Referring to fig. 2, a spraying device for reducing carry-over of a slot liquid of a circuit board processing gantry line, further comprising a method for reducing carry-over of a slot liquid by using the spraying device, the method comprising the following steps:

s1, immersing the hanging basket component 3 and the circuit board placed on the hanging basket component 3 into the gold precipitation liquid medicine tank 1 by the portal frame 2;

s2, the gantry 2 lifts the hanging basket assembly 3 and the circuit board on the hanging basket assembly 3 away from the immersion gold liquid medicine tank 1;

s3, the pure water in the storage tank 5 flows into the spray pipe 41 through the water outlet pipe 6 by the water outlet pump 7;

s4, spraying the pure water to the circuit board placed on the carrier plate sub-basket 32 by the spray nozzles 42 of the spray pipes 41 after passing through the spray pipes 41;

s5, the moving device controls the distance between the nozzle 42 and the circuit board on the hanging basket component 3, thereby controlling the water pressure of the nozzle 42 spraying pure water to the circuit board on the hanging basket component;

s6, controlling the angle of the nozzle by the first hydraulic device 43, and adjusting the angle by matching with the moving device, thereby controlling the angle of the nozzle 42 spraying pure water to the circuit board on the hanging basket assembly;

s7, the flow control device controls the angle of the flow control plate 92, and further controls the water yield and the water speed of the nozzle 42;

s8, the water column diameter control device controls the extension and contraction of the arc-shaped plate 93 to control the water pressure of the pure water sprayed by the nozzle 42;

and S9, the pure water brings the residual gold liquid on the surface of each circuit board on the plate-carrying sub-basket back to the gold immersion liquid medicine tank 1.

The main functions of the invention are as follows:

the spraying device comprises a spraying component, a hanging basket component, a portal frame, a gold immersion liquid medicine groove, a storage groove, a water outlet pipe and a water outlet pump, when the hanging basket component is lifted away from the gold immersion liquid medicine groove by the portal frame, the spraying component sprays pure water to a plurality of circuit boards placed on the hanging basket component, on one hand, the water outlet pump sprays the pure water in the storage groove onto the plurality of circuit boards placed on the hanging basket component, the pure water in the storage groove flows into the spraying component through the water outlet pipe, the spraying component sprays the pure water to the plurality of circuit boards on the hanging basket component, and residual gold liquid on the surfaces of the plurality of circuit boards on the hanging basket component is brought back to the gold immersion liquid medicine groove by the pure water, so that the effect of recovering the residual gold liquid is achieved. On the other hand, because the temperature of the original immersion gold liquid medicine tank is higher, the water is evaporated and more water is brought out by a plurality of circuit boards on the hanging basket component, therefore, a plurality of liters of pure water needs to be manually added into the immersion gold liquid medicine tank within a fixed time, the operation steps are more complicated, the spraying device can replace the action of manually adding a plurality of liters of pure water into the immersion gold liquid medicine tank, and the condition of plating leakage caused by that the liquid level in the immersion gold liquid medicine tank is too low due to the fact that the pure water is forgotten to be added manually can be avoided after the spraying device is operated.
