Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, a digital pressure test detector is used for data monitoring and early warning during a pressure test process. The pressure testing device can be used for any pressure equipment needing pressure testing, and the pressure equipment is used as the pressure detection equipment 5 in the embodiment. The detector 1 calculates the detected pressure value in real time, obtains control information of the corresponding pressure control device 4 according to the calculation result, converts the control information into a control signal and sends the control signal to the pressure control device 4, and the working state of the pressure control device 4 is switched to realize boosting or stabilizing pressure.

The detector 1 comprises a pressure test interface 6, a pressure sensor 2 and a control panel 3, wherein the pressure test interface 6 can be movably arranged, so that the pressure test interface can be conveniently assembled on different pressure-bearing devices for recycling. The pressure sensor 2 detects the real-time pressure value of the equipment to be tested 5 through the pressure testing interface 6, and the pressure sensor 2 forms the detected real-time pressure value into a specific sensing signal. In order to meet the special process requirements of some pressure-bearing equipment, after the pressure stabilization for the second time is finished, the pressure value of the equipment to be detected 5 can be reduced to the set percentage of the target value, the pressure sensor 2 is correspondingly provided with a three-time set value, and when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 2 reaches the three-time set value, the alarm module 7 gives an alarm.

The alarm prompt includes a voice prompt, a text prompt and a light prompt, which is not limited to this, the voice prompt may adopt a voice mode, a speaker and other similar broadcasting devices are installed on the control panel 3, and when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 2 reaches the initial set value, the secondary set value or the tertiary set value, a voice content such as "boost complete" is sent out, so that the voice content is convenient for the staff to hear. The text prompt can form a display area on the surface of the control panel 3, and when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 2 reaches an initial set value, a secondary set value or a tertiary set value, the text content of 'pressure boosting completion' appears, so that the text content is convenient for workers to see. The detector 1 further comprises a pressure display device 11, an oscilloscope 12 is arranged in the pressure display device 11, the pressure display device 11 is connected with the data processing module 10, and the oscilloscope 12 is used for converting the pressure value signal converted into the digital signal into an electronic wave to be displayed on the oscilloscope 12, so that a pressure-time curve graph of the device 5 to be detected in pressure is formed. Therefore, the staff can not only know whether the pressure testing process is normal and qualified according to the alarm module 7, but also can see the testing result and analyze the testing process in more detail and intuitively in the follow-up process through the pressure-time curve graph.

Preferably, the pressure display device 11 can be connected to a printing device, so that data and views in the oscilloscope 12 can be conveniently printed and checked.
