As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7, preferably, the left and right sides of the middle part of the rear side of the pedal 110 are respectively provided with a third pulley 410, the upper part of the rear side of the pedal 110 is provided with a fourth pulley 420 at a position corresponding to the third pulley 410, the upper part of the front side of the pedal 110 is provided with a fifth pulley 430 at a position corresponding to the fourth pulley 420, a sixth pulley 440 is arranged below the fifth pulley 430, a seventh pulley 450 is arranged at one inward side of each sixth pulley 440, the seventh pulley 450 is arranged at the upper part of the front side of the pedal 110, an eighth movable pulley 460 is arranged between the two seventh pulleys 450, the lower end of the bed 100 is provided with a ninth pulley 510 at a position corresponding to the eighth movable pulley 460, and the steering axis of the eighth movable pulley 460 is perpendicular to the steering axis of the ninth pulley 510; the lower end of the eighth movable pulley 460 is connected with a third rope 520, and the other end of the third rope 520 passes through a ninth pulley 510 to be connected with a load assembly; the second pull rope assembly comprises a second pull rope 470, the middle part of which is wound on the eighth movable pulley 460, two ends of the second pull rope 470 respectively pass through the seventh pulley 450, the sixth pulley 440, the fifth pulley 430, the fourth pulley 420 and the third pulley 410 in sequence, and the chest expanding training assembly comprises two first pull handles 480 which are respectively connected with two free ends of the second pull rope 470; the second fixed sheave 220 is provided as a diverting pulley, the tenth sheave 250 is provided on the right side of the second fixed sheave 220, the eleventh movable sheave 260 is provided below the tenth sheave 250, the eleventh movable sheave 260 is provided between the sixth sheave 440 on the right side and the seventh sheave 450 on the right side, and the twelfth sheave 490 is provided between the eleventh movable sheave 260 and the seventh sheave 450 on the right side. When a user needs to perform stretching training, the user holds the transverse handle 230 with both hands, pulls the first pull rope 240 to drive the eleventh movable pulley 260 to move upwards, and meanwhile, because the positions of the first pull handles 480 connected to the two free ends of the second pull rope 470 are unchanged, the parts of the second pull rope 470 located on the sixth pulley 440 and the twelfth pulley 490 are driven to ascend in the process that the eleventh movable pulley 260 moves upwards, so as to drive the eighth movable pulley 460 to move upwards, and further, the weight assembly is pulled to move forwards through the third pull rope 520; when the user gradually removes the pulling force applied to the first pulling rope 240, the weight assembly gradually resets to drive the eighth movable pulley 460 to move downwards, thereby driving the eleventh movable pulley 260 to move downwards and further driving the transverse handle 230 to move upwards for resetting, so that the user can cycle the next stretching action to achieve the purpose of stretching training. When a user needs chest-expanding training, the user respectively holds the first pull handle 480 with both hands to pull the second pull rope 470, and since the position of the transverse handle 230 connected to one end of the first pull rope 240 is not changed, the part of the second pull rope 470 on the right side is pulled, the eleventh movable pulley 260 does not move downward along with the first pull handle 480 in the process of pulling the first pull rope 240, and therefore, in the process of pulling the second pull rope 470 by the first pull handle 480, the second pull rope 470 drives the eighth movable pulley 460 to move upward, so that the weight component is pulled to move forward by the third pull rope 520; when the user gradually releases the pulling force applied to the first pull handle 480, the weight assembly is gradually restored, and the eighth movable pulley 460 is driven to move downward, so that the first pull handle 480 is driven to be restored, so that the user can cycle the next chest expansion action. Meanwhile, by the arrangement of the pulleys, on one hand, only one type of stretching training and chest expanding training can be performed at the same time, and unnecessary safety accidents caused by the fact that the training actions of two users conflict with each other due to the fact that the two users use one device to perform the stretching training and the chest expanding training respectively are avoided; on the other hand, the using amount of the pull rope can be reduced, the assembling difficulty can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.

