500; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the feeding conveying line 100, the carrying device 300 and the discharging conveying line 200 are sequentially connected to convey the labeling objects 2, and the feeding conveying line 100 is provided with a labeling position in the process of conveying the labeling objects 2;

the label supply device 500 is connected to the rack 1 and adapted to supply labels to the labeling robot 400;

the labeling robot 400 is adapted to suck the label supplied from the label supply device 500 and acts to attach the sucked label to the label 2 in the label attaching position; specifically, the conveying device 300 is adapted to receive the labelers 2 from the feeding conveyor line 100 and convey the received labelers 2 to the discharging conveyor line 200, and the discharging conveyor line 200 is connected to the rack 1 and adapted to receive the labelers 2 from the conveying device 300 and convey the labelers 2; further specifically, the discharging conveyor line 200 is used for conveying the labels 2 to a discharging position, and then manually taking down the labels 2 in the discharging position, the device can be operated by only 1 worker, and the worker only needs to put the labels 2 to be labeled on the feeding conveyor line 100 and move the labeled labels 2 on the discharging conveyor line 200. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the slide driving mechanism 4 may include a driving cylinder;

any one of a cylinder body and a piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the rack 1;

the rest one of the cylinder body and the piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected with the sliding seat 3; in this embodiment, the cylinder body of the driving cylinder is connected to the frame 1, and the piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected to the sliding seat 3.

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the transportation mechanism may be, for example and without limitation, a structure comprising:

a main transport roller rotatably connected to the sliding base 3;

a slave transport roller rotatably coupled to the sliding base 3;

a conveyor belt 5 connected to the master conveyor roller and the slave conveyor roller;

a transport motor connected to the main transport roller and adapted to drive the main transport roller to rotate;

a left guide bar 6 and a right guide bar 7 connected to said sliding seat 3 and adapted to guide the movement of the label 2 on said conveyor belt 5;

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the feeding conveyor line 100 and the discharging conveyor line 200 are respectively, for example, but not limited to, a structure including a driving roller, a driven roller, a conveyor belt 9 and a driving motor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the driving roller and the driven roller are respectively and rotatably connected to the rack 1;

the conveying belt 9 is connected to the driving roller and the driven roller;

the driving motor is connected with the driving roller and is suitable for acting to drive the driving roller to rotate, and further drives the conveying belt 9 to convey the labeling objects 2.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the infeed conveyor line 100 and the outfeed conveyor line 200 each further comprise two guide bars 10 adapted to guide the movement of the labels 2 on the conveyor belt 9;

labels 2 on the conveyor belt 9 pass between two corresponding guide bars 10.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the labelling apparatus may further comprise a limiting device adapted to limit the position of the label 2 in the labelling position, such as, but not limited to, the following structure, which comprises:

the first limiting cylinder 11 is connected to the rack 1, a piston of the first limiting cylinder 11 catches up with a limiting block, and the first limiting cylinder 11 is suitable for extending out to drive the limiting block to move to the front end part of the labeling object 2 in the labeling position;

the second limiting cylinder 12 is connected to the frame 1, a piston rod of the second limiting cylinder 12 is connected to a top block, and the second limiting cylinder 12 is adapted to extend out to drive the top block to move to a position where a labeling object 2 in the labeling position abuts against one of the guide strips 10; specifically, after the label is attached to the labeling object 2, both the first limiting cylinder 11 and the second limiting cylinder 12 retract, and at this time, the labeling object 2 can pass through the limiting device.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the labeling robot 400 may include a horizontal joint robot 13 connected to the frame 1 and a suction cup 14 connected to the horizontal joint robot 13, wherein the suction cup 14 is adapted to suck a label;

the label supply device 500 may be a label printer 15, and a label peeling mechanism 16 may be disposed in the label printer 15; specifically, the specific structures of the horizontal joint robot 13, the label printer 15 and the label peeling mechanism 16 are the prior art well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described in detail in this embodiment; in the present embodiment, the operations of the labeling robot 400, the label printer 15, and the conveying device 300 are controlled by a PLC control system.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the feeding conveyor line 100 and the discharging conveyor line 200 are arranged in parallel;

the conveying direction of the feeding conveying line 100 is opposite to that of the discharging conveying line 200;

the conveying tail end of the discharging conveying line 200 is provided with a blocking rod 17 which is suitable for blocking the labels 2 on the discharging conveying line 200 so as to prevent the labels 2 from falling off from the discharging conveying line 200, and therefore the labels 2 can be prevented from being damaged by falling; the frame 1 is also connected with a first control switch suitable for controlling the action of the feeding conveying line 100 and a second control switch suitable for controlling the action of the discharging conveying line 200.

Example two

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a working method of a labeling apparatus according to the first embodiment includes the following steps:

s1: placing the labeling object 2 to be labeled on the feeding conveying line 100;

s2: the feeding conveying line 100 conveys the labeling objects 2 to be labeled to the labeling position;

s3: the labeling robot 400 sucks the label supplied from the label supply device 500 and attaches the sucked label to the labeler 2 in the labeling position;

s4: the feeding conveyor line 100 conveys the labeled labeler 2 to the conveying device 300;

s5: the conveying device 300 receives the labelers 2 from the feeding conveyor line 100 and conveys the received labelers 2 to the discharging conveyor line 200;

s6: the discharging conveying line 200 receives the labelers 2 sent by the conveying device 300 and conveys the labelers 2 to a discharging position;

s7: removing label 2 in said lowered position.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

firstly, placing a labeling object 2 to be labeled on the feeding conveying line 100, wherein the feeding conveying line 100 conveys the labeling object 2 to be labeled to the labeling position; the labeling robot 400 then sucks the label supplied from the label supply device 500 and attaches the sucked label to the labeler 2 in the labeling position; then, the feeding conveyor line 100 conveys the labeled labelers 2 to the conveying device 300, the conveying device 300 receives the labelers 2 sent by the feeding conveyor line 100 and conveys the received labelers 2 to the discharging conveyor line 200, and the discharging conveyor line 200 receives the labelers 2 sent by the conveying device 300 and conveys the labelers 2 to a discharging position; at last, the label 2 in the feeding position is taken down manually, the equipment can be operated by only 1 worker, on one hand, the labeling efficiency is improved, the manual participation is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, the economic benefit is improved, on the other hand, the uniformity and the attractiveness of label adhesion are improved, the secondary pollution caused by manual labeling links is avoided, in addition, the equipment occupies a small space, is low in installation and maintenance cost and high in universality, and can label the labels on the labels 2 with different structural models.
