Technical Field

The invention belongs to a backfill construction method of a foundation, and particularly relates to an efficient backfill construction method of a large-scale assembled steel plate box factory building foundation.

Background

The demands of emerging industrial parks in various cities on plants are increasingly strengthened, the problems of short construction period, high requirements and more process conversions are generally existed in the construction process of large plants, and the pouring of the upright columns and the ground beams is the key for controlling the technical quality of the plants. There are three main methods for the construction of ground beams today:

1) firstly, completing all earthwork backfilling, then performing reverse excavation, and finally completing integral pouring of the stand column and the ground beam; however, in this method, the reverse excavation has a problem of repeated excavation and filling of earth, and has a high requirement for precise construction and a long construction period.

2) The second method is that firstly, the upright post pouring is completed, the ground beam steel bars are reserved, then the earthwork backfilling is carried out, the ground beam and the steel bars reserved on the upright post are dug out, then the ground beam is constructed (the steel bars are bound, the mold is filled and the pouring is carried out), and finally the residual earthwork is backfilled; however, the method has complex processes, and the processes need to be matched with each other; the waiting time of the two times of concrete is long; the reserved ground beam reinforcing steel bar is not easy to excavate mechanically, the manual excavation work amount is large, and the efficiency is low; the steel structure anchor bolt pre-buried on the stand is destroyed easily.

3) And thirdly, firstly, completing foundation pouring, then pouring the upright posts and the ground beams, and finally backfilling earthwork after all pouring and curing are completed. However, in the method, the concrete curing time is long, and the earthwork backfilling waiting time is long; the backfill soil under the ground beam is not easy to tamp, the construction difficulty is high, and the quality of the backfill soil cannot be guaranteed.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an efficient backfilling construction method for a large-scale assembled steel plate box factory building foundation, which solves the problems that in the large-scale factory building ground beam pouring link, the working procedures are more crossed, and after the ground beam is poured, the earthwork backfilling difficulty is high, the quality is poor and the earthwork is easy to sink.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

The efficient backfill construction method of the large-scale assembled steel plate box factory building foundation is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

1) foundation excavation

Paying off according to design requirements, and excavating a foundation of a plant foundation;

2) bedding construction

Constructing a concrete cushion on the foundation;

3) isolation of construction area

Paying off and positioning the position of the upright column in the foundation pit of the foundation, installing baffles at the periphery of the upright column to isolate the edge of the column, dividing the foundation pit into an area inside the column and an area outside the column, arranging a reinforcing steel bar processing area outside the foundation pit, and simultaneously, marking a ground beam point in advance on the baffles;

4) construction pavement backfill

Carrying out earthwork backfill on the transverse axis position of the foundation pit of the foundation to form a transverse construction access road, then simultaneously carrying out earthwork backfill on two sides of the baffle respectively along the edge of the foundation and the edge of the transverse construction access road so as to ensure that earthwork on two sides of the baffle is symmetrically backfilled synchronously and balance the earthwork extrusion force on two sides of the baffle, thereby preventing the baffle from deviating from the set position or inclining and simultaneously forming a longitudinal construction access road convenient for entering the baffle for construction;

In the step 5), when the residual earthwork is backfilled in the area outside the column, the earthwork on the two sides of the partition is backfilled layer by layer, and the backfilling thickness of each layer of earthwork is controlled to be 0.3-0.5 m.

As a preferred technical scheme, in the step 5), after the ground beam region is reversely excavated to form the ground beam pouring groove, the ground beam pouring groove is trimmed and tamped, and then a layer of geotextile is laid in the ground beam pouring groove to prevent earthwork on two sides of the groove from collapsing or falling into the groove.

As a preferable technical scheme, in the step 6), each section of the ground beam reinforcement cage is transferred into the corresponding ground beam pouring groove by adopting hoisting operation.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) according to the invention, the barrier is arranged at the position of the upright column, so that the foundation field is divided into the area inside the column and the area outside the column, and the reinforcing steel bar processing area is arranged outside the foundation field, so that three construction areas which are not interfered with each other are formed, each construction area is an individual body which exists independently, each individual body can be independently constructed, the time required by process conversion is reduced, and the construction period can be shortened to a great extent.

2) When the construction of the area outside the column is carried out, the back excavation is carried out on the ground beam area, so that the ground beam construction area is formed at one time, the time for excavating the ground beam is greatly saved, the repeated construction process of backfilling the ground beam soil after excavation is omitted, and the problem that the backfilling soil at the bottom of the ground beam cannot be tamped when the ground beam is constructed firstly and then the backfilling soil is backfilled is solved.

3) Compared with the traditional construction method, the construction method ensures the backfill quality, saves the construction period, and solves the problems that the foundation bolts pre-embedded by the stand columns are easy to damage, the earthwork backfill quality is poor and the earthwork is easy to sink when the earthwork is backfilled.

2) bedding construction

Constructing a concrete cushion layer on the ground base, wherein an embedded part for fixing the inner side of the barrier is arranged in the cushion layer (the installation position of the embedded part needs to be determined according to the position of the stand column and the size of the stand column construction channel);

3) isolation of construction area

According to the design position of the upright column, the positions around the upright column are provided with the baffles 3 to isolate the column edge, so that the foundation field is divided into an in-column area 6 and an out-column area 7, a steel bar processing area 8 is arranged outside the foundation field, and meanwhile, the baffles 3 are provided with ground beam points 11 in advance; the inner side of the baffle is fixed with an embedded part of the concrete cushion layer so as to prevent the baffle from deviating from a set position due to earthwork extrusion in construction; an upright post construction channel with the width of 0.4-0.8 m is reserved between the partition and the edge of the designed upright post, so that subsequent operations such as steel bar binding, formwork filling and the like can be conveniently carried out on the area in the post by constructors; the height of the partition is 10-30 cm higher than the height of backfill soil, so that a large amount of soil is prevented from falling into an area in the column in the subsequent earthwork backfilling process;

4) construction pavement backfill

Carrying out earthwork backfill on the transverse axis position of the foundation pit of the foundation to form a transverse construction access road 12, and then simultaneously carrying out earthwork backfill on two sides of the partition along the edge of the foundation and the edge of the transverse construction access road respectively so as to form a longitudinal construction access road 13 which is convenient for entering the partition for construction; the width of the transverse construction access road is 4-6 m, the width of the longitudinal construction access road is 4-6 m, and the width of the longitudinal construction access road is not less than the width of the partition;

5) synchronous construction by regions

manufacturing steel bars required by ground beam construction outside a foundation field in a steel bar processing area, and manufacturing a ground beam steel reinforcement cage 10, wherein the length of each section of ground beam steel reinforcement cage 10 corresponds to the length of each section of ground beam pouring groove 9;

6) pouring of ground beam

Step 5) after the construction is finished, the baffle 3 installed at the position of the upright post is firstly removed, and after the baffle 3 is removed, the small range around the upright post, namely the construction channel of the upright post is backfilled manually, so that the whole construction progress is not influenced, and the quality control in the small range is facilitated; and then transferring the ground beam reinforcement cage 10 into a ground beam pouring groove 9 on site through hoisting operation, connecting the ground beam reinforcement cage with ground beam reinforcements pre-embedded in short columns, and performing ground beam concrete pouring after acceptance check.