Further preferably, in order to avoid the possibility of the eighth movable pulley 460 and the eleventh movable pulley 260 swinging left and right during use, vertical first guide rails (not shown in the figure) are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the eighth movable pulley 460 and the eleventh movable pulley 260 on the rear end surface of the pedal 110, and the mounting seats of the eighth movable pulley 460 and the eleventh movable pulley 260 are respectively slid on the first guide rails.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a thirteenth diverting pulley 491 is preferably arranged between the fourth pulley 420 and the fifth pulley 430. With this arrangement, the second rope 470 wound from the fourth pulley 420 can be passed through the fifth pulley 430 again, thereby further improving the smoothness of the chest-expanding exercise, increasing the distance between the two fourth pulleys 420 in the left-right direction, and further preventing the interference between the horizontal handle 230 and the first pull handle 480.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, preferably, two horizontal rods 530 are arranged in parallel at the lower end of the bed 100 along the front-rear direction, the load assembly includes a fixing plate 540 fixedly connected to the horizontal rods 530 and a moving plate 550 slidably connected to the horizontal rods 530, a plurality of first hanging portions 541 are arranged at intervals on the fixing plate 540 along the left-right direction, a second hanging portion 551 is arranged on the moving plate 550 corresponding to the first hanging portions 541, and a tension spring 560 is detachably hung between the first hanging portions 541 and the second hanging portions 551. So configured, when performing stretching training or chest expanding training, the eighth movable pulley 460 is pulled to ascend, so that the movable plate 550 is driven to move forward by the third pull rope 520 against the elastic force of the tension spring 560; after the pulling force applied to the eighth movable pulley 460 is gradually removed, the tension spring 560 is elastically restored to move the movable plate 550 backward for resetting, so as to perform the next cycle. Considering that the physical abilities of different middle-aged and elderly people are different, the first hanging parts 541 and the second hanging parts 551 are correspondingly arranged on the fixed plate 540 and the moving plate 550 one by one, so that different numbers of tension springs 560 can be hung between the fixed plate 540 and the moving plate 550 according to actual needs; meanwhile, compared with the prior art in which the load bearing components are vertically arranged, the load bearing components are horizontally arranged at the lower end of the bed body 100 along the front-back direction in the embodiment of the invention, so that the arrangement height of the bed body 100 can be reduced, a user can conveniently lie on the bed to perform leg placard training, and the occupied space can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, preferably, a fourteenth pulley 411 is disposed below the third pulley 410, the third pulley 410 and the fourteenth pulley 411 are connected to form a whole through a mounting plate 412, and a gap through which the second pull rope 470 passes is disposed between the third pulley 410 and the fourteenth pulley 411. Thus, the end of the second pulling rope 470 connected to the first pulling handle 480 stays behind the third pulley 410 under the limit of the third pulley 410 and the fourteenth pulley 411 for hand holding.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, preferably, the rear side of the lower end of the lying plate 300 is provided with a first connecting plate 610, the connecting columns 611 are arranged on the first connecting plate 610 at equal intervals along the left-right direction, the rear end of the bottom of the bed body 100 is provided with a second connecting plate 620, and the second connecting plate 620 is provided with a plurality of hooks 621 corresponding to the connecting columns 611 one by one along the left-right direction; the elastic mechanism comprises a plurality of pressure springs 630, one end of each pressure spring 630 is hooked on the connecting column 611, and the other end of each pressure spring 630 is hooked on the hook 621. With the arrangement, when a user performs a leg lifting training, the user lies on the lying plate 300, rests a headrest on the pillow part 320, bends the knees to pedal the pedals 110, and drives the pedals 110 to compress the compression springs 630 to move backwards in the process of gradually exerting force to straighten the legs; during the gradual bending of the leg portion, the pedal 110 is gradually moved forward and restored by the elastic restoring force of the compression spring 630, so as to circulate the above-mentioned actions. Considering that the physical abilities of different middle-aged and elderly people are different, two ends of the compression spring 630 are detachably hung on the connecting column 611 and the hook 621 respectively, so that different numbers of compression springs 630 can be hung between the first connecting plate 610 and the second connecting plate 620 according to actual needs. By using the compression spring 630 as a core elastic member in the elastic mechanism, connecting one end of the compression spring 630 to the rear end of the bottom of the pedal 110, using the tension spring 560 as a core elastic member of the load bearing component, and arranging the moving plate 550 connected with the tension spring 560 on the side of the fixed plate 540 away from the compression spring 630, the layout is more compact, and the occupied space is further reduced.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, compared with embodiment 1, the present invention has the difference that dovetail guide rails 120 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the upper end of the bed body 100 along the front-back direction, the lying plate 300 is slidably connected to the dovetail guide rails 120 through dovetail sliders 340, the lying plate 300 is locked by a locking mechanism, insertion holes are correspondingly arranged on the dovetail guide rails 120 and the dovetail sliders 340, and the locking mechanism includes a plug pin 370 inserted into the insertion holes to realize locking. Considering that when a user sits on the lying plate 300 to perform stretching training or chest expanding training, if the lying plate 300 is easy to be injured when moving, the bolt 370 needs to be inserted into the inserting hole in advance to be locked when performing stretching training or chest expanding training, so as to ensure that the lying plate 300 stays at an original position all the time during the stretching training or chest expanding training; the creeper 300 is connected in the upper end of the bed body 100 in a sliding manner through the dovetail sliding blocks 340 and the dovetail guide rails 120, the contact area between the dovetail sliding blocks 340 and the dovetail guide rails 120 is large, the rollover prevention capability is strong, and even if a user does not lie in the middle of the creeper 300 completely to perform leg pilates training, the training can be smoothly performed.

