1. A chair frame is characterized by comprising a back frame, a seat frame, a base, a push rod and two guide rails, wherein the back frame is fixedly connected with the seat frame;

the base is provided with two roller lug seats, the two guide rails are respectively connected with the roller lug seats in a sliding manner, one end of the push rod is hinged to the base, and the other end of the push rod is hinged to the back frame or the seat frame;

the push rod extends to push the seat frame to be lifted, and the guide rail is driven to slide on the roller ear seat along the back frame towards the direction of the seat frame, so that the seat frame and the back frame are changed from a sitting posture state to a back-falling state.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a chair frame and a massage chair aiming at the defects of the prior art, thereby solving the problems of complex structure, higher cost, high manufacturing cost of a guide rail and high process difficulty of the prior chair frame.

The invention provides a chair frame which comprises a back frame, a seat frame, a base, a push rod and two guide rails, wherein the back frame is fixedly connected with the seat frame;

the base is provided with two roller lug seats, the two guide rails are respectively connected with the roller lug seats in a sliding manner, one end of the push rod is hinged to the base, and the other end of the push rod is hinged to the back frame or the seat frame;

the push rod extends to push the seat frame to be lifted, and the guide rail is driven to slide on the roller ear seat along the back frame towards the direction of the seat frame, so that the seat frame and the back frame are changed from a sitting posture state to a back-falling state.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a massage chair, which comprises the chair frame and a central plate, wherein the central plate controls the adjustment posture of the chair frame.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a chair frame, including a back frame 1, a seat frame 2, a base 3, a push rod 4 and two guide rails 5, where the back frame 1 is fixedly connected to the seat frame 2, the two guide rails 5 are respectively disposed at outer sides of the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, one end of each guide rail 5 is connected to the back frame 1, the other end is connected to the seat frame 2, the base 3 is provided with two roller ear seats 31, the two guide rails 5 are respectively connected to the roller ear seats 31 in a sliding manner, one end of the push rod 4 is hinged to the base 2, and the other end is hinged to the back frame 1 or the seat frame 2;

the push rod 4 extends to push the seat frame 2 to be lifted, and drives the guide rail 5 to slide on the roller ear seat 31 along the back frame 1 towards the seat frame 2, so that the seat frame 2 and the back frame 1 are changed from a sitting posture state to a back-falling state.

Specifically, in one example, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the push rod 4 is hinged to a first ear seat 41 of the base 3 at one end and hinged to a second ear seat 42 of the seat frame 2 at the other end, and the extension and contraction of the push rod 4 can adjust the change of the sitting posture and the back-leaning state of the seat frame.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 6, the number of the roller ear seats 31 is two, and the two roller ear seats are respectively disposed on two sides of the base 3, so that the back frame and the seat frame are supported by the base 3 at a single point on the left and right.

Therefore, the supporting points of the back frame are changed from four points to two points, and the supporting points are matched with a common push rod to provide upward supporting force for the seat frame, so that the posture of the chair frame is adjusted. The connecting mode is simple, and the base structure is simplified, so that the cost of the chair frame is greatly reduced, the mounting steps are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Further, in one example, as shown in fig. 1-5, the guide rail 5 is an arc-shaped circular tube structure. The guide rail made of the arc-shaped circular tube structure can simplify the forming process of the guide rail, avoid the problem that the precision requirement of a guide rail mold is high in the past, and reduce the cost of the guide rail.

Further, in one example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first roller 311, a second roller 312 and a third roller 313 are distributed in the roller ear seat 31 in a triangular shape;

the guide rail 5 is slidably disposed between the first roller 311 and the second and third rollers 312 and 313.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the first roller 311 is above the guide rail 5, and the second roller 312 and the third roller 313 are below the guide rail 5, that is, the guide rail 5 passes through the roller ear seat 31 and is slidably disposed on the roller ear seat 31. The height of the whole chair frame can be reduced by the arrangement, and the chair frame is arranged on the side surface, so that the collision between the chair frame and the connecting position of the push rod of the base and the movement can be avoided, and the structure can be simplified.

Further, in one example, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the guide rail 5 has an arc-shaped curved structure, and the curvature of the guide rail 5 is larger than the curvature of the connection between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, so as to reduce the stroke of the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 during back falling.

Further, in an example, the massage device further comprises a massage movement (not shown in the figure), a sliding rail (not shown in the figure) for moving the massage movement is arranged on the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 in a penetrating manner, and the sliding rail extends to the front of the joint of the guide rail 5 and the seat frame 2, so that the massage movement can move to the position, corresponding to the buttocks of the user, on the seat frame 2.

Further, in an example, the embodiment of the present invention further realizes a function of linking the inverted back of the chair frame and the lower leg simultaneously, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the chair further includes a lower leg frame 6 and a connecting rod assembly, wherein the connecting rod assembly includes a swing rod 7, a lower leg driving rod 8, a first lower leg connecting rod 9 and a second lower leg connecting rod 10; one end of the swing rod 7 is hinged with the base 3, the other end of the swing rod is hinged with the second shank connecting rod 10, the other end of the second shank connecting rod 10 is hinged with the middle part of the first shank connecting rod 9, one end of the first shank connecting rod 9 is hinged with the seat frame 2, the other end of the first shank connecting rod 9 is provided with a roller 91 and is abutted against the shank rack 6, one end of the shank driving rod 8 is hinged with the middle part of the swing rod 7, the other end of the shank driving rod is hinged with the seat frame 2, and the shank rack 6 is hinged on the seat frame 2;

the push rod 4 extends to push the seat frame 2 to be lifted, so that the shank driving rod 8 drives the swing rod 7 to rotate towards the shank rack 6 along the back frame 1, and the second shank connecting rod 10 and the first shank connecting rod 9 are pushed to lift the shank rack 6.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6-8, one end of the swing link 7 is hinged to the third ear seat 71 on the base 3, and one end of the shank driving rod 8 is hinged to the fourth ear seat 81 on the seat frame 2. In the embodiment of the invention, the shank linkage structure is simple, easy to realize and low in cost.

The operation of the chair frame according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail as follows: as shown in fig. 1-8, the push rod 4 extends to push the seat frame 2 to lift, so as to drive the guide rail 5 to slide on the roller ear seat 31 along the back frame 1 toward the seat frame 2, and at the same time, the seat frame drives the shank driving rod 8 to pull the middle part of the swing rod 7 to do circular arc motion along the back frame 1 toward the shank frame with the third ear seat 71 as the rotation center, and one end of the swing rod 7 pushes the middle parts of the second shank connecting rod 10 and the first shank connecting rod 9 to lift the shank frame.

Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides a massage chair, which comprises the chair frame and a central plate, wherein the central plate controls the adjustment posture of the chair frame.
