Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a knitted fabric with a shaking table bending and bulging effect, a knitting method and a shoe upper.

Background

The knitted fabric is formed by embedding the coils, has good extensibility and air permeability, and is widely applied to clothes and shoe materials. Knitted uppers have also gained consumer acceptance and preference because they are lighter and more breathable than traditional leather and like materials. However, most of the existing knitted vamps are planar, the texture change of the existing knitted vamps is the planar pattern texture change formed by loop transfer, loop collection, jacquard and the like, the three-dimensional vamps lack of stereoscopic impression, and the three-dimensional vamps with the strip-shaped bulge effect are fewer, and the bulge effect of the fabric manufactured by the existing process is mostly straight or zigzag, and the bulge effect with smooth bending cannot be formed, so that the visual and attractive effect of the knitted texture is also influenced, therefore, a process which can enable the bulge to have the bending effect and cannot influence the texture effect is required to be created, so that the technical problem is solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a knitted fabric with a shaking table bending and bulging effect, a weaving method and a shoe upper.

The invention provides a knitted fabric with a shaking table bending and bulging effect, which comprises a surface layer and a bottom layer which are integrally knitted, wherein the surface layer comprises a connecting area and a bulging area which are arranged at intervals and connected with the bottom layer, the bulging area is bent along the transverse direction of the knitted fabric and forms a channel cavity with the bottom surface, and the knitting yarns of the knitted fabric are any yarns.

Further, the length of the bulge area can be adjusted through the number of rows of the surface weaving of the bulge area, the number of rows of the surface weaving of the bulge area is increased, and the length of the bulge area is increased.

Furthermore, the height of the bulge in the bulge area can be adjusted according to the number of the weaving lines on the surface of the bulge area, the number of the weaving lines on the surface of the bulge area is increased, and the height of the bulge area is increased.

Furthermore, the bulge area and/or the lower layer of the knitted fabric are connected with a plurality of floating threads.

Furthermore, the knitting yarns of the bulge area are transparent yarns, and the floating threads are connected in the channel cavities of the bulge area and the bottom surface and are connected with the bulge area or the bottom surface in a knitting mode.

Further, the lengths of the adjacent bulge regions are the same and the heights are the same.

Further, adjacent bulge regions may be of different lengths or heights.

As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a knitting method of a knitted fabric with a bending and bulging effect by a rocking bed as described above, wherein the knitting method comprises knitting a connecting structure first and then performing a rocking bed, and forming a connecting region of a bottom layer and a top layer by a plurality of bottom knitting stitches and a plurality of bottom knitting stitches; then, carrying out surface knitting and knitting of the empty needles and the fixed empty needles on two sides of the surface knitting, wherein the knitting row number of the surface knitting is increased line by line and then decreased line by line, and correspondingly, the number of the empty needles is decreased line by line and then increased line by line to form a bulging area of the surface layer; the knitting operation is repeated to form a minimum circulation knitting unit.

Furthermore, after the table is shaken, when the surface weaving bottom hanging mesh and the bottom weaving surface hanging mesh are carried out, the number of the rows of the two weaving tissues is the same, and the formed bending bulge of the knitted fabric is symmetrically bent; when the two kinds of knitting structures are different in the number of rows, the formed knitted fabric has an asymmetric bending bulge.

As a third aspect of the present invention, an upper is proposed, at least a part of which is a knitted fabric with a cradle bending bulge effect as described above.

Has the advantages that:

the bending problem of the long-strip bulge in the horizontal direction is solved by combining the shaking table with the weaving action, and the bent bulge cannot generate zigzag lines at the bending part by combining the shaking table with the weaving action, so that the visual effect of the vamp is greatly improved.

2 in the invention, the yarns are matched with the shapes of the woven bulge areas, so that different visual effects can be obtained, for example, the bulge areas woven by transparent materials can have an effect similar to 'water wave' after being bent by a table concentrator, and the visual effect is excellent.

3 in the aspect of functionality, the knitted fabric has certain resilience, good extension effect and outstanding air permeability.

The invention ensures that the strip bulges in the horizontal direction have the effect of no sawtooth bending, has very unique visual effect, creates a plurality of new knitting vamp weaving forms and provides new design ideas and development directions for the design and manufacture of other novel vamps.
