Technical Field

Background

The method does not need to completely carry the patient, can lead medical staff to easily complete the bed-passing displacement of the patient, lead the medical staff to be efficient and labor-saving, reduce the risk of waist and back injury, lead the patient to be comfortable and safe and reduce secondary injury.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, creation features, achievement purposes and effects of the invention easy to understand, the following embodiments are specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The embodiment provides a through-bed transferring method, which uses a through-bed transferring device and a through-bed transferring plate of a bed sheet to transfer a patient from a first containing mechanism to a second containing mechanism.

The first holding mechanism is any one of a hospital bed, a trolley, an operating table and an inspection table (such as C T inspection table), and the second holding mechanism is any one of a hospital bed, a trolley, an operating table and an inspection table. The first containing mechanism and the second containing mechanism can be the same in type or different in type. In this embodiment, the first containing mechanism is taken as a hospital bed, and the second containing mechanism is taken as a cart for detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the through-bed transfer device 100 according to the present embodiment includes a through-bed transfer plate 10 with transfer rollers and a fixing member 20.

The transfer plate 10 comprises a transfer plate body 11 and a nylon cloth cover 12.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the transfer board main body 11 has a fixing member 111, a connecting bar 112, and a conveying roller 113. In the present embodiment, the fixing member 111, the connecting rod 112, and the conveying roller 113 are all made of magnesium alloy material.

The fixing member 111 is a rectangular fixing plate. The fixing members 111 are provided in two, and the two fixing members 111 are parallel to each other.

The two connecting rods 112 are respectively referred to as a first connecting rod 112a and a second connecting rod 112 b. The first and second connecting rods 112a and 112b have the same structure, and are disposed between the two fixing plates 111 and have both ends connected to the two fixing plates 111, respectively. The connecting rod 112 is perpendicular to the fixing part 111, and the connecting rod 112 and the fixing part 111 jointly play a role of fixing and supporting. The connection between the connecting rod 112 and the fixing member 111 may be screwed or welded or integrally formed. In the present embodiment, the connecting rod 112 is screwed with the fixing member 111 by a screw 114.

The conveying rollers 113 are provided in 5, and the 5 conveying rollers 113 are disposed between the two fixing plates in parallel to each other and uniformly distributed along the length direction of the fixing member 111, and are respectively referred to as a first conveying roller 113a, a second conveying roller 113b, a third conveying roller 113c, a fourth conveying roller 113d, and a fifth conveying roller 113 e. The second connecting bar 112b is disposed between the fifth and fourth conveying rollers 113e and 113d, and the interval between the second connecting bar 112b and the fifth conveying roller 113e is equal to the interval between the second connecting bar 112b and the fourth conveying roller 113 d.

The 5 conveying rollers 113 are identical in structure, and are rollers rotatably disposed on the fixing member 111, and the conveying rollers 113 are perpendicular to the fixing member 111. In particular, the drum may be an internal-spindle drum or a through-spindle pin-and-hole drum. In this embodiment, the roller is an inner-tooth-spindle type roller, which has a hollow rotating tube and rotating shafts at two ends of the rotating tube, and the rotating shafts are matched with bearings built in the fixing member 111, so as to realize the rotating connection between the roller and the fixing member 111.

The outer diameter of the conveying roller 113 of the conveying transfer plate main body 11 is 3.4cm to 3.6 cm. In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the conveying roller 113 is 3.5 cm. The axis of the conveying roller 113 and the axis of the connecting rod 112 are all on the same plane. And the outer diameter of the transfer roller 113 is larger than that of the connection rod 112.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the transfer plate body 11 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a length L of 63cm to 67cm and a width W of 38cm to 42 cm. In this embodiment, L is 65cm and W is 40 cm. The transfer plate body 11 has a first side 13, an upper surface 14, a lower surface 15, and a second side 16.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a state of the nylon cloth cover being fitted over the transfer plate main body according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a schematic structural view of a nylon cloth sleeve sleeved on a main body of a transfer plate in an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the nylon cloth cover 12 is cylindrical and has openings 121 at both ends. The nylon cloth cover 12 is matched with the transfer plate main body 11 in size and is used for being sleeved on the transfer plate main body 11. Specifically, the end portion of the transfer plate main body 11 in the length direction may be inserted into one of the openings 121, and then the nylon cloth sleeve 12 (as shown in fig. 5) is pulled along the length direction of the transfer plate main body 11, so that the nylon cloth sleeve 12 is sleeved on the transfer plate main body 11, and the sleeved state is shown in fig. 6, at this time, the two fixing members 111 of the transfer plate main body 11 just expose the nylon cloth sleeve 12.