As shown in fig. 9, preferably, the lying plate 300 includes a first plate 350 and a second plate 360 rotatably adjusted and disposed at a rear end of the first plate 350, the pillow portion 320 is disposed on the second plate 360, rotation holes are respectively disposed at front ends of left and right sides of the second plate 360, connection lugs 351 are respectively protruded at left and right sides of the rear end of the first plate 350, rotation shafts 352 are disposed at positions of the connection lugs 351 corresponding to the rotation holes, and the rotation shafts 352 are rotatably connected in the rotation holes; a plurality of locking holes are formed in the second plate body 360 around the rotating hole, a first through hole 353 is formed in the connecting lug 351 corresponding to the locking holes, a locking rod 354 penetrates through the first through hole 353, and the locking rod 354 is inserted into the locking holes to achieve locking; the dovetail slider 340 is disposed at the lower end of the first plate 350, the lower end of the second plate 360 is provided with a roller 361, and when the second plate 360 is horizontally placed, the roller 361 abuts against the upper end of the dovetail guide rail 120. With the arrangement, when a user performs a leg lifting exercise, the second plate 360 is rotated to be horizontally placed, and then the locking rod 354 is inserted into the locking hole through the first through hole 353 for locking; when the user need stretch training or chest extension training, extract locking lever 354 from original locking hole, after turning second plate body 360 to suitable angle afterwards, insert locking lever 354 corresponding locking hole and lock can, this moment second plate body 360 can be as a back, support when supplying the user to stretch training or chest extension training and lean on.

Preferably, the shoulder pad 330 is detachably connected to the lying plate 300, the lower end of the shoulder pad 330 is provided with an insertion portion, the lying plate 300 is provided with an insertion hole, and the insertion portion is inserted into the insertion hole to realize installation. In consideration of the risk of injury due to collision with the shoulder pads 330 during stretching or chest expanding exercises performed by a user sitting on the lying plate 300, it is arranged that the shoulder pads 330 can be attached or detached as required by various exercise modes.

Example 3

Referring to fig. 10, the embodiment of the invention is different from the embodiments 1 and 2 in that two uprights 710 are disposed at the upper rear end of the bed body 100, the two uprights 710 are symmetrically disposed at the left and right sides of the lying plate 300, a fifteenth pulley 720 is disposed on the uprights 710, a fourth pull rope 730 is wound on the fifteenth pulley 720, one end of the fourth pull rope 730 is connected to a second handle 740, and the other end of the fourth pull rope 730 is detachably connected to the rear side of the lower end of the lying plate 300. With the arrangement, when the user performs leg stretching and buckling and pulling training, the user holds the second lifting handle 740, and overcomes the elastic force of the elastic mechanism to perform reciprocating motion by matching with the stretching and buckling actions of the legs and the hands, so that the user can exercise the arms while the legs move, thereby more comprehensively exercising each part of the body and achieving a better exercise effect. One end of the fourth pulling rope 730 is detachably connected to the rear side of the lower end of the lying plate 300 so as to be disassembled and assembled according to actual requirements. It is understood that the fourth pulling rope 730 can be detachably connected to the back side of the lower end of the lying plate 300 by means of a snap connection, but this is merely an illustration of one of the detachable connection methods, and other methods such as a screw connection may be used according to actual needs.
