Detailed Description

Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which embodiments of the invention are shown, but the described embodiments are only a part and not all of the embodiments of the invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art may still modify the technical solutions described in the embodiments, or may equally replace some of the technical features in the embodiments; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

In describing the present invention, a detailed description of related known techniques will be omitted if it makes the gist of the present invention obscure. The terms "numeral" (first, second, etc.) used in the description of the present specification are simply identification symbols for distinguishing one component from another component.

When a certain component is described as being "connected" or "connected" to another component in the specification, it may mean that the certain component may be directly connected or directly connected to the other component, but it should be understood that other components may be connected or connected through media without particularly being described to the contrary.

An accident warning apparatus for an inflatable foldable vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a foldable pipe member; and a light emitting device disposed on the foldable pipe member. Here, the foldable pipe member is basically made of a material that expands with the injection of gas, and has at least two bent portions that can be folded when expanding with the injection of gas. Therefore, the shape of the vehicle accident warning sign can be manufactured by folding in the expanded state. At this time, in order to fix the shape in the folded final state, the foldable tube member may be provided with a connection portion (refer to drawing symbols 115c and 115d in the description of the drawings to be described later).

As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle accident warning sign in the present specification will be described mainly with reference to an embodiment using a triangular frame-shaped sign, but it is needless to say that the sign does not necessarily have a triangular frame shape, and more shapes can be realized by various folding methods within a range that can function as a vehicle accident warning sign. Since the number, position, and formation pattern of the bent portions are variously modified, and further, the shape of the tube member itself is variously modified, the final shape after folding can be greatly varied.

However, for convenience and focus of description, the present invention will be described below centering on the embodiments illustrated in fig. 1 to 6. In addition, for the purpose of efficient use of the terms in the present specification, the "inflatable foldable vehicle accident warning device" illustrated in fig. 1 to 6 is simply referred to as a "tubular foldable tripod".

Here, fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an inflatable foldable vehicle accident warning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, folded, fixed and erected in a tripod shape of a vehicle accident warning sign in a state of being expanded by injecting gas, fig. 2 is a front view of fig. 1, fig. 3 is a sectional view showing a state where the folding of fig. 1 is released and completely unfolded, and viewed from the front, fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion a of fig. 3, specifically showing a functional module provided inside an insertion tube, fig. 5 is a schematic view showing another embodiment of the present invention in a structure required for shape maintenance between tube members in a reference expanded state of fig. 3, and fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views showing an embodiment of a manner regarding a bent portion in the inflatable vehicle accident warning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

According to fig. 1 to 7, the foldable pipe member is provided with a gas injection portion 120 for injecting gas. Here, the gas injection part 120 is an embodiment including an injection port and a cap, or a tube having a predetermined structure, and the embodiments are various. In the drawing, only one gas injection portion 120 is provided at a predetermined position on the lower surface of the first tube member 110a, but it is obvious that the installation position and the number thereof may be variously changed, and the functions as an inlet (let) and an outlet (outlet) may be exerted together or may be provided separately.

The foldable tube member is divided into a first tube member 110a and a second tube member 110b each having a straight shape with a uniform length from the appearance according to the first bent portion 115a, and is divided into a second tube member 110b and a third tube member 110c each having a straight shape with a uniform length from the appearance according to the second bent portion 115 b.

In this state, a through hole for communicating between the first tube member 110a and the second tube member 110b may be provided in the tube at a position corresponding to the first bent portion 115a, and a through hole for communicating between the second tube member 110b and the third tube member 110c may be provided in the tube at a position corresponding to the second bent portion 115 b. Further, the gas injected through the gas injection part 120 can be injected from the first pipe member 110a to the third pipe member 110 c. In this example, an example in which the through-hole is provided is taken as a structure in which gas flows between the pipe members, but it is obvious that various technical means for achieving a function of gas flow as a gas flow passage may be employed.