The total weight of the transfer plate 10 is 3kg, and the maximum weight that can be carried is about 200 kg.

As shown in fig. 2, the fixing member 20 includes a first card slot 21 and a second card slot 22.

The first and second engaging grooves 21 and 22 are both similar to a "U" shaped structure and are oppositely disposed on a mounting plane 1, such as a wall or other fixed support plane. The specific mounting mode is fixing by screws.

In the present embodiment, the first card slot 21 is disposed above the second card slot 22 with their openings facing each other, and both the card slots extend in the horizontal direction. The shape and size of the first clamping groove 21 and the second clamping groove 22 are both adapted to the over-bed transfer board 10, and the distance between the first clamping groove 21 and the second clamping groove 22 is just as good as the over-bed transfer board 10 can be accommodated between the first clamping groove 21 and the second clamping groove 22.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the method for transporting over-bed in this embodiment includes the following steps:

step S1, as shown in fig. 8(a), the positions of the sheet 2 and the transfer board 10 are adjusted so that one end of the sheet 2 is located below the lower surface 15 of the transfer board main body 11 and close to the first side surface 13, and then after the whole lower surface 15, the whole second side surface 16 and the whole upper surface 15 are sequentially covered, the other end of the sheet 2 is vertically placed on the first side surface 13, so as to obtain the transfer board 10 wrapped with the sheet 2, which is as shown in fig. 1. The wrapping direction of the sheet 2 is perpendicular to the axis of the conveying roller 113.

And step S2, the second containing mechanism (cart) is abutted against the first containing mechanism (sickbed) so as to carry out fitting and butt joint. Step S6, as shown in fig. 8(c), another medical staff stands on the cart side, grasps the hanging portion of the sheet 2 and pulls the sheet 2 in a direction away from the hospital bed, so that the sheet 2 gradually slides out in the pulling direction and drives the conveying roller 113 to rotate, and the patient moves to the cart along with the sheet 2 in a crawler-type lateral displacement manner. During this process, the hospital staff standing on the bed side can also assist in pushing the patient.

Step S7, as shown in fig. 8(d), the medical staff standing on the cart side holds the patient in a lying state with the back of the patient facing the docking portion, and the medical staff standing on the bed side takes out the transfer board 10.

Effects and effects of the embodiments

According to the through-bed transfer method provided by the embodiment of the invention, because the through-bed transfer plate is used for transferring the patient from the sickbed to the trolley, the patient only needs to lie on one side during transfer, then the through-bed transfer plate is placed on the trolley and the sickbed, the axis of the conveying roller is parallel to the length direction of the trolley, the second side surface abuts against the back of the patient, the patient is overturned backwards to lie on the through-bed transfer plate, then the patient can move to the trolley in a crawler-type transverse displacement mode by pulling the bed sheet, and finally the through-bed transfer plate is taken out. Further, because the used transfer plate for the passing bed comprises a transfer plate main body which is provided with two fixing pieces which are parallel to each other; the two connecting rods are arranged between the two fixing plates, and two ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected to the two fixing plates; and five conveying rollers which are arranged between the two fixed plates in parallel and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the fixed piece, the conveying rollers are rollers which are rotatably arranged on the fixed piece, the conveying rollers are perpendicular to the fixed piece and are parallel to the connecting rods, and the connecting rods are arranged between the conveying rollers. Therefore, two connecting rods can play firm connection and fixing effects, the five conveying rollers can transfer the in-process of the patient to rotate, rolling friction is adopted between the five conveying rollers and the patient, the mode resistance is smaller than that of the sliding friction, and medical workers can easily complete the shifting of the patient in a bed. Only 2 medical staff members are needed to displace an overweight patient from one bed surface to another without difficulty.

Further, the outer diameter of the conveying roller is 3.4 cm-3.6 cm, and is larger, so that the using requirement can be met only by arranging five conveying rollers, the contact area between the conveying rollers and a patient is larger when the conveying rollers are used, and the patient can be moved more effectively.
