Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects that in the prior art, the main ship generator set mainly uses fresh water, the dock period is occupied, dock resources are wasted, cooling water cannot be recycled, and the use cost is high, and provides a seawater cooling system for a ship generator set.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a seawater cooling system of a ship generator set, which comprises a lift pump 1, a purification device 2, a booster pump 3 and a cooling pipeline. The intake of the lift pump 1 is placed in the seawater for sucking the seawater to shore. The water outlet of the lift pump 1 is communicated with the water inlet of the purification device 2, and the purification device 2 is used for purifying the seawater lifted by the lift pump 1. After the seawater is purified by the purifying device 2, the pressure in the seawater is reduced, the water inlet of the booster pump 3 is communicated with the water outlet of the purifying device 2, after the seawater is pressurized, the water outlet of the booster pump 3 is communicated with the input end of the cooling pipeline, and the pressurized cooling seawater is output to the input end of the cooling pipeline. The cooling pipeline encircles generating set, and the delivery port and the exterior space intercommunication of cooling pipeline, sea water in the cooling pipeline and after boats and ships generating set's heat exchange, the sea water in the cooling pipeline can be heated, and the delivery port and the exterior space intercommunication of cooling pipeline can export the sea water to in the exterior space.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the marine generator set seawater cooling system comprises a column 4 and a cantilever 5, wherein the column 4 is arranged on the shore, and one end of the column 4 can rotate. The cantilever 5 is arranged on the upright post 4, the cantilever 5 extends towards the sea surface, and the lift pump 1 is connected on the cantilever 5. One end of the upright post 4 can rotate, and the cantilever 5 connected to the upright post 4 can rotate along with the upright post. The honeycomb duct 7 communicates the lift pump 1 and the purification device 2, and can purify the seawater from the water outlet diversion of the lift pump 1 to the purification device 2, and meanwhile, the honeycomb duct 7 passes through the cantilever 5, and when the cantilever 5 adjusts the horizontal position of the lift pump 1, the position of the honeycomb duct 7 can be changed along with the change of the horizontal position of the lift pump 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the section of the pipeline of the draft tube 7 passing through the boom 5 comprises a hose 8.

One section pipeline that honeycomb duct 7 passed cantilever 5 includes hose 8, and when lifting pump 1's height was adjusted to lifting rope 6, honeycomb duct 7's position also can change thereupon, and hose 8's angle and direction can be adjusted along with lifting pump 1's altitude variation by oneself, and honeycomb duct 7 can not take place to buckle and drag, can not influence the sea water and carry.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the purification apparatus 2 includes a purification tank 9, a plurality of partition plates 10 are disposed in the purification tank 9, and a plurality of purification chambers 11 arranged in a water flow direction are formed in the purification tank 9. The seawater flows through the plurality of purification chambers 11, and can be subjected to preliminary sedimentation treatment to remove silt in the seawater through purification in the plurality of purification chambers 11 from low-level to high-level. The height of the partition plate 10 in the purification device 2 is lower than that of the purification tank 9, so that the seawater can overflow to other purification chambers 11 after passing through one of the purification chambers 11, the seawater can not flow out of the purification tank 9 after being purified in one of the purification chambers 11, the efficiency of purifying the seawater in the purification chambers is increased, and the effect of purifying the seawater is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seawater cooling system for the marine generator set comprises an overflow pipeline 12, wherein one end of the overflow pipeline 12 is communicated with the purification tank 9, the position of the overflow pipeline 12 on the purification tank 9 is higher than the water inlet of the purification tank 9, and the other end of the overflow pipeline 12 is communicated with seawater. One end of the overflow pipeline 12 is communicated with the seawater, and the other end is communicated with the purifying tank 9, when the seawater is lifted too fast and the purifying tank 9 is not in time to treat, in order to avoid the overflow of the seawater in the purifying device 2, the overflow pipeline 12 communicated with the purifying device 2 can guide the seawater back to the sea.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the purification apparatus 2 includes a filter 13, an inlet of the filter 13 is provided at an outlet of the purification tank 9, and the filter 13 is provided with a filter screen 14. The filter screen 14 in the filter 13 can be used for further filtering to ensure that the seawater entering the cooling pump has no silt, so that the silt in the seawater is prevented from damaging the cooling pump.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the marine generator set seawater system comprises a plurality of water outlet faucets 15, the water outlets of the cooling pipelines are communicated with the water outlet faucets 15, and the water outlet faucets 15 are arranged above the water storage tank of the lightering equipment. The plurality of water outlet faucets 15 are communicated with the cooling pipeline, and the seawater after cooling the ship generator set flows out through the water outlet faucets 15.