However, if the gas injection portion is provided separately for each pipe member, the through hole as described above is not necessarily provided. According to the illustration in the drawing, the signal line and the power line connected between the light emitting devices 150a, 150b, and 150c separately arranged for each pipe member are connected to the space inside the pipe through the through hole, and in this state, each pipe member is provided with the gas injection portion, but the through hole is also necessary. However, in this state, the light emitting devices 150a, 150b, and 150c may be disposed on the surface outside the pipe member, and thus the signal lines and the power supply lines thereof do not have to be connected to the inside of the pipe, and even in this state, the provision of the through holes may be omitted. However, for convenience and focus of description, the following description will be given by taking an example in which the light emitting devices 150a, 150b, and 150c are provided on the inner surface or the inner space of the pipe member, and the signal line and the power line connected to each other are connected to each other through an inner through hole disposed at a position corresponding to each bent portion.

The bending part in this specification is a term including: in the expanded state of the tube, the folded tube can be formed into any shape that serves as a predetermined logo.

As an example, according to fig. 1 to 5 of the present specification, the bent portion is manufactured by forming a bending line in one integral pipe member by welding, bonding, sewing, or the like, and thinning the thickness of the folded portion between the pipe members.

According to another example, the bending portion may be formed to have a predetermined width, different from the respective pipe members, and may be realized by providing a predetermined bending guide 10 in an inner space between the respective pipe members, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. Here, fig. 6 and 7 are enlarged views of only a portion including a bending portion between the pipe members. According to fig. 6 and 7, the implementation of the curved guide 10 may comprise: a plurality of weld line members 11 formed by welding inside upper surfaces of the tubes corresponding to the bent portions (particularly, both side points corresponding to the bent portions in the drawing are exemplified) and inside lower surfaces of the tubes (likewise, both side points corresponding to the bent portions in the drawing are exemplified), so that the bent guides are fixed to the inner spaces of the tubes; horizontal connecting members 13 formed of a flexible material (including the same material as the tube material) for connecting the weld line members to each other in the horizontal direction; and a vertical connecting member 15 formed of a flexible material (including a material similar to a tube material) for connecting the weld line members on the inner side of the upper surface of the tube and the weld line members on the inner side of the lower surface of the tube in the vertical direction.

It is obvious that the bending portion can be implemented in various forms other than the bending portion form illustrated in fig. 1 to 7.

According to the drawing, the foldable tube member is configured such that, when the foldable tube member is folded by the first bent portion 115a and the second bent portion 115b in a state expanded by the injection of the gas, the connection portions 115c and 115d for connecting the first tube member 110a and the third tube member 110c are respectively disposed at both ends thereof.

In this case, although the specific configuration and form of the connection portions 115c and 115d are not explicitly shown in the drawing, various types of joining means such as a snap type, a nylon snap type, a hook type, a magnet type, and a slide type clip type may be used. Further, since the connection portions at both ends can be simply butted against each other and can be connected to each other by separate members or means, the connection portions themselves may not include the joining means. In the drawings, the connection portions are provided at both ends of the pipe member, but the connection portion may be provided only on one side. For example, the connection portion provided only on one side may be pulled to the other side to be coupled to the joining means provided on the surface of the pipe member.

Further, the tubular foldable tripod of the embodiment of the present invention includes a light emitting fixture provided on the foldable pipe member. Here, the light emitting apparatus includes light emitting devices 150a, 150b, 150c and a functional module 130. Also in this state, the function module 130 may include therein: a circuit board 144 on which a driving circuit for controlling light emission is mounted; a power supply unit (146) such as a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery, and a drive button. In the drawings, the functional module 130 is disposed below the pipe member as an example, but it goes without saying that various modifications can be made, such as being disposed above the pipe member.

The light emitting device includes: a plurality of light emitting elements 150a, 150b, 150 c; and an electric wire portion which connects the plurality of light emitting elements on one electric signal line, transmits the driving signal generated from the driving circuit to the plurality of light emitting elements, respectively, and is made of a flexible material.

