1. The light filtering powder coating and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the light filtering powder coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:

365 parts of base resin, 60-80 parts of curing agent, 50-80 parts of auxiliary agent and 5-10 parts of light filter.

2. The light filtering powder coating of claim 1, wherein said base resin is selected from the group consisting of any one or more of epoxy acrylic resins and hydroxyl polyester resins in combination;

preferably, the base resin is composed of epoxy acrylic resin and hydroxyl polyester resin according to a mass ratio of 48: 25.

3. A light filtering powder coating according to claim 1, wherein said curing agent is isophorone diisocyanate.

4. A light filtering powder coating according to claim 1, wherein said adjuvant consists of lauric acid and GLP588 in a mass ratio of 25:1, GLP588 being a leveling agent.

5. The light filtering powder coating of claim 1, wherein the light filter is selected from any one or more of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole or 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone;

preferably, the light filter consists of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone in a mass ratio of 3:1: 1.

6. A process for preparing a light-filtering powder coating according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said process comprises:

step 1: pre-crushing base resin and carrying out mechanical dry mixing for later use;

step 2: carrying out mechanical dry mixing on the auxiliary agent for later use;

and step 3: carrying out mechanical dry mixing on the light filtering agent for later use;

and 4, step 4: adding the material obtained in the step 1-3 and other components into a mixer, mixing for 30-40 min, and transferring into a material barrel for later use;

and 5: and adding the mixture in the material barrel into a double-screw extruder, carrying out melt mixing extrusion, cooling and tabletting, and then crushing, crushing and sieving in a grading manner to obtain the light filtering powder coating.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the twin-screw extruder has an extrusion temperature of 90 to 110 ℃.

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of powder coating technology, and more particularly, to a light filtering powder coating and a method for preparing the same.

Background

The powder coating is a solid powder synthetic resin coating composed of solid resin, pigment, filler and assistant, and is different from common solvent-type coating and water-based coating, its dispersion medium is not solvent and water, but air, it has the characteristics of no solvent pollution, 100% film formation and low energy consumption, and the powder coating is completely different from general coating in form, and it exists in the state of fine powder, so that it is called powder coating, and its main characteristics are harmless, high efficiency, saving resources and environmental protection.

The applicant finds that ultraviolet rays can cause influences such as aging on objects and can also cause damage to the skin of a human body, and when coating protection is performed on the objects at present, corresponding powder coating often has multiple fillers, so that the powder coating has various colors, and is poor in light-tight property or light transmittance, although the coating objects can be shielded to avoid ultraviolet irradiation, the protection performance of the powder coating on the ultraviolet rays is poor, so that the powder coating is easy to age under the ultraviolet irradiation, but some objects sometimes need to show surface fine structures and body colors of the objects, or objects made of transparent materials, and the existing powder coating is difficult to apply.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a light filtering powder coating and a method for preparing the same, so as to solve the problems that the existing powder coating has a plurality of fillers, so that the powder coating itself has various colors, is poor in light-proof or light-transmitting property, is easy to age under ultraviolet irradiation, and is difficult to be applied to objects which need to embody its own surface microstructure and bulk color or some transparent materials.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a light filtering powder coating, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

365 parts of base resin, 60-80 parts of curing agent, 50-80 parts of auxiliary agent and 5-10 parts of light filter.

In some alternative embodiments, the base resin is selected from any one or combination of epoxy acrylic resin and hydroxyl polyester resin;

preferably, the base resin is composed of epoxy acrylic resin and hydroxyl polyester resin according to a mass ratio of 48: 25.

In some alternative embodiments, the curing agent is isophorone diisocyanate.

In some alternative embodiments, the adjuvant consists of lauric acid and GLP588 in a mass ratio of 25:1, GLP588 being a leveling agent.

The substrate resin is formed by mixing the substrate resins consisting of epoxy acrylic resin and hydroxyl polyester resin in proportion, the epoxy acrylic resin and the hydroxyl polyester resin are both transparent resins, and the whole body is also transparent after the epoxy acrylic resin and the hydroxyl polyester resin are mixed, so that a coating of a light-transmitting structure is formed, the use of objects which need to embody the surface microstructure and the body color of the object or some transparent materials is facilitated, the surface microstructure and the body color of the object can be observed through the light-transmitting coating, or light or sunlight can be transmitted, so that the transparent object can still transmit light, and a certain light transmittance is kept.

In some alternative embodiments, the filter is selected from any one or more of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole, or 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone;

preferably, the light filter consists of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone in a mass ratio of 3:1: 1.

In the invention, the powder coating is added with a light filter, the light filter consists of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone according to a corresponding proportion, the 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone is an ultraviolet light absorber, the maximum absorption wavelength range is 280-340nm, the thermal stability is good, the decomposition temperature is more than 200 ℃, the light filter hardly absorbs visible light, most of ultraviolet light can be absorbed while the light transmittance is ensured after the coating is formed, the 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole is also an ultraviolet light absorber, the maximum absorption wavelength range is 270-380nm, the ultraviolet absorption efficiency can be further improved, and the 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone is good in compatibility with various resins, can be used as an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, can further improve the ultraviolet absorption efficiency of the coating, and can avoid damage and aging of objects caused by ultraviolet irradiation.

