The automatic jacking device is mainly used for being matched with a vice to disassemble a drill rod, the center of the vice holder needs to be coaxial with the center of the drill rod when the directional drill is assembled and constructed, but in the actual working process, the drill rod is large in length and stressed at an earth-entering point, the center of the drill rod is usually large in difference with the center of the vice holder, the drill rod can be subjected to radial force and additional bending moment generated by eccentric clamping of the holder in the process of unloading the drill rod, the tiger teeth on the holder and a protection short joint on a power head are very easy to damage, meanwhile, the vice unloading capacity is greatly reduced, the drill rod can be successfully unloaded by repeatedly carrying out the unloading process, the construction cost and the workload of workers are increased, and the construction efficiency is seriously affected.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the automatic jacking device for the drill rod for the horizontal directional drilling machine, which can automatically jack the drill rod to the center of the vice clamp holder before the vice rod unloading action is completed, so that the construction cost and the workload of workers are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an automatic drill pipe jacking device for a horizontal directional drilling machine comprises a base 1, a main jacking device 2 installed on the base 1 and a secondary jacking device 5 installed on the main jacking device 2;

the base 1 comprises a bottom plate and a base guide rail vertically fixed on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is fixed on the vice 11;

the main jacking device 2 is arranged on a base guide rail, a main jacking oil cylinder 3 is arranged between the main jacking device 2 and the bottom plate, the main jacking oil cylinder 3 drives the main jacking device 2 to move up and down on the base guide rail along the vertical direction, and a supporting block 8 and a main jacking guide rail are arranged on the main jacking device 2;

As an improvement of the embodiment, two main jacking oil cylinders 3 are symmetrically arranged between the main jacking device 2 and the bottom plate, and the main jacking oil cylinders 3 are hinged with the main jacking device 2 and the main jacking oil cylinders 3 are hinged with the bottom plate, so that the use is convenient.

After the whole automatic jacking device finishes the action, the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline is reduced to the minimum, at the moment, a signal is transmitted to the electromagnetic valve, a drill rod rotation command is executed, and the whole rod unloading process is finished.

In the automatic drill rod jacking device, the main jacking device moves along the vertical direction and can jack the drill rod below the offset center line to the center position; the auxiliary jacking device, the telescopic device and the supporting block can compress the drill rod above the offset center line to a central position, and simultaneously fix the drill rod at the offset left and right positions on the supporting block, so that the movement of the drill rod in the up-down and left-right directions is limited, and the center of the drill rod is coaxial with the vice holder.