In this state, the plurality of light emitting elements 150a, 150b, and 150c are respectively provided on the first tube member 110a, the second tube member 110b, and the third tube member 110c on both sides thereof opposite to the outer sides of the surfaces thereof in the longitudinal direction, and thus the foldable tube member is formed in the shape of the vehicle accident warning sign by being folded in the expanded state, and further forms a light emitting line corresponding to the outer shape of the sign. However, it goes without saying that the plurality of light emitting elements 150a, 150b, and 150c may be provided on the inner space or the inner surface of each tube member or a specific tube member depending on the arrangement mode.

The function module 130 may be provided on an outer surface of the pipe member or the like, but it is described centering on the drawing example in the drawing that the function module is inserted into an inner lower space of the pipe member (the first pipe member 110a when the drawing is taken as a reference). Since the functional module is inserted inside the tube, it is helpful to the stable arrangement and the smooth appearance of the functional module.

To this end, the embodiment according to fig. 4 comprises: a fixing plate 134 inserted into a predetermined portion on the lower side of the pipe member (for example, an opening capable of being inserted into the pipe may be provided, and then, a pipe portion and a side wall portion of the opening surface may be welded and fixed), forming a through hole for passing an electric wire connected to the light emitting element, and disposing a space in which a functional module can be disposed; and a cover plate 132 coupled to the fixing plate and sealing the insertion space of the fixing plate. In this state, the magnetic body 136 is provided at a predetermined position of the cover plate 132, a lower portion thereof, a surface facing the predetermined position, and the like, and the device folded in a tripod shape is fixed to a vehicle or the like. As a method of fixedly disposing the tripod, there are various methods other than the method using the magnetic material, and it is apparent that the position of the fixing member such as the magnetic material is also other than the position illustrated in the drawing, and further various methods are possible.

In the present specification, a description will be given centering on a state where a light emitting device is provided on a tubular foldable tripod with reference to an example shown in the drawings, but depending on a design method of a product, a light emitting device may be replaced with a predetermined light reflector or may be used together.

Also according to the embodiment of the present invention, a structure for maintaining the shape between the pipe members in the expanded state may also be adopted. This will be explained below. In the bent portion of the foldable tripod according to the embodiment of the present invention, when gas is injected, the gas is injected less than other portions (i.e., the respective pipe members), and thus the force is less, and the two side pipe members which are more stressed are twisted or bent based on the bent portion, and the original straight shape thereof cannot be maintained, and thus it may be difficult to fold the pipe into a desired sign shape. Therefore, in another embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in fig. 5, the method may further include: and a shape retaining structure provided at a position on each of the outer surfaces of the first pipe member 110a, the second pipe member 110b, and the third pipe member 110c, for retaining the original shape when each pipe member is expanded in accordance with the injection of the gas (see 160a, 160b, 160c, and 162).

According to the illustration in fig. 5, the shape retaining structures are provided at predetermined positions on the upper side surfaces of the respective pipe members, but may be provided only on the pipe members at both ends (i.e., the first pipe member and the third pipe member) in a state of being expanded in a straight shape. Further, although the shape retaining structure is provided only on the upper side surface of the pipe member according to the illustration on the drawing, it goes without saying that the shape retaining structure having the same structure may be provided on the lower side surface of the pipe member facing the upper side surface thereof in order to retain a more accurate shape. In the example shown in the drawing, the shape-retaining structure is constituted by the predetermined hook portions 160a, 160b, and 160c and the connecting body 162 connected to these hook portions, but it goes without saying that the shape-retaining structure may be modified into various configurations that can exert the shape-retaining effect. In this case, it is needless to say that the connecting body 162 may be formed of various members (for example, elastic bands such as rubber bands) having elasticity and capable of maintaining a straight shape in a tightened state, and the hook portion may be formed of various shapes such as a bracket and a fixing jig.

According to the pipe type foldable tripod, when not in use, the tripod can be carried and stored after minimizing the volume by folding or the like in a state that all gas is discharged, and when in use, the tripod is formed easily by folding after injecting gas, so that the tripod has a remarkable effect in the aspect of usability.

The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified or changed; such modifications and variations do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the following claims.
