1. A production process of knitted fabric is characterized in that,

the method comprises the following steps:

manufacturing grey cloth, namely preparing a raw cloth by adopting modified PTT fibers, aramid fibers, modified cotton fibers and bamboo fibers according to a mass ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, blending and interweaving the materials into grey cloth, wherein the surface layer adopts modified PTT fiber and aramid fiber, and the inner layer adopts modified cotton fiber and bamboo fiber;

secondly, adding decontamination finishing liquid into the dipping tank, heating to 25-35 ℃, putting the grey cloth, keeping for 20-30min, and taking out and drying;

adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dipping tank, placing the grey cloth into the dipping tank, heating to 45-50 ℃, soaking for 1-2 hours, then heating to 65-80 ℃, and soaking for 3.5-5 hours;

fourthly, drying the grey cloth for one time;

fifthly, adding a waterproof auxiliary agent into the soaking pool, and soaking the gray fabric which is dried for one time in the soaking pool;

sixthly, carrying out padding treatment on the soaked grey cloth by using a padder;

seventhly, performing secondary drying treatment on the padded grey cloth;

and eighthly, pre-shrinking and dyeing the grey cloth, and finally coating the antibacterial finishing liquid on the surface layer for curing and shaping to obtain the knitted fabric.

2. The process for producing a knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature for the primary drying is 110-120 ℃ and the drying time is 80-100 s.

3. The process for producing a knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature of the secondary drying is 150-160 ℃ and the drying time is 50-55 s.

The knitted fabric production process according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial auxiliary agent comprises 2-5 parts by weight of nano antibacterial liquid, 1-3 parts by weight of penetrating agent, 1-2 parts by weight of color fixing agent and the balance of water, and the mixture is stirred for 20-30 minutes by a stirrer at normal temperature.

5. The knitted fabric production process according to claim 1, wherein the water-proofing auxiliary is a nano water-proofing and oil-proofing agent, the component is a fluorocarbon copolymer, and the preparation concentration is 25-40 g/l.

In the outdoor exercises clothing market, waterproof ventilative type clothing receives consumers' liking very much, but this type of clothing adopts high-density woven fabric plus coating to reach waterproof ventilative effect mostly, and although present coating can accomplish very frivolously, still reduced originally some travelling comfort of clothing, in addition, some coatings can bring the decline of the waterproof degree of different degrees after washing many times. Therefore, the knitted waterproof sportswear has great market prospect because the knitted waterproof sportswear can meet the waterproof requirement, has good air and moisture permeability, and greatly improves the comfort. The application field of the waterproof moisture permeable fabric is mainly in the fields of sports and outdoor clothing, and the waterproof moisture permeable fabric is increasingly applied to the novel fabric in the medical and industrial fields;

moreover, because the fabric has a waterproof effect, a human body can secrete sweat, grease, dander and the like continuously, so that microorganisms are easy to breed, and the clothes also provide an ideal environment (warm and moist) for the growth and propagation of the microorganisms. The metabolism of microorganisms easily produces some bad smells, seriously even infects the skin, and produces pruritus and abscess.

adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dipping tank, placing the grey cloth into the dipping tank, heating to 45-50 ℃, soaking for 1-2 hours, then heating to 65-80 ℃, and soaking for 3.5-5 hours;

fourthly, drying the grey cloth for one time;

fifthly, adding a waterproof auxiliary agent into the soaking pool, and soaking the gray fabric which is dried for one time in the soaking pool;

and eighthly, pre-shrinking and dyeing the grey cloth, and finally coating the antibacterial finishing liquid on the surface layer for curing and shaping to obtain the knitted fabric.

seventhly, performing secondary drying treatment on the padded grey cloth, wherein the drying temperature is 160 ℃, and the drying time is 50 s;

and eighthly, pre-shrinking and dyeing the grey cloth, and finally coating the antibacterial finishing liquid on the surface layer for curing and shaping to obtain the knitted fabric.