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of preparing the above light filtering powder coating, the method comprising:

step 1: pre-crushing base resin and carrying out mechanical dry mixing for later use;

step 2: carrying out mechanical dry mixing on the auxiliary agent for later use;

and step 3: carrying out mechanical dry mixing on the light filtering agent for later use;

and 4, step 4: adding the material obtained in the step 1-3 and other components into a mixer, mixing for 30-40 min, and transferring into a material barrel for later use;

and 5: and adding the mixture in the material barrel into a double-screw extruder, carrying out melt mixing extrusion, cooling and tabletting, and then crushing, crushing and sieving in a grading manner to obtain the light filtering powder coating.

In some alternative embodiments, the twin screw extruder has an extrusion temperature of 90-110 ℃.

In some alternative embodiments, the comminuting is to a particle size of 30-50 μm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects;

the components are matched with each other under a specific proportion, so that the obtained filtering powder coating has high curing speed and strong adhesive force, a coating formed after curing has high crosslinking density and hardness and good light transmittance, and simultaneously has high ultraviolet filtering and absorbing rate through the added light filtering agent, can provide protection for an object while transmitting light, is very suitable for protecting the object which is easy to age due to ultraviolet irradiation but needs to show the body color, is also suitable for protecting the coating of a transparent light-transmitting object, can ensure that the internal and external light transmittances filter and absorb ultraviolet rays while preventing the ultraviolet irradiation from damaging the object and aging or damaging human skin.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, aspects and advantages of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

It is to be understood that unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein with respect to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs.

Please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 2;

example 1;

the embodiment provides a light filtering powder coating, which comprises the following specific components and a preparation method:

(1) pre-crushing 240g of epoxy acrylic resin and 125g of hydroxyl polyester resin, and carrying out mechanical dry mixing for later use;

(2) carrying out mechanical dry mixing on 50g of lauric acid and 2g of GLP588 for later use;

(3) mechanically dry-mixing 3g of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 1g of 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 1g of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone for later use;

(4) adding the material obtained in the step 1-3 and 65g of isophorone diisocyanate into a mixer, mixing for 30min, and transferring into a material barrel for later use;

(5) adding the mixture in a material barrel into a double-screw extruder, keeping the temperature at 95 ℃ for melt mixing extrusion, cooling and tabletting, crushing, grading and sieving to obtain the final particle size of 35 mu m so as to obtain the light filtering powder coating;

after various transparent or opaque objects needing ultraviolet protection are subjected to electrostatic spraying, the prepared filtering powder coating is subjected to light radiation curing, and finally a low-gloss transparent coating with a smooth structure can be formed on the surface of the object, and the corresponding detection result data are shown in a table in FIG. 2.

Example 2;

the embodiment provides a light filtering powder coating, which comprises the following specific components and a preparation method:

(1) pre-crushing 240g of epoxy acrylic resin and 125g of hydroxyl polyester resin, and carrying out mechanical dry mixing for later use;

(2) carrying out mechanical dry mixing on 62.5g of lauric acid and 2.5g of GLP588 for later use;

(3) mechanically dry-mixing 3.6g of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 1.2g of 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 1.2g of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone for later use;

(4) adding the material obtained in the step 1-3 and 70g of isophorone diisocyanate into a mixer, mixing for 35min, and transferring into a material barrel for later use;

(5) adding the mixture in a material barrel into a double-screw extruder, keeping the temperature at 100 ℃ for melt mixing extrusion, cooling and tabletting, crushing, grading and sieving to obtain the final particle size of 40 mu m, thus obtaining the light-filtering powder coating;

after various transparent or opaque objects needing ultraviolet protection are subjected to electrostatic spraying, the prepared filtering powder coating is subjected to light radiation curing, and finally a low-gloss transparent coating with a smooth structure can be formed on the surface of the object, and the corresponding detection result data are shown in a table in FIG. 2.

Example 3;

the embodiment provides a light filtering powder coating, which comprises the following specific components and a preparation method:

(1) pre-crushing 240g of epoxy acrylic resin and 125g of hydroxyl polyester resin, and carrying out mechanical dry mixing for later use;

(2) carrying out mechanical dry mixing on 75g of lauric acid and 3g of GLP588 for later use;

(3) mechanically dry-mixing 6g of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2g of 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and 2g of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone for later use;

(4) adding the material obtained in the step 1-3 and 75g of isophorone diisocyanate into a mixer, mixing for 40min, and transferring into a material barrel for later use;

(5) adding the mixture in a material barrel into a double-screw extruder, keeping the temperature at 105 ℃ for melt mixing extrusion, cooling and tabletting, crushing, grading and sieving to obtain the final particle size of 45 mu m so as to obtain the light filtering powder coating;

after various transparent or opaque objects needing ultraviolet protection are subjected to electrostatic spraying, the prepared filtering powder coating is subjected to light radiation curing, and finally a low-gloss transparent coating with a smooth structure can be formed on the surface of the object, and the corresponding detection result data are shown in a table in FIG. 2.
